PAC捕收剂提高凤凰山铜矿选别指标的试验研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
介绍了PAC捕收剂代替OSN-43^#捕收剂用于凤凰山铜矿选矿厂浮选流程半优先作业中的试验结果。试验结果表明,铜精矿品位提高1.27个百分点,回收率1.65个百分点,铜精矿中金和银的回收率分别提高7.43个百分点和4.33个百分点。  相似文献

介绍了加伊斯克和列特里叶矿床的含黄铁矿的铜-锌矿石的特性、可选性研究结果和选矿厂的扩建计划。研究结果表明,应用半自磨技术,而不是采用常规的破碎-磨矿技术.这样可以提高选矿厂的处理能力。进行了扩大试验,以确定矿石的可磨度。研制了混合-分离浮选流程。预计的选矿指标为:在处理铜品位为1.46%,锌品位为0.46%的加伊斯克矿石时,铜精矿铜品位为15%,铜回收率为85%,锌精矿锌品位为45%,锌回收率为32%。在处理铜品位为3.6%,锌品位为1.2%的列特里叶矿石时,铜精矿铜品位为15%,铜回收率为82%,锌精矿锌品位为45%,锌回收率为45%。  相似文献

以Mac-10为捕收剂,研究新桥硫铁矿高硫含铜矿石降低药剂成本、提高选矿指标的新工艺。结果表明,在石灰用量3kg/t、矿浆pH9.5左右、Mac-10用量48g/t的条件下,采用Mac-10优先选铜工艺浮选新桥硫铁矿,可获得铜品位14.28%、金品位16.94g/t,铜回收率84.47%、金回收率34.42%的铜精矿,与黄药工艺相比,铜精矿品位提高3.97%,铜回收率提高1.26%,铜精矿中金的品位和回收率分别提高7.42g/t和8.64%。  相似文献

对建德难选多金属硫化矿,在铜锌分离处加入PAC新型捕收剂,铜精矿品位及回收率提高,铜精矿中含锌由7.4%降至4.07%,选矿药剂用量减少,每吨矿石药剂总成本下降。PAC新型捕收剂解决了以建德铜矿为代表的铜锌硫多金属硫化矿分离难的老问题,使老矿山的资源综合利用率大大提高。  相似文献

通过闭路浮选试验,采用KM—109捕收起泡剂,研究提高高砷铜锡多金屑硫化矿铜精矿品位和回收率的浮选药剂制度。结果表明,新药剂方案对降低铜锡多金属硫化矿精矿含砷量,提高铜精矿品位和回收率有明显效果,铜精矿品位提高1.12%,铜回收率提高3.63%,铜精矿含砷降至0.87%。新药剂方案药剂种类少,加药点少,药剂消耗少。  相似文献

内蒙古获各琦铜矿石选矿厂采用丁基黄药作铜捕收 剂,2号油作起泡剂,通过“一次粗选,两次扫选,三次精选” 工艺流程,最终可以获得精矿品位为 20.00%,铜回收率为 94.00%的铜精矿.针对深部开采铜原矿品位逐年下降引起 的铜金属产量下降,对矿石进行了详细的工艺矿物学研究, 查明了铜矿物嵌布特征,在此基础上,试验采取了3种方法: (1)开发了新型高效铜捕收剂 XK419,XK419与戊基黄药组 合强化回收尾矿中损失的铜矿物,尤其是对部分铜矿物连生 体的回收,提升铜精矿回收率至95.00%以上;(2)采用铜粗 精矿再磨工艺,提升铜精矿品位至24.00%以上;(3)采用木 质素有效抑制再磨后解离的磁黄铁矿,采用“一次粗选、三次 精选、两次扫选、粗精矿再磨”工艺流程,在原矿含铜1.04%、 含银4.59g/t的条件下,可以获得含铜24.25%、含银69.70 g/t,铜回收率95.24%、银回收率为62.00%的铜精矿.新工 艺铜精矿铜品位较原工艺提高了4.25个百分点,铜精矿铜 回收率较原工艺提高了1.24个百分点.  相似文献

某高硫铜锌混合粗精矿在铜锌分离过程中难以获得铜品位18%以上的铜精矿,为解决铜精矿品位偏低的问题,进行了艾萨磨再磨工艺与现场球磨+水力旋流器再磨分级工艺对比试验研究。试验结果表明:采用艾萨磨工艺,铜锌分离作业可获得铜品位20.52%、锌含量2.38%、铜回收率89.32%的铜精矿,与现场球磨再磨工艺相比,铜精矿品位提高了2.82个百分点,锌含量降低了1.17个百分点,铜回收率提高了3.98个百分点。  相似文献
