DD6单晶冷却涡轮叶片模拟试样拉伸性能   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究了[001]取向的冷却叶片模拟试样的拉伸性能与断口。分别从温度、薄壁厚度以及气膜孔3个方面分析对其力学性能的影响。结果表明:薄壁圆管试样在过峰值温度后,抗拉强度与屈服强度随温度上升而降低,延伸率与截面收缩率则不断递增;2mm比1.5mm薄壁试样的抗拉强度、屈服强度、延伸率及截面收缩率都要大;带气膜孔试样存在应力应变集中,导致其抗拉强度与屈服强度,延伸率与截面收缩率都要比不带气膜孔试样的低。对试样断口进行SEM分析,结果表明在中温和高温条件下,断口呈现不同的断裂特点,850℃的试样断面由光滑斜平面组成,而980℃的断口则以韧窝断裂为主。  相似文献

研究了镍基单晶高温合金压缩蠕变强度的各向异性.结果表明,压缩蠕变强度的取向依赖性与温度有关,其由大到小的排序分别为:1023K-[110],[111],[001];1123K-[110],[001],[111],当蠕变速率小于8×10-5s-1时,[001]与[110]间的各向异性减弱;1223K-[110],[001],[111],但[001]与[110]间的各向异性变得非常弱,通过蠕变门槛应力分析,确定了上述取向在不同区域中的蠕变控制机制,拼据此解释了压缩蠕变强度的各向异性.  相似文献

为研究厚度、晶粒尺寸对C5210磷青铜薄板力学性能和成形性能的影响,通过不同温度退火热处理得到不同晶粒尺寸的试样,然后在常温下对具有不同厚度和晶粒尺寸的试样进行单向拉伸试验。结果表明:当厚度在50~800μm范围内,材料的屈服强度随着厚度的减小而增大,而加工硬化指数和伸长率随着厚度的减小而减小,提出了描述屈服强度随厚度减小而增大关系的修正模型;材料的屈服强度随着晶粒尺寸的增大而减小,但加工硬化指数随着晶粒尺寸的增大而增大,伸长率则随着晶粒尺寸的增大先增大到一个峰值后再减小。通过扫描电镜观察拉伸试样的断口形貌发现所有试样断裂方式均为韧性断裂,并且随着厚度的增大断口韧窝的密集度增大,而晶粒尺寸越大的试样断口韧窝密集度越小。  相似文献

本文系统研究了壁厚对拉伸曲线形态、拉伸强度以及断裂特性的影响。在所测试温度范围内,壁厚对拉伸曲线形态、拉伸强度和断裂特性都有明显的影响;相对而言,760℃拉伸性能薄壁效应更加明显,但壁厚和拉伸塑性间没有明显的函数关系。在760℃标准试样断口表面存在多个滑移系同时启动产生的波纹状滑移特征;而不同壁厚试样尽管也表现出滑移开裂特征,但滑移系单一。在900℃标准试样断口表面存在大量等轴韧窝,表现出延性断裂的特征;而不同壁厚试样的断口表现出混合断裂特征。  相似文献

采用三维晶体取向分布函数法研究了循环相变α→β→α对工业纯钛的织构和屈服强度各向异性的影响。结果表明,经3次循环相变处理后,退火织构(1013)[1210]基本上抑制了[2110]∥ND的纤维织构,及(0002)基面型织构。原冷轧织构(2115)[0110]转变为部分[2115]∥  相似文献

在定向凝固炉中制备了[001]、[011]和[111]3种不同取向的DD15单晶高温合金,研究了980 ℃/300 MPa条件下不同取向的蠕变性能。为对比分析不同蠕变时间后的微观组织,蠕变50和100 h后停止试验。采用扫描电镜和透射电镜分析不同取向的合金组织。结果表明,不同取向合金在垂直于生长方向的截面上具有不同的组织特征,[001]取向γ′相为规则的正方形,[011]取向γ′相为矩形,[111]取向γ′相为多边形。合金在 980 ℃/300 MPa条件下的蠕变性能呈现明显的各向异性,蠕变寿命按[111]、[001]、[011]取向的顺序减小,应变量按[001]、[011]、[111]取向的顺序降低。3种取向合金蠕变曲线的共同特征为具有非常短的蠕变第1阶段,与[001]和[111] 取向相比,[011]取向合金具有较短的蠕变第3阶段。不同取向合金蠕变后的γ′相具有明显不同的筏排化程度。[001]取向合金的γ′相筏排化速率大于[011]和[111]取向合金。蠕变断裂后,[001]或[111]取向合金的位错密度大于[011]取向合金。  相似文献

