| 摘 要： | 以某炼钢车间车轴钢品种为对象,考虑工序统计质量控制、工序能力调查分析及抽检方案设计三个方面,设计了应用Minitab软件完成工序质量指标分布状况分析,班组质量水平一致性评估,工序受控状况判断,工序能力分析及调整效果分析,产品批抽检方案设计及实施等相关质量控制任务的方法。应用结果表明方法在工序质量控制方面的有效性。

| Abstract: | This paper takes axle steel variety of some steelmaking plant as study object.From three respects：process statisti-cal quality control,process capability investigation and sampling inspection scheme design,the method to accomplish suchtasks using Minitab software is developed.By this method,distribution of process quality index is analyzed,quality consis-tence between different production teams is evaluated,process quality control state is judged,process capability and its adjust-ment effect are analyzed,sampling inspection scheme is designed and its implement is also analyzed.The application resultshows its effectiveness |
