《全国烤烟烟叶香型风格区划》解析

摘    要:为了更好地指导全国烤烟烟叶香型风格区划成果的应用,对香型区划的主要依据、划分过程、特征描述等进行了解析。全国烤烟烟叶香型风格区划紧密围绕中式卷烟原料需求,以生态为基础、以香韵为依据、以化学成分和物质代谢为支撑,遵循了“特征可识别性、工业可用性、配方可替代性、产地典型性、管理可操作性”原则。通过生态、感官、化学、代谢四个维度的划分和交叉验证,将全国烟叶划分为八大香型;依据生态特色、尊重历史等原则,确立了相邻香型边界;依据香型风格突出和稳定、生态资源优良、管理技术规范、规模化等原则,确立了香型典型产地;通过各香型烟叶比较,得出了香型的感官、生态、化学特征。在区划成果指引下,卷烟工业企业可进一步提高配方和原料利用水平,产区可进一步彰显烟叶特色,提升原料保障能力。

Explanation of national regionalization of leaves style of flue-cured tobacco

Abstract:In order to better guide the application of leaves style regionalization of flue-cured tobacco in China, the main basis, process and characteristics of leaves style regionalization were analyzed. The nationwide regionalization of flue-cured tobacco leaves style follows the principles of "feature identifability, industrial usability, blending substitution, origin typicality and management operability". From four dimensions of ecology, sensory, chemistry and metabolism, tobacco leaves were divided into eight leaves styles. The border of adjacent aroma style was established according to ecological characteristics and the principle of respecting history. The typical producing areas of tobacco leaves with different aroma styles were determined based on the principles of outstanding and stable aroma styles, excellent ecological resources, standardized management techniques and large-scale. Sensory, ecological and chemical characteristics of leaves style were obtained by comparing tobacco leaves with different styles. Under the guidance of the regionalization results, cigarette manufacture enterprises can further improve the level of blending and raw material utilization, while producing areas can further highlight the characteristics of tobacco leaves.