通过设计滑移系直接受分切应力的剪切试样形式,对镍基单晶超合金在700℃、850℃和950℃时的瞬时剪切强度和剪切蠕变性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,本研究试样形式可以直接测量单滑移系的滑移规律,未发现晶体取向相关性。通过转换公式,瞬时剪切强度与圆棒试验结果相吻合。应用扫描电镜(SEM)对试样断口分析表明,断口由平整的小刻面组成,从而进一步验证本试验的有效性,同时发现,由夹杂形成的空洞和平行受载方向的  相似文献

本文利用辉光放电离子溅射法成功地将稀土元素La,Ce离子化,并以较高的浓度渗入纯铁.采用金相、电子探针、能谱(EDAX)及透射电镜(TEM)等方法研究了被渗试样的渗层结构,确定出稀土元素在纯铁中的两种存在形式:固溶和亚稳的金属间化合物(Ce,La)Fe_7,选区电子衍射证明,CeFe_7与α-Fe之间存在如下取向关系(011)α-Fe∥(110)CeFe7,[111]α-Fe∥[001]CeFe7.观察表明,稀土元素原子的渗入可促使铁基体中固溶的微量碳原子向试样外表面扩散并偏聚.  相似文献

利用TEM观察累积叠轧法(ARB)制备的超细晶Cu的微观结构,在IBTC-5000单轴疲劳试验机上对制备态及不同温度退火态的ARB-Cu进行单向静态拉伸实验,通过SEM观察力学测试后试样的断口形貌。结果表明:在实验温度范围内,退火处理均使ARB-Cu的屈服强度和抗拉强度下降,当退火温度低于再结晶温度时,ARB-Cu的屈服强度和抗拉强度均随退火温度的升高而升高;当退火温度高于再结晶温度时,其强度迅速下降。当退火温度为200℃时,ARB-Cu的屈服强度和抗拉强度达到退火态最大值。随退火温度的升高,ARBCu的晶粒尺寸略微增大,晶粒分布逐渐由制备态的单峰分布转变为双峰分布,断口形貌显示出塑性逐渐增加的趋势。退火处理有助于ARB材料焊合界面结合强度的提高,退火温度越高,焊合界面结合性能越好。焊合界面经历的叠轧道次越多,其结合效率越高,其理论计算公式为E=(1-0.5~n)×100%。  相似文献

对变形镁合金AZ61铸态试样和不同温度下的挤压成形试样的微观组织结构、室温力学性能以及拉伸断口进行了研究.结果表明,360℃的热挤压温度不能成形试样,在370、385、400℃下进行热挤压可以得到外形完整、表面光洁的试样;随着挤压温度提高,AZ61挤压试样发生再结晶的晶粒数量显著增加,达到400℃时形成均匀细小的等轴晶组织;370、385、400℃下的挤压试样断口均表现为明显的塑性断裂特征,400℃时挤压试样的抗拉强度达到297.43 MPa,屈服强度达到221.42 MPa,伸长率为22.39%,具有较好的力学性能.  相似文献

In as-welded state, each region of 2219 aluminum alloy TIG-welded joint shows diff erent microstructure and microhardness due to the diff erent welding heat cycles and the resulting evolution of second phases. After the post-weld heat treatment, both the amount and the size of the eutectic structure or θ phases decreased. Correspondingly, both the Cu content in α-Al matrix and the microhardness increased to a similar level in each region of the joint, and the tensile strength of the entire joint was greatly improved. Post-weld heat treatment played the role of solid solution strengthening and aging strengthening. After the post-weld heat treatment, the weld performance became similar to other regions, but weld reinforcements lost their reinforcing eff ect on the weld and their existence was more of an adverse eff ect. The joint without weld reinforcements after the post-weld heat treatment had the optimal tensile properties, and the specimens randomly crack in the weld zone.  相似文献

