特种越野车车架强度及模态分析与结构优化

摘    要:
利用UG和HYPERMESH建立某型特种越野车车架的有限元分析模型,再用ABAQUS软件对该特种越野车车架进行强度及模态分析,得出该车架的强度和振动特性;以增大车架强度和保证最低阶模态频率为目标,对其结构进行优化设计.结果表明:改进后的车架所承受最大应力减小,质量降低,最低阶固有频率提高.

Abstract:
A Finite Element Analysis model for a special off-road vehicle frame is established by means of UG and HYPERMESH,strength calculation and modal analysis of the frame are proceeded with the aid of ABAQUS,and vibration characteristics of the frame is obtained.In order to enhance its strength and to improve its lowest modal frequency,the structure of the frame is optimized.The results show that,for the modified frame,its maximum stress is decreased,its weight is lightened,and its lowest modal frequency is increased.
