      食品快速检测技术具有快速、高效、简便、性价比高等特点。快速检测的“快”应该是建立在保证一定准确度的前提下, 这样监管部门运用快速检测技术进行食品监管才能及时、有效。但是由于当前国内快速检测产品的生产门槛低, 产品良莠不齐, 从而严重影响了监管部门应用快速检测产品的效果。本文结合厦门在食品快速检测运用中的经验和教训, 从快速检测产品及其生产企业的现状、快检产品的监管及快检方法、国内快检运行模式3方面进行分析, 并提出思路与对策, 以期使食品快速检测真正达到又准又快, 成为食品安全的第一道坚实的屏障。
英文摘要:
      Food rapid detection technology has the characteristics of rapidness, efficiency, simpleness and cost-effectiveness. The characteristics of ‘rapid’ of rapid detection should be established on the premise of ensuring a certain accuracy, so that the supervision department can use the rapid detection technology to conduct food supervision in a timely and effective manner. However, due to the low production threshold of domestic rapid detection products and the uneven quality of products, it seriously affects the effect of the application of rapid detection products by regulatory authorities. Based on Xiamen's experience and lessons in the application of rapid food inspection, this paper analyzed the status quo of rapid detection products and their production enterprises, the supervision and rapid detection methods of rapid detection products, and the domestic rapid detection operation mode, and proposed ideas and countermeasures, so as to make the rapid detection of food truly accurate, rapid and become the first solid barrier for food safety.
