| 摘 要： | 近年来，我国建筑业生产规模逐渐扩大，但是这种增长主要是靠投资拉动。盈利能力低、竞争过于激烈、科技创新能力不足、高等级人才缺失等问题仍然困扰着建筑业企业。为了寻找适合大型建筑业企业的升级路径，引入微笑曲线理论对我国大型建筑业企业的转型升级进行研究，在分析企业发展现状的基础上，紧密结合微笑曲线理论提出我国大型建筑业企业转型升级新思路，即建筑业企业应结合自身情况，适时提高设计研发能力、品牌影响力、生产管理能力等，以推动企业转型升级。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the production scale of construction industry in our country is increasing gradually, but the growth was mainly pulled by investment. Construction enterprises are still plagued by the problems such as Low profitability, fierce competition, insufficient science and technology innovation ability and high-level talents deficiency. Business operators have reached the consensus： ＂To survive we must transition ＂.In order to find the upgrade path suitable for large construction enterprises, Smile curve theory is introduced to the transformation and upgrading studies of large construction enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the current situation of the development of enterprises and combining closely with the smile curve theory, the new idea of the transformation and upgrading of the large construction enterprises in our country is put forward.- in order to promote the transformation and upgrading, construction enterprises should improve design and development capabilities, brand influence and management efficiency, etc. |
