研究了在无润滑条件下,压铸铝合金A lSi9Cu3的铁金属间化合物对高速钢刀具钻削磨损特性的影响。结果表明:当合金中铁的质量分数较低时(w(Fe)<0.6%),铁金属间化合物以细小的多边形形状铁相为主,刀具后刀面磨损机制主要为塑性变形磨损,磨损量较大;当0.6%0.8%时,汉字状和多边形状铁相明显增多,呈薄片晶状的β相A l5FeSi出现,磨粒磨损成为主要的磨损机制,磨损量变大。粘着磨损和磨粒磨损共存的磨损机制是钻削压铸铝合金刀具合理的磨损机制。  相似文献

对7022铝合金的不同温度退火试样进行干滑动摩擦磨损试验,用扫描电镜、显微硬度测试仪和三维形貌仪分析各试样的磨损机制.结果表明,退火温度对材料的显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能有明显影响,退火温度在200℃时,材料显微硬度和摩擦磨损性能最好,此温度下材料得到完全再结晶,且晶粒细化;摩擦磨损性能随着显微硬度的提高而减小.塑变磨损、磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损为7022铝合金的主要磨损机理.  相似文献

The effects of addition of La on the microstructure of as-cast ADC12 Al-Alloy were investigated by using optical microscope (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS). The experimental results showed that the a-Al and eutectic Si crystals were modified with the addition of 0.3 wt% La. The eutectic Si crystals showed a granular distribution. At the same time, the alloy possessed the best mechanical property. When more than 0.3 wt% La was added to ADC12 aluminum alloy, the microstructure of as-cast alloy was coarsening gradually with the increase of the content of La and the mechanical property decreased. The effect of rare earth La which was added in ADC12 Al-Alloy for up to 0.9 wt% had been investigated in this study. The dendrites of ADC12 Al-alloy was refined obviously and the morphology of Si crystals showed a particle structure when the addition of La reached 0.3 wt%. Besides, the acicular La-rich intermetallics in the alloy deteriorated the mechanical property of alloy. To avoid this unwanted phase, the amount of added rare earth La must be less than 0.6 wt%.  相似文献

以Steilite6钴基合金粉末为原料,采用等离子喷焊技术,选择合适的工艺参数,在HT250基体上制备具有冶金结合的耐磨、耐热合金涂层.借助于OM、SEM、XRD观察分析涂层的组织,利用显微硬度计测试涂层的显微硬度分布,在磨损试验机上通过环一块磨损试验评估涂层的耐磨性能.结果表明:等离子喷焊涂层组织均匀细小,主要由γ-Co、(Cr,Fe),C2相组成;涂层的显微硬度可达590~680HV。;在室温干滑动磨损条件下,基体试样的失重量约为涂层的5.5倍,表明涂层的耐滑动磨损性能明显提高.  相似文献

Three as-cast and as-extruded Mg-5Zn-x Y-0.6Zr(x=5 wt%, 8 wt%, 11 wt%) alloys were prepared, and the effects of Y content on the microstructures and mechanical properties of the alloys were investigated. The results show that the investigated Mg-Zn-Y-Zr alloys mainly consist of a-Mg, X-Mg12 YZn and minor amount of W-Mg_3Y_2Zn_3 phases. The volume fraction of X-Mg_(12) YZn phase increases and that of W-Mg_3Y_2Zn_3 phase decreases with the rising of Y content in the alloys. The as-extruded Mg-5Zn-11Y-0.6Zr alloy owns the optimal ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of 429 and 351 MPa, respectively. Mg-5Zn-5Y-0.6Zr alloy owns the maximum elongation of 13.6%.  相似文献

