为识别影响蜗杆砂轮磨齿机空间精度的关键几何误差项,提出一种基于旋量理论和Sobol法的几何误差敏感度分析方法。以YW7232型蜗杆砂轮磨齿机为研究对象,首先,基于旋量理论建立机床的几何误差模型;然后,采用Sobol法计算机床磨削过程中各几何误差项对空间误差分量的敏感度系数,并识别出关键几何误差项;最后,对机床的关键几何误差项进行修正,通过仿真分析对比修正前后机床的空间误差分量以及3种测量模式下球杆仪的杆长。仿真结果表明所提出的方法可有效识别出机床磨削过程中的关键几何误差,这可为提高机床精度提供理论指导。 相似文献

齿轮的精度对变速器齿轮副啸叫噪声有重要影响,提高齿轮精度是控制啸叫声的一个重要手段。以452AMT变速器主减齿轮为研究对象,把其传统的剃齿工艺更改为热后磨齿工艺,使齿轮精度提高3个等级,齿轮微观参数的正态分布标准差σ提高1倍以上,且更符合设计要求。最后把两种状态下各5台变速器先后通过下线台架EOL振动和1台整车NVH客观测试的单因素和正交试验的对比分析,变速器壳体振动强度下降1/2左右,车内主减齿轮副啮合阶次啸叫声加速和滑行时分别降低3 dB(A)和6 dB(A)左右。研究揭示齿轮精度对齿轮啸叫影响的机理,对变速器NVH的理论与应用具有一定的学术和工程意义。 相似文献

采用断口分析、化学成分分析、低倍检验、金相检验和硬度测试等方法对某批经渗碳、淬火热处理及磨齿加工后放置一段时间发生开裂的齿轮的失效原因进行分析。结果表明:齿轮渗碳层碳化物级别过高,加上淬火后齿轮齿部应力集中,磨齿时又产生磨削裂纹,齿轮在放置期间由于应力导致裂纹扩展而开裂。 相似文献

Gears are among the most crucial components in the transmission systems of machine tools. Gear manufacturing includes a number of processing procedures. The grinding process is an important procedure involving high precision and fairly small grinding surfaces. For this reason, this study aimed at developing a quality assessment model for the internal cylindrical grinding process of gears. The Six Sigma quality indices (SSQIs) were used to directly assess the quality of the internal cylindrical grinding process due to their ability to directly reflect quality level and process yield. Since the process may include nominal-the-best (NTB), larger-the-better (LTB) and smaller-the-better (STB) quality characteristics, so we used the variable transformation method to normalise the specifications of each quality characteristic for the convenient and effective management and analysis of process performance for multiple quality characteristics. We then constructed a multi-characteristic process quality analysis chart (MPQAC) to simultaneously assess the quality levels of various quality characteristics. Furthermore, the MPQAC can provide references for process improvement. This ensures the quality of internal cylindrical grinding and enhances the quality of gear and machine tool products. Finally, a real-world application and numerical experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and practical applicability of the proposed method. 相似文献

Abstract Gear shaving is one of the most efficient and economical ways to finish gears roughed by hobbing or shaping. The theoretical pitch surface of a gear plunge‐shaving cutter is a hyperboloid with hollow tooth form. The tooth profile of a plunge shaving cutter is usually ground by a cone grinding wheel. In this paper, we propose a mathematical model to calculate the topographical error of the tooth surface of a ground plunge‐shaving cutter compared with the theoretical tooth surface that is conjugated with the work gear. The proposed mathematical model can be used to calculate the profile data of the cone grinding wheel and the corresponding machine setup at a predetermined operating pitch cylinder. The topographic error sensitivities of the plunge‐shaving cutter due to varied operating pitch cylinder, helix angle, and grind wheel data are discussed based on the proposed mathematical model. This paper provides approximate guidance for choosing the proper operation cylinder, the helix angle, and the geometrical data of the cone grinding wheel for the finishing or resharpening of the plunge shaving cutter. 相似文献

Continuous generating grinding has become an important gear processing method owing to its high efficiency and precision. In this study, an adaptive design model is proposed for the continuous generation of beveloid gears in common gear grinding machines. Based on this model, a method for determining the installation position and grinding kinematics is developed alongside an analytical meshing model for grinding contact trace and derivation of key grinding parameters. By combining these aspects, a general mathematical model for the continuous generation of beveloid gears is presented, comprising the entire grinding process from worm wheel dressing to the evaluation of grinding deviation. The effects of the worm and dressing wheel parameters on the grinding deviation were analysed, facilitating the development of an approach to improve the grinding accuracy.
