In this paper, the concept of multiple‐attribute group decision‐making (MAGDM) problems with interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy information is developed, in which the attribute values are interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy numbers and the information about the attribute weight is incomplete. Since the concept of interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy sets is the generalization of interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy set. Thus, due the this motivation in this paper, the concept of interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy Choquet integral average (IVPFCIA) operator is introduced by generalizing the concept of interval‐valued intuitionistic fuzzy Choquet integral average operator. To illustrate the developed operator, a numerical example is also investigated. Extended the concept of traditional GRA method, a new extension of GRA method based on interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy information is introduced. First, utilize IVPFCIA operator to aggregate all the interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy decision matrices. Then, an optimization model based on the basic ideal of traditional grey relational analysis (GRA) method is established, to get the weight vector of the attributes. Based on the traditional GRA method, calculation steps for solving interval‐valued Pythagorean fuzzy MAGDM problems with incompletely known weight information are given. The degree of grey relation between every alternative and positive‐ideal solution and negative‐ideal solution is calculated. To determine the ranking order of all alternatives, a relative relational degree is defined by calculating the degree of grey relation to both the positive‐ideal solution and negative ideal solution simultaneously. Finally, to illustrate the developed approach a numerical example is to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.  相似文献

To better solve the corresponding multiple attribute group decision-making problem with unknown weights, multiple attribute group decision-making methods with completely unknown weights of decision-makers and incompletely known weights of attributes are proposed in intuitionistic fuzzy setting and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy setting. In the group decision-making method, two weight models are proposed based on the score function to determine the weights of both experts and attributes from the intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices and the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrices. Then, overall evaluation formulas of weighted scores for each alternative are introduced in the intuitionistic fuzzy setting and the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy setting to obtain the ranking order of alternatives and the most desirable one(s). Finally, two numerical examples demonstrate the applicability and benefit of the proposed methods.  相似文献

Linguistic hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy set, which allows an element having several linguistic evaluation values and each linguistic argument having several intuitionistic fuzzy memberships, is a power tool to model uncertain information existing in multiple attribute decision-making problems. In this paper, we propose new methods by using TOPSIS and VIKOR for multiple attribute decision-making problems, in which evaluation values are in the form of linguistic hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy elements. Different situations of attribute weight information are considered. If attribute weights are partly known, a linear programming model is set up based on the idea that reasonable weights should make the relative closeness of each alternative evaluation value to the linguistic hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy positive ideal solution as large as possible. If attribute weights are unknown completely, an optimization model is set up based on the maximum deviation method. A numerical example is presented to illustrate feasibility and practical advantages of the proposed method. We compare the alternatives’ rankings derived from the linguistic hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS method with those derived from the hesitant fuzzy linguistic TOPSIS and the hesitant intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS approach to further illustrate their advantages.

With respect to 2-tuple linguistic multiple attribute group decision making problems with incomplete weight information, some basic concepts and operational laws of 2-tuple linguistic variables are introduced. An optimization model based on the maximizing deviation method, by which the attribute weights can be determined, is established. According to the traditional ideas of grey relational analysis (GRA), the optimal alternative(s) is determined by calculating the linguistic degree of grey relation of every alternative and 2-tuple linguistic positive ideal solution and 2-tuple linguistic negative ideal solution. It is based on the concept that the optimal alternative should have the largest degree of grey relation from positive ideal solution and the smallest degree of grey relation from the negative ideal solution. The method has exact characteristic in linguistic information processing. It avoided information distortion and losing which occur formerly in the linguistic information processing. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the use of the proposed method. The result shows the approach is simple, effective and easy to calculate.  相似文献

针对属性值为区间直觉模糊数的多属性群决策问题, 考虑到模糊性和随机性对群决策过程及结果的影响, 本研究将利用云模型理论结合区间直觉模糊数的特征, 运用灰色关联系数法和信息熵理论确定专家和属性权重, 通过信息集结构建综合评价云模型. 不同于传统的区间直觉模糊数的排序方法, 本研究利用云模型的3En规则将区间直觉模糊数进行云转换并通过云相似度确定方案的综合评价值和犹豫度, 然后对决策方案进行比较分析. 研究结果表明: 该方法能够科学有效地进行决策, 进而为决策方提供科学依据.  相似文献

