PDM系统中“图档入库”功能可以将在使用PDM之前,工作过程中已经生成的大量的图文档录入到数据库中,是PDM图文档管理中的重要的功能之一。本文提出了图文档入库时的存储方式,并通过对DXF图形交换文件的结构分析,着重探讨了如何读取CAD图档中的标题栏信息的方法,从而解决CAD图档信息自动提取入库的问题。 相似文献

The traditional procedure for developing a manufacturing process plan involves a number of interconnected steps beginning
with the initial design and culminating in the instructions for the machine that makes the part. When performed manually,
the procedure is very tedious, time consuming, and often, inconsistent. This paper presents an alternative method, called
the Automated Machining-Operations Process-Planning System (AMOPPS), to automatically generate the process plan and the numerical
control (NC) instructions to machine a part that has been previously designed by a computer-aided design (CAD) system. AMOPPS
combines preset planning logic and data from three databases (viz., workpiece material, machine tool, and cutting tool) with
appropriate data from a CAD database and information from the user about the workpiece to calculate the optimal machining
parameters, print a process plan, print the corresponding NC program listing, and provide an on-screen animation of the cutting
passes. Although AMOPPS is a prototype, it can be extended by adding other modules, and it does provide a structure through

Our main objective in the present work is to develop a methodology and create a system for the abrasive water jet (AWJ) machining process control. In the case of AWJ cutting, besides the cutting head traverse rate, the distance between the mixing tube and the workpiece, designated as the stand-off distance, has a predominant influence on the workpiece quality. The control of the traverse rate is performed by the machine controller. The stand off-distance control during the machining represents a problem because no effective on-line in real-time stand-off distance detection system has been developed yet. The detection of the stand-off distance during cutting enables better AWJ machining process control. order to monitor the stand-off distance, we measure the emitted sound generated during the AWJ straight cut operation and analyse its characteristic attributes. In order to verify the proposed stand-off distance monitoring methods, a set of experiments was carried out. The signal analysis was performed in both time and frequency domain. The obtained results show an evident influence of the stand-off distance on sound emission. Thus, efficient control of the AWJ cutting process through sound detection appears to be viable. 相似文献

The process of water jet cutting has advantages over laser beam cutting, especially in the case of temperature-sensitive materials. Together with the foam and cellulose material processing, the processing of composite materials of lightweight structures is becoming more and more important. In order to meet given requirements, these sandwich constructions can have various types of cover layers (defined by e.g., sheet thickness and material) and consist of core materials (differing e.g., in geometry or in structure).
Unlike simple sheets, multilayer structures have greater influence on the cutting result. When the process is planned, the CAD/CAM-systems must take all sheets of the composite material into account in order to avoid manufacturing problems. Due to the great variety of composite materials and desired contours, the necessary knowledge or experience must be efficiently represented. There is no universal system model for all these variations. This paper suggests a fuzzy-logic theory to build up a knowledge base for the water jet cutting of composite materials. The knowledge contained within the fuzzy-logic base proves to be efficient, due to the relatively high speed at which it can be acquired and due to the possibility to apply it to different structures. Development and structure of the necessary linguistic rule base are presented using sinusoidal composite material made of aluminium as an example. The expert system optimized according to the given design parameters determines the optimal cutting speed for the desired cutting contour. 相似文献

针对使用传统方法加工滑枕铣床升降台存在质量差、效率低的问题,将高速切削加工技术引入滑枕铣床升降台的加工过程中,并对滑枕铣床升降台加工工艺进行了改进.高速切削加工切削系统的工作频率远高于机床的低阶固有频率,振动较小,大大降低了加工表面粗糙度,提高了加工质量.基于高速切削加工转速高和切削力小的特点,取消滑枕铣床升降台半精加工工序,提高了加工效率. 相似文献