目的: 观察本实验室合成的一种治疗阿尔茨海默氏症(AD)的药物(1-二甲基磷酰基-2, 2, 2 -三氯)-乙基-1-醇烟酸醋(NMF),对体外培养的皮层神经细胞活性的影响以及对海人藻酸(KA)所致的神经损伤的保护作用。方法: 采用体外培养皮层神经元的方法,解剖分离 15 d胚胎小鼠皮层神经细胞, 接种于 96孔板,48 h 后加药并培养 72 h,以 MIT 法 观察 NMF 对小鼠皮层神经细胞活性的影响;同时将接种于 24 孔板的细胞预先给予 NMF,d 3 时加或不加KA处理后,以台盼蓝染色鉴别并计数死、活细胞,可得出细胞的存活率。结果: NMF 明显促进胎鼠皮层神经元活性,其中 NMF1、0. 1、10nmol·L-1促进神经元活性增殖率分别高达 34.7%、37.4%、36. 7%, NMF 明显促进正常胎鼠皮层神经元存活卒,与对照组比较,10nmol·L-1 NMF 对皮层神经元的存活率分别提高 39.3%、73.5%。 NMF能显著 对抗 KA 所致的神经元损伤,与 KA 损伤组相比, NMF0.1、10、10nmol·L-1对损伤皮层神经元的保护率分别为 77.30%、80.10%、84.15%。结论: NMF 明 显促进胎鼠皮层神经元的洁性、提高正常皮层神经元,的存活卒,并能有效地保护KA所致的神经元损伤,提示 NMF 是一种很有潜力的治疗 AD 的药物。  相似文献

The Lanthanum-doped bismuth ferrite–lead titanate compositions of 0.5(Bi LaxFe1-xO3)–0.5(Pb Ti O3)(x = 0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20)(BLxF1-x-PT) were prepared by mixed oxide method.Structural characterization was performed by X-ray diffraction and shows a tetragonal structure at room temperature.The lattice parameter c/a ratio decreases with increasing of La(x = 0.05–0.20) concentration of the composites.The effect of charge carrier/ion hopping mechanism,conductivity,relaxation process and impedance parameters was studied using an impedance analyzer in a wide frequency range(102–106Hz) at different temperatures.The nature of Nyquist plot confirms the presence of bulk effects only,and non-Debye type of relaxation processes occurs in the composites.The electrical modulus exhibits an important role of the hopping mechanism in the electrical transport process of the materials.The ac conductivity and dc conductivity of the materials were studied,and the activation energy found to be 0.81,0.77,0.76 and 0.74 e V for all compositions of x = 0.05–0.20 at different temperatures(200–300 °C).  相似文献

Coherent second phase often exhibits anisotropic morphology with specifi c orientations with respect to both the second and the matrix phases. As a key feature of microstructure, the morphology of the coherent particles is essential for understanding the second-phase strengthening eff ect in various industrial alloys. This letter reports anisotropic growth of coherent ferrite from austenite matrix in pure iron based on molecular dynamics simulation. We found that the ferrite grain tends to grow into an elongated plate-like shape, independent of its initial confi guration. The fi nal shape of the ferrite is closely related to the misfi t between the two phases, with the longest direction and the broad facet of the plate being, respectively, consistent with the best matching direction and the best matching plane calculated via the Burgers vector content(BVC) method. The strain energy calculation in the framework of Eshelby's inclusion theory verifi es that the simulated orientation of the coherent ferrite is energetically favorable. It is anticipated that the BVC method will be applicable in analysis of anisotropic growth and morphology of coherent second phase in other phase transformation systems.  相似文献

The orientation relationships(ORs)between the martensite and the retained austenite in low-and medium-carbon steels after quenching–partitioning–tempering process were studied in this work.The ORs in the studied steels are identified by selected-area electron diffraction(SAED)as either K–S or N–W ORs.Meanwhile,the ORs were also studied based on numerical fitting of electron backscatter diffraction data method suggested by Miyamoto.The simulated K–S and N–W ORs in the low-index directions generally do not well coincide with the experimental pole figure,which may be attributed to both the orientation spread from the ideal variant orientations and high symmetry of the low-index directions.However,the simulated results coincide well with experimental pole figures in the high-index directions{123}_(bcc).A modified method with simplicity based on Miyamoto’s work was proposed.The results indicate that the ORs determined by modified method are similar to those determined by Miyamoto’method,that is,the OR is near K–S OR for the low-carbon Q–P–T steel,and with the increase of carbon content,the OR is closer to N–W OR in medium-carbon Q–P–T steel.  相似文献