选用医用锻造和铸造CoCrMo合金材料,利用UMT-II型摩擦磨损试验机,综合考察并比较了不同载荷条件下,25%小牛血清润滑时的摩擦磨损性能,分析了磨损机理.实验结果表明:锻造和铸造CoCrMo合金的物相主要由α-CoCr和ε-CoCr固溶体相组成.锻造合金含有较高的α-CoCr相,铸造合金则含有较高的ε-CoCr相,锻造合金的显微硬度略高于铸造合金.25%小牛血清润滑条件下,不同载荷条件下锻造和铸造CoCrMo合金的摩擦系数具有相同的变化规律.低载荷时,锻造CoCrMo合金的摩擦系数略高于铸造合金,高载荷时,二者的摩擦系数相当.锻造和铸造CoCrMo合金的磨损皆为混合磨损机制,即犁沟磨损为主,并伴有磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损.  相似文献

Dry Friction Characteristics of Ti-6Al-4V Alloy under High Sliding Velocity   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Tribological behaviours of Ti-6Al-4V alloy pins sliding against GCr15 steel discs over a range of contact pressures (0.33-1.33 MPa) and sliding velocities (30-70 m/s) were investigated using a pin-on-disc tribometer under unlubricated conditions. The wear mechanisms and the wear transition were analyzed based on examinations of worn surfaces using SEM, EDS and XRD. When the velocity increases, the friction coefficient and the wear rate of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy show typical transition features, namely, the critical values of sliding velocities for 0.33 and 0.67 MPa are 60 and 40 m/s, respectively. The experimental results reveal that the tribological behaviours of Ti-6Al-4V alloys are controlled by the thermal-mechanical effects, which connects with the friction heat and hard particles of the pairs. A tribolayer containing mainly Ti oxides and V oxides is formed on the worn surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy.  相似文献

研究了Mg-Y4-Nd3合金鑄態和T6處理(525℃固溶處理8 h,250℃時效處理16 h)后的顯微組織、力學性能和摩擦磨損性能。結果表明:鑄造Mg-Y4-Nd3合金共晶相分布在α-Mg固溶體晶界上,呈不連續網狀分布。經過固溶時效處理后,合金為等軸晶組織,共晶相基本固溶到-αMg基體中,時效析出沉淀相呈彌散分布。兩種處理合金的抗拉強度都隨溫度的升高而降低,伸長率均隨溫度的升高而升高,同溫度下,T6處理的合金抗拉強度高于鑄態合金。T6處理的合金在干滑動摩擦條件下,隨著載荷的增加,摩擦系數降低,磨損量增加,磨損機制由磨粒磨損伴有氧化磨損向剝層磨損過渡,在高載荷下磨損表面出現塑性變形擠出現象。  相似文献

Fe-based coatings reinforced by spherical WC particles were produced on the 304 stainless steel by plasma transferred arc(PTA) to enhance the surface wear properties. Three different Fe/WC composite powder mixtures containing 0 wt%, 30 wt%, and 60 wt% of WC were investigated. The microstructure and phase composition of the Fe/WC composite PTA coatings were evaluated systemically by using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The wear properties of the three fabricated PTA coatings were investigated on a BRUKER UMT TriboLab. The morphologies of the worn tracks and wear debris were characterized by using SEM and 3 D non-contract profiler. The experimental results reveal that the microhardness on the cross-section and the wear resistance of the fabricated coatings increase dramatically with the increasing adding WC contents. The coating containing 60 wt% of WC possesses excellent wear resistance validated by the lower coefficients of friction(COF), narrower and shallower wear tracks and smaller wear rate. In the pure Fe-based coating, the main wear mechanism is the combination of adhesion and oxidative wear. Adhesive and two-body abrasive wear are predominated in the coating containing 30 wt% of WC, whereas threebody abrasion wear mechanism is predominated in the coating containing 60 wt% of WC.  相似文献

在2738模具钢表面通过CO2激光熔覆制备Ni基WC复合涂层。分别对2738钢基体和Ni-WC激光熔覆层进行干摩擦试验。用三维表面形貌仪测量磨损体积,用扫描电镜观察磨痕的表面形貌。试验结果表明,Ni-WC复合涂层试样的硬度显著提高,表面硬度超过1200HV,保证了Ni-WC熔覆层的耐磨性。熔覆层的平均摩擦因数约为0.24,与2738钢基体的摩擦因数0.43相比,降低了约44%。熔覆试样的比磨损率比基体试样的比磨损率下降了96.7%,WC硬质相提高了摩擦副表面的承载能力。磨粒磨损为Ni-WC复合涂层的主要磨损机理。  相似文献

