为了解决采用圆弧模型计算超高强钢冷轧过程轧制变形区轧辊压扁曲线误差较大的问题,充分考虑到超高强钢的轧制特点,通过分析不同压扁半径下轧辊压扁曲线的变化规律,构造出新型轧辊压扁曲线函数模型,给出了该函数中轧制变形区接触弧长特性参数与轧辊压扁曲线特性参数的求解方法。基于此,根据弹塑性理论中的变形与应力关系,推导了入口弹性变形区、塑性压下变形区以及出口弹性变形区单位轧制压力分布计算过程,建立了超高强钢冷轧过程总轧制力计算模型。并将其推广应用到某钢厂2030冷连轧机组,验证了该模型的计算准确度。结果表明,超高强钢冷轧过程轧辊压扁曲线用二次函数表示,更能准确反映轧辊压扁状态,其计算结果与实际值具有较高的吻合度。同时,为冷连轧机组生产超高强钢产品极限轧制能力的评估与轧制规程的制定提供了理论依据。 相似文献

优化轧制规程计算及实现的基本数学模型,由优选轧制压力公式,变形抗力,温降模型参数和精确弹跳方程构成。通过计算机模拟实验比较主要压力公式的Qp值,优选出该轧机的实用压力公式,变形抗力和温降模型参数非线性估计方法,提高了压力预报精度;反映板宽因素的非线性弹跳方程,是提高辊缝设定精度的关键。通过实测轧机横向刚度的轧制方案,优化轧制规程和不同终轧道次轧制压力规程的设定计算,并在轧机上实验,证明所研制的方法 相似文献

A method is proposed for determining the unit work of deformation in the broaching of blanks in two-roller screw-rolling mills. A new approach is outlined for assessing the fracture risk and the structure of continuous-cast circular billet. Methods for determining the work of deformation in different sections of the deformation zone are considered. The distribution of the work of deformation due to reduction over the whole deformation zone is determined. According to the character of the deformation zone on pair cross rolls, which is different from the regular 4-high mill, there are longitudinal and transverse two-way shear deformation in the deformation zone, the character of metal particles flowing velocity is more complicated than normal rolling. Comprehensive influences of normal stress and shear stress in rolling direction, width direction and thickness direction are considered. Establish the rolling force calculation model of PC hot strip mills. After the longitudinal and transverse discretization of deformation zone, the longitudinal and transverse distribution of rolling force is worked out by the differential method, then calculate total rolling force. The current design practice of single bored piles in residual weathered formations is based mainly on stability consideration against shear failure, and pile deformation analysis is rarely carried out. However, the acceptance criteria of single piles during pile load tests during construction is based mainly on the permissible settlement criteria as specified in the specifications∕codes. In this study, a reliable method of predicting the load deformation and load distribution curves is proposed for bored piles in a residual weathered formation (Kenny Hill Formation) in Kuala Lumpur based on: (1) considerations of the weathering profiles and the engineering characteristics of this formation; (2) field performance data of fully instrumented bored pile load tests; and (3) load transfer design characteristics of the load deformation behavior. In this deformation analysis, the pile installation methods and the nonlinear behavior of the pile material are incorporated. The proposed load deformation analysis was carried out on both the instrumented and noninstrumented piles, producing good results. Therefore, this proposed method can be used to predict the load deformation characteristics of single bored piles in weathered formation during the design stage. 相似文献
