摘    要:根据灌装线的结构要求和生产要求,设计了全自动转塔式高速旋盖机,简单介绍了其工作原理和结构。并根据高速旋盖机的工序要求,分析研究了高速工况下的运动约束和设计目标,并据此建立其关键部件——凸轮系统的全参数化设计模型,并对关键区段进行了分析和设计,采用分段综合的设计方法,设计了凸轮运动曲线,经仿真计算和试制运行,表明所设计的凸轮曲线符合高速设计要求,能有效减少冲击和振动,高速运转下工作平稳。

Abstract:Based on the requirements of the structure and production of the fill ing line, a high speed rotary capper is designed. Its working principle and str ucture are presented briefly in the paper. The movement constraints and the des ign goal are researched and analyzed based on the demands of production procedur e and a model of full parameter movement of the cam system is created. In addit ion, the key sections of the cam is studied and designed and the profile of cam is obtained with help of synthesis method. The results of simulation computatio n and manufacture show that the profile of cam can reduce the vibration effectiv ely and run stably in the high speed capper, thus meeting the design requirement .
