为解决传统监控模式受时间和地点限制的问题,提出了基于Web与嵌入式系统的远程监控模型及其解决方案。以步进电机为远程监控对象,利用UART总线技术与Web技术进行远程通信,通过片上系统(SoC)微处理器控制硬件接口,采用嵌入式系统主控片上系统的运行,将Web技术与嵌人式技术相结合,研制完成了一个完整的远程监控系统。实验结果表明,该系统可对无人值守的现场设备实现随时随地的远程监控。 相似文献

which is very suitable for remote monitoring and fault diagnosis applications. This system has the potential for exchanging
a data acquisition system by using wrapper service components. A mixed thick Web client architecture is proposed to implement
real-time remote monitoring. A Web-based remote monitoring and fault diagnosis system is developed by using modeling technology,
Web application technology, component technology and VME extension for instrumentation (VXI) bus technology, which publishes
a fault diagnosis algorithm package, a basic monitoring package and an advanced analysis package on the Internet. This system
provides authorized users with an effective and instant way to access new monitoring and diagnosis component packages in time.
This paper gives researchers a paradigm to accomplish similar systems. The technique developed may be used for other fields,

The complex environment of a coal mine requires the underground environment, devices and miners to be constantly monitored to ensure safe coal production. However, existing coal mines do not meet these coverage requirements because blind spots occur when using a wired network. In this paper, we develop a Web-based, lightweight remote monitoring and control platform using a wireless sensor network (WSN) with the REST style to collect temperature, humidity and methane concentration data in a coal mine using sensor nodes. This platform also collects information on personnel positions inside the mine. We implement a RESTful application programming interface (API) that provides access to underground sensors and instruments through the Web such that underground coal mine physical devices can be easily interfaced to remote monitoring and control applications. We also implement three different scenarios for Web-based, lightweight remote monitoring and control of coal mine safety and measure and analyze the system performance. Finally, we present the conclusions from this study and discuss future work. 相似文献

结合煤矿井下安全监测系统的改进和管理需要,分析了井下监测系统的特点,提出了基于嵌入式Web传感器的新型瓦斯监测防爆系统的设计思路、方法以及具体的硬件实现,并对基于μC/OS-Ⅱ操作系统技术的嵌入式Web开发研究和分析设计做了详细说明。该方法采用ARM7TDMI微处理器内核芯片构建嵌入式Web智能传感器,利用传感器从现场环境获取了相关参数,并通过内嵌的以太网网络接口直接将数据发往监控浏览器或数据接收服务器,保证了瓦斯参数的实时监测并利用软件对参数进行实时分析,可以对事件进行较好的预测功能,除此之外还可将系统连入互联网中,实现矿井环境参数的远程访问。 相似文献

为了满足网络化协作制造对现场物理设备实时准确的监控要求,通过分析熔融沉积模型快速成型机的工作特征,设计了远程监控系统的框架,完成了快速成型机在Java 3D中的建模。提出了3D模型依据设备端应用服务器传输的相应传感器信号数据进行运动仿真,达到客户端对远端熔融沉积模型快速成型机远程监控的目的。 相似文献

目前国内还没有工业机器人远程监控与故障处理的应用实例,工业机器人的监控还停留在单机自主报警,技术人员现场分析报错原因并进行现场干预处理阶段。提出了一种基于TCP/IP协议的工业机器人远程监控与诊断系统的组成及实现,这种系统采用Socket组件以及多线程技术来实现。监控终端装有客户端监控处理软件,现场作业的每台工业机器人控制器装有向远程发送与或接收远程干预的控制程序。只要处于该局域网内并装有客户终端软件的用户都可以随时随地查看或修改现场工业机器人的位置、运行状态等相关参数信息。综上所述,工业机器人通过远程监控与诊断技术的实施,可实现客户端实时、准确、可靠的对工业机器人运动状态进行远程监控与诊断。 相似文献

为了减少生产现场远程监控系统中最为关键的视频图像的传输时滞效应,提出了一种基于视觉图像监控效用信息的制造现场远程视频监控集成方案,并与DivX视频编码及实时传输协议/实时传输控制协议结合,实现对异地远端的制造系统与生产进程的实时可视化监控。另外,对平面磨床加工流程现场监控的结果进行分析后得出,在保证监控质量的同时,能够有效控制视频传输码率并降低监控数据量,减少繁杂冗余的现场视觉信息对生产监控的负面影响,使系统的实时性与生产监控效率得以提高。 相似文献

This paper presents a new, holistic, Internet-based quality control approach. In recent years, a rapidly changing business environment driven by fierce international and domestic competitions has pushed companies to focus more on quality issues. A new strategy in quality control better suited to information-integrated production environments is a natural byproduct. The new strategy is called EQM, short for e-quality for manufacture, which allows designers located away from the production facilities to monitor, control, and program the quality inspection processes as the product design evolves. EQM also allows the quality data to be integrated within the company’s information network for automated quality monitoring and control functions. Such integration relieves the human operators from laborious, error-prone, and boring tasks of quality monitoring and samplings practices, which will help reduce production costs and lower the chance of shipping defective products to the customers. 相似文献

Given the rise in competition within the global marketplace, the paradigm for manufacturing has changed dramatically. While downstream activities have become the focal point for global competitors, manufacturing remains at the root of a firm’s competitive edge. To remain competitive, firms are progressively shifting their manufacturing operations to overseas markets. Foreign markets offer a host of advantages to manufacturers but one of the obvious key advantages is cheaper labor. Even in industries where the required labor-to-capital input ratio is relatively low within the production process, lower labor costs allow the production of more competitively priced products. The emergence of this paradigm, however, has led to a number of managerial problems. Operating a manufacturing facility overseas creates difficulties for management both in the area of personnel and resource allocation. In this project we developed a Web-based remote control platform using digital cameras, a PLC controller and a PC-based Visual Basic human-machine interface (HMI) to create a flexible manufacturing system (FMS). An FMS can be easily controlled and monitored through an Internet-based PLC-control system using a PC-based HMI platform. From remote locations, this platform enables management to effectively monitor, control and diagnose a manufacturing process via the Internet. 相似文献

This paper reports the work of selecting suitable manufacturing processes and materials in concurrent design for manufacturing environment. In the paper, a fuzzy knowledge-based decision support method is proposed for multi-criteria decision-making in evaluating and selecting possible manufacturing process/material combinations in terms of the total production cost. Based on the proposed method, a prototype Web-based knowledge-intensive manufacturing consulting service system (WebMCSS) with the client-knowledge server architecture is developed to help designers/users find good processes and materials while still at the conceptual level of design. The system, as one of the important parts of an advanced design for manufacturing tool, is a concept level process and material selection tool that can be used as both a standalone application and a Java applet freely available via the Web. Interlinked with Web pages of tutorials, and reference pages explaining the facets, fabrication processes and material choices, the system performs reasoning and calculations using the process capability and material property data from the remote Web-based database and knowledge base that can be maintained and updated via the Internet.