用X-ray衍射和激光共聚焦扫描显微镜对经激光表面熔凝处理的Mg-11Y-2.5Zn合金进行显微组织和相组成分析,并测量改性层硬度变化。研究结果表明,经激光表面熔凝处理后,改性层由熔化区和热影响区组成,熔化区的显微组织明显细化,硬度有所改善。研究了经激光表面处理和铸态Mg-11Y-2.5Zn合金的摩擦学性能,滑移速率为0.785m/s,载荷范围为20~320N。两者的摩擦因子无显著差异,但经激光表面处理的Mg-11Y-2.5Zn合金表现出较低的磨损率,归结于熔凝区的组织细化和硬度增加。SEM磨损表面形貌分析表明,激光表面熔凝处理的合金与未处理合金的磨损机制基本相同,轻微磨损阶段为磨粒磨损和剥层磨损,严重磨损阶段为表面热软化和熔化磨损。  相似文献

对20#钢试样进行C-N共渗热处理,经C-N共渗的试样进行干摩擦磨损试验,实验的载荷为2N到6N,滑动速度从8m/s到45m/s.摩擦磨损试验表明在滑动速度为35m/s左右时,发生了从轻微磨损向严重磨损的转变,结合SEM、AES和XPS分析,磨损率的变化与磨损表面的氧化物形成与剥落、氧化物的类型转变(Fe2O3转变成FeO)有密切关系.  相似文献

为了开发低成本、高强度、耐高温的新型镁合金,研究了微量Y、Ce对AZ91D镁合金显微组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:Y和Ce复合加入AZ91D镁合金,能明显细化组织晶粒,从而改善合金在室温和高温下的力学性能。当加入0.6%Ce-0.3%Y(质量分数)时,合金晶粒细化效果较好,其室温和高温力学性能比较理想。  相似文献

In situ A356-x%PVF (particle volume fraction) ZrB2 (x=1, 3, 5) composites were prepared via magneto-chemistry in situ reaction and the dry sliding wear properties of the composites were investigated. The experimental results show that ZrB2 reinforcement particle is obtained and its morphology mainly present in spherical and regular hexagon. Wear test results show that the values of wear weight loss of the composites decrease with the increase of value under a given sliding time and a certain load of 60 N. Especially, when x=5, the weight loss of the as-prepared composite is 43.1 mg, which is only 36.4% to that of A356 alloy, 118 mg. The wear mechanism is changed from adhesion wear to adhesion wear and abrasive wear and then to abrasive wear with the increase of x value.  相似文献

采用5kWCO2连续激光器在低碳钢表面激光熔覆Fe基合金涂层(Fe55)及添加20%Cr3C(2质量分数)的Fe基合金复合涂层(Cr3C2/Fe),研究了两种涂层的组织结构、显微硬度及耐滑动磨损性能。结果表明,Fe55涂层以亚共晶方式结晶,在初生柱状固溶体枝晶间存在大量的网状共晶组织。Cr3C2/Fe涂层中Cr3C2大部分溶解,原Fe55涂层中初生柱状固溶体枝晶产生等轴化,枝晶组织也明显细化。激光熔覆Fe55涂层主要由α-Fe和Cr23C6组成,Cr3C2/Fe涂层的主要组成相为γ-Fe;α-Fe,Cr23C6以及未熔Cr3C2。激光熔覆Cr3C2/Fe涂层的硬度和耐磨性明显优于Fe55涂层。  相似文献