In this paper, the dynamic hybrid multiple attribute decision making problems, in which the decision information, provided by decision makers at different periods, is expressed in real numbers, interval numbers or linguistic labels (linguistic labels can be described by triangular fuzzy numbers), respectively, are investigated. The method first utilizes three different GRA (grey relational analysis (real-valued GRA, interval-valued GRA and fuzzy-valued GRA) to calculate the individual grey relational degree of each alternative to the positive and negative ideal alternatives based on the decision information expressed in real numbers, interval numbers and linguistic labels, respectively, provided by each decision maker at each period, and then adopt the concept of fuzzy membership grade and clustering to aggregate the grey relational degree of all the evaluated periods. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.  相似文献

针对评价信息为区间直觉模糊的多属性群决策问题中,决策者与属性的权重均未知的情况,提出一种排序方法。为求解属性值权重,从区间直觉模糊数的几何意义出发,基于熵值最大化原理,求出属性的权重,得到每位专家对每个方案的综合评价值。基于专家个体与专家群体意见之间的灰色关联度以及熵最大化原理,建立模型求出各决策者的权重。在此基础上综合所有专家意见得到评价值,并对方案比较排序。算例验证了此方法的合理有效性。  相似文献

针对决策信息为区间直觉模糊数且属性权重完全未知的多属性决策问题, 提出基于改进的区间直觉模糊熵和新得分函数的决策方法. 首先, 利用改进的区间直觉模糊熵确定属性权重; 然后, 利用区间直觉模糊加权算术平均算子集成信息, 得到各备选方案的综合属性值, 进而指出现有得分函数存在排序失效或排序不符合实际的不足, 同时给出一个新的得分函数, 并以此对方案进行排序; 最后, 通过实例表明了所提出方法的有效性.

针对目标识别中的不确定性问题,提出一种基于直觉模糊多属性决策的识别方法.首先,定义直觉模糊集之间的可能度,并提出了基于可能度的直觉模糊集排序方法;然后,建立了目标类型识别模型,在用直觉模糊集表达目标特征模糊测量信息的基础上,提出了基于直觉模糊有序加权几何平均算子的多属性决策方法.最后的应用实例表明,所提出的方法是有效的,并易于编程实现,具有较强的实用性.  相似文献

针对专家权重和属性权重未知、阶段权重未知且与时间序列有关的动态大群体应急决策问题,提出一种考虑时间序列的动态大群体应急决策方法.首先,提出一个考虑区间直觉模糊数犹豫度的距离公式,定义区间直觉模糊数贴近度,综合考虑贴近度和相似度,用模糊聚类法对大群体专家偏好信息进行聚类;其次,基于现有区间直觉模糊熵公式的不足,提出一个新的区间直觉模糊熵公式,基于此公式考虑专家之间知识水平的差异和各个阶段偏好信息不具遗传性等特点,计算得出专家在不同属性下的权重和属性在各阶段下的权重;再次,考虑时间序列对各阶段权重的影响,构建相对熵模型,对阶段权重进行合理确定,进而利用加权平均算子得到整个决策过程中各方案的综合决策偏好;然后,利用区间直觉模糊数的得分函数和精确函数对方案进行排序,选出最优方案;最后,通过与以往文献的方法对比分析验证所提出方法的有效性和优越性.  相似文献

提出了区间直觉模糊连续熵,并且研究了一种新的处理区间直觉模糊多属性决策问题的方法。基于连续有序加权平均(COWA)算子,给出了区间直觉模糊连续熵的概念,并且证明了区间直觉模糊连续熵满足区间直觉模糊熵的公理化定义的四个条件。在此基础上,针对属性权重信息完全未知的决策问题,通过衡量每一属性所含的信息量来确定属性权重。依据备选方案与理想方案间的加权相关系数,给出了一种新的区间直觉模糊多属性决策方法。实验结果验证了新的决策方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献

With respect to multiple attribute decision-making problems with interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information, some operational laws of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy numbers, correlation and correlation coefficient of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets are introduced. An optimization model based on the negative ideal solution and max-min operator, by which the attribute weights can be determined, is established. We utilize the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy weighted averaging operator proposed by Xu (Control Decis 22(2):215–219, 2007) to aggregate the interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative, and then rank the alternatives and select the most desirable one(s) according to the correlation coefficient. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.  相似文献

针对考虑评价专家评价信息的绿色供应商选择问题,提出了一种基于梯形模糊软集的绿色供应商选择多属性群决策模型。各专家选定不同的评价指标集及使用语言变量进行评价,利用“与”运算对各专家的评价信息进行集结,并得到信息集结后的梯形模糊软集;然后以此作为多属性决策的初始决策矩阵,在梯形模糊软集加权规范化的基础上通过计算正负理想解距离以及相对贴近度,得到最优决策。最后通过算例说明了该方法的可行性和有效性。  相似文献
