为处理组合式圆振动筛进行物料筛分试验时出现的筛框断裂故障,分析并找出筛框断裂的可能原因,提出了对筛框的焊接修复方案,并对筛框结构进行改进,详细分析了焊接修复工艺措施和应力消除方法.经过筛框焊接修复和结构改进后,筛框刚度增大,抗振动能力增强,通过长时间筛分试验,筛框没有断裂,表明焊接修复工艺和结构改进措施取得显著成效,修复后的整机力学性能和工艺性能达到了设计要求. 相似文献

核电站一回路主泵机械密封副在正常运行中突然失效。对失效密封环的宏观形貌、断口宏微观形貌、金相组织、化学成分、硬度、尺寸及运行历史等进行分析,查找其失效原因。结果表明:该密封环不存在明显制造缺陷;失效原因为初始安装时动环弹簧压缩量太大,间隙太小,动静环发生干摩擦产生初始热裂纹,后期运行中热裂纹在交变载荷作用下扩展至相互交叉,交叉处碎块脱落致使静环磨料磨损,最终导致密封间隙超过阈值而失效。 相似文献

发动机第二寿命期到寿后返厂大修,在进行荧光检测时,发现TC17钛合金的高压压气机一、二级盘组合件连接鼓筒的三道封严齿处出现宏观裂纹。通过对连接鼓筒裂纹的分布、形态及走向进行宏、微观分析,并对裂纹打开断口进行分析,以及检查鼓筒周向4个位置的封严齿处的磨损及烧伤情况,结果表明:高压压气机一、二级盘鼓筒裂纹性质为疲劳开裂;疲劳裂纹产生的原因是封严环篦齿与蜂窝环设计间隙过小,发动机工作时出现严重对磨,产生高温,磨损导致的温升由于钛合金导热率低而不能及时传导,导致齿顶基体组织出现过热甚至过烧现象,材料性能下降,在发动机高速旋转时的对磨应力作用下,疲劳裂纹萌生和扩展。通过放宽封严环篦齿和蜂窝环之间的设计间隙,适当的改善蜂窝环的制造工艺,降低蜂窝环硬度,从而解决了此类故障。 相似文献

Ti(C,N)-based cermets with different graphite (Gr) contents were prepared to solve the problem that the cermets self-mated couples suffer severe wear in dry sliding condition. The microstructure and mechanical properties of cermets with varying graphite contents were observed and evaluated, and the effects of graphite content on the tribological performances of the cermets self-mated rubbing pairs were investigated using a block-on-ring apparatus at room temperature. The results show that the distribution of graphite phase in cermets transforms from segregated floc-like to uniform granular with the increase of graphite content. The hardness and fracture toughness of the cermets self-lubricating materials rise firstly and then fall, whereas the transverse rupture strength decreases gradually with graphite adding. Compared with the cermet without graphite, the tribological properties of the cermets containing graphite are improved significantly. When the graphite addition reaches 0.8 wt%, the cermet exhibits the optimal wear resistance, which is attributed to the formation of a stable lubricating film composed of graphite and metal oxides (TiO2, MoO3, NiO) on the tribo-surface. Additionally, results reveal that the wear mechanism of cermets in dry condition is a complicated regime containing abrasion, adhesion and oxidation. After adding graphite, the adhesive wear of cermets is inhibited effectively, however the abrasive wear will be aggravated as the graphite content increases continuously. 相似文献

CNTs-Ag-G electrical contact composite material was prepared by means of powder metallurgical method. The influence of the graphite content on sliding wear characteristics of electrical contact levels was examined. In experiments, CNTs content was retained as 1% (mass fraction), and graphite was added at content levels of 8%, 10%, 13%, 15% and 18%, respectively. The results indicate that with the increase of graphite content, the contact resistance of electrical contacts is enhanced to a certain level then remains constant. Friction coefficient decreases gradually with the increase of graphite content. Wear mass loss decreases to the minimum value then increases. With the small content of graphite, the adhesive wear is hindered, which leads to the decrease of wear mass loss, while excessive graphite brings much more worn debris, resulting in the increase of mass loss. It is concluded that wear mass loss reaches the minimum value when the graphite mass fraction is about 13%. Compared with conventional Ag-G contact material, the wear mass loss of CNTs-Ag-G composite is much less due to the obvious increase of hardness and electrical conductivity, decline of friction surface temperature and inhibition of adhesive wear between composites and slip rings. 相似文献