为了研究纳米Si3N4颗粒作为填料对铸型尼龙(MC尼龙)的摩擦磨损性能的影响,选用两种复合材料在MM-200摩擦磨损试验机上进行了试验研究,并借助于扫描电镜观察了磨损形貌,探讨了磨损机理,研究结果表明,在干摩擦条件下,Si3N4颗粒填MC尼龙与钢环对摩的摩擦数随载荷的升高而降低,在相同载荷时均高于纯尼龙,在一定的滑动速度下,Si3N4颗粒填充MC尼龙的耐磨性能与载荷大小有关,当载荷较低时,复合材料的耐磨性能比纯尼龙好,其磨损机理主要是磨粒磨损和粘着磨损,当载荷较高时,复合材料的耐磨性能不如纯尼龙,其磨损机理主要是疲劳剥落,并有磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。  相似文献

Al-Si/15%SiCp(volume fraction) composites with different silicon contents were fabricated by spray deposition technique, and typical microstructures of these composites were studied by optical microscopy(OM). Dry sliding wear tests were carried out using a block-on-ring wear machine to investigate the effect of applied load range of 10-220 N on the wear and friction behavior of these composites sliding against SAE 52100 grade bearing steel. Scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray microanalysis(EDAX) were utilized to examine the morphologies of the worn surfaces in order to observe the wear characteristics and investigate the wear mechanism. The results show that the wear behavior of these composites is dependent on the silicon content in the matrix alloy and the applied load. Al-Si/15%SiCp composites with higher silicon content exhibit better wear resistance in the applied load range. Under lower loads, the major wear mechanisms are oxidation wear and abrasive wear for all tested composites. Under higher loads, severe adhesive wear becomes the main wear mechanisms for Al-7Si/15%SiCp and Al-13Si/15%SiCp composites, while Al-20Si/15%SiCp presents a compound wear mechanism, consisting of oxidation, abrasive wear and adhesion wear.  相似文献

以A1(NO3)3.9H2O、Y(NO3)3.6H2O和Ce(NO3)3.6H2O为氧化剂,尿素为还原剂,采用低温燃烧法合成了Pr3+掺杂的YAG:Ce3+光致发光超细荧光粉,研究了镨离子和尿素的掺杂量对YAG:Ce3+粉体发光性能的影响。结果表明,在450℃的低温条件下,利用低温燃烧法可以制备较纯的Pr3+掺杂的YAG:Ce3+荧光粉;掺杂Pr3+增加红光区的发射峰有利于提高YAG:Ce3+荧光粉的显色性;当Pr3+的掺杂量为0.005 0、尿素的添加量按化合价计算的剂量比为1.2倍时用低温燃烧法所制备的YAG:Ce3+超细荧光粉的发光强度最高。  相似文献

The magnesium-lithium (Mg-Li) alloy exhibits two phase structures between 5.7wt% and 10.3wt% Li contents, consisting of the α (hcp) Mg-rich and the β (bcc) Li-rich phases, at room temperature. In the experiment, Mg-5Li-2Zn, Mg-9Li-2Zn, Mg-16Li-2Zn, Mg-22Li-2Zn, Mg-5Li-2Zn-2Ca, Mg-9Li-2Zn-2Ca, Mg-16Li-2Zn-2Ca, and Mg-22Li-2Zn-2Ca (wt%) were melted. During the melting process, the flux, which was composed of lithium chloride (LiCl) and lithium fluoride (LiF) in the proportion of 3:1 (mass ratio) and argon gas were used to protect the alloys from oxidation. The microstructure, mechanical properties, and cold-rolling workability of the wrought alloys were studied. The crystal grain of the alloys (adding Ga) is fine. The hardness of the studied alloys decreases with an increase in element Li. The density of the studied alloys is in the range of 1.187 to 1.617 g/cm3. The reduction of the Mg-16Li-2Zn and Mg-22Li-2Zn alloys can exceed 85% at room temperature. The Mg-9Li-2Zn-2Ca alloy was heat treated at 300°C for 8, 12, 16, and 24 h, respectively. The optimum heat treatment of the Mg-9Li-2Zn-2Ca alloy is 300°C×12h by metallographic observation and by studying the mechanical properties of the alloys.  相似文献
