由菱镁矿制备高纯氧化镁的工艺研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
以菱镁矿煅烧制的得轻烧镁为原料,经消化、碳酸化制得碳酸氢镁溶液,采用活性炭为吸附剂脱除钙、铁等杂质,再热解、煅烧制得高纯氧化镁。研究了吸附温度和接触时间等因素对活性炭吸附除铁的影响,以及酸用量和时间对活性炭再生的影响。结果表明:在20℃下,吸附反应80min,最终的氧化镁产品中MgO含量大于99.5%,CaO含量小于0.09%,Fe含量小于0.05%;时间对再生效果影响甚微,活性炭再生效果良好,可以重复利用,为制备各种高纯氧化镁提供了一条新途径。  相似文献

采用Mn(NO 3) 2对钙基CO 2吸收剂进行浸渍改性。在常压双固定床煅烧/碳酸化反应器系统上,研究了改性钙基吸收剂循环煅烧/碳酸化捕集CO 2的反应特性,并分析了其在循环反应中的微观结构。结果表明:Mn/Ca摩尔比、碳酸化温度、煅烧温度等对改性吸收剂循环捕集CO 2特性有较大影响。Mn/Ca摩尔比为1.0∶100和700 ℃碳酸化时,改性吸收剂可获得最大碳酸化转化率,高于相同反应条件下的未处理吸收剂的转化率;Mn(NO 3) 2的加入提高了吸收剂在高煅烧温度(>950 ℃)下的抗烧结性能;经Mn(NO 3) 2改性后吸收剂煅烧产物的孔隙结构得到了改善,这有利于CO 2的循环捕集。  相似文献

柴达木地区盐湖镁资源储量丰富,伴随锂和钾资源的开发利用会副产大量的富镁副产物。为提高盐湖镁资源利用率,本文以MgCl2与电石渣制备的Mg(OH)2为原料,研究煅烧工艺对煅烧产物粒径、比表面积、活性MgO含量、凝结时间的影响,并以煅烧产物为原料制备MOC试件,研究煅烧温度和原料配比对MOC试件的影响。研究结果表明:随煅烧温度的升高和保温时间的延长,煅烧产物的比表面积逐渐降低,粒径呈先降低后增加的趋势;随煅烧温度升高和保温时间的延长,煅烧产物中活性MgO含量逐渐增加,煅烧产物的凝结时间逐渐延长。当原料的煅烧温度为600℃,活性MgO与MgCl2摩尔比为6,MgCl2溶液波美度为27时MOC试件抗压强度较高,且抗压强度随龄期延长而逐渐增加。   相似文献

本文以氯化钴溶液为原料,以碳酸氢铵为沉淀剂,用液相法制备前驱体碳酸钴,着重考查了碳酸钴合成过程中氯化钴溶液浓度、反应温度、加料速度、络合剂加入量及酸碱度等因素对碳酸钴的成核、生长的影响,煅烧温度、氢还原温度、还原时间对钴粉松比、粒度、氧含量等性能的影响。通过以上条件的优化选择,当反应终点pH值为6.8-7.0,NH3:Co(摩尔比)为(1.4-1.5):1,反应时间为120-150min时合成理想的碳酸钴晶体,碳酸钴微观形貌为球形或类球形,粒度(D50)≤5.0μm,前驱体经洗涤、过滤、烘干、在600-700℃煅烧成氧化钴,用氢气在470-500℃将氧化钴还原4-6h后制备成钴粉,钴粉Fsss粒度小于1.0μm,松装比重大于0.8g/cm3,氧含量小于0.5%,微观形貌为球形或类球形。  相似文献

实验以枣庄煤矿的煤矸石为原料,研究了以高温焙烧和盐酸作为酸浸介质浸取煤矸石中的氧化铝。主要影响因素为煅烧温度、煅烧时间、盐酸的质量分数、固液比、反应温度及酸浸时间,经过实验确定最佳工艺条件为:煅烧温度700℃、煅烧时间30min、酸量60m L、固液比1:6、酸浸时间2h,反应温度105℃,在最佳条件下氧化铝的溶出实验结果表明,Al2O3溶出率为11.6%。  相似文献

对盐酸浸取高岭土中氧化铝进行了研究。考察了煅烧温度、盐酸浓度、盐酸用量、酸浸时间及加入反应剂焙烧等因素对氧化铝浸出率的影响 ;研究发现在煅烧温度为 70 0℃ ,盐酸浓度为30 % ,盐酸与氧化铝 mol比为 6 ,酸浸时间为 2 h时 ,试样中的氧化铝浸出率达到 89% ,加入反应剂焙烧可减少酸浸时间 ;为利用高岭土生产铝盐制品 ,提高原料的利用率提供了依据  相似文献

以硫酸锌和碳酸铵为原料,采用化学沉淀法在凹凸棒土(ATP)的表面负载纳米氧化锌,合成了ATP/ZnO纳米复合材料,以吸附亚甲基蓝为模型反应,研究了加料方式、氧化锌负载量、反应温度、煅烧温度和煅烧时间等制备条件对复合材料吸附性能的影响.结果表明:当采用碳酸铵溶液滴加到ATP浆料和硫酸锌混合液、氧化锌负载量为m(ZnO):m(ATP)=1:5、煅烧温度500℃、煅烧时间2h、反应温度为60℃时制备的复合材料吸附性能较好,对亚甲基蓝的去除率达到95.5%.  相似文献

以铁尾矿粉、粉煤灰作为原料,通过高温烧结过程制备出了铁尾矿陶粒.采用X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了铁尾矿陶粒的晶相与微观结构,系统研究了铁尾矿含量、煅烧温度及保温时间对铁尾矿陶粒性能的影响,确定较优的铁尾矿含量、煅烧温度及保温时间.结果表明:随着铁尾矿含量、煅烧温度及保温时间的增加,铁尾矿陶粒的堆积密度、表观密度及筒压强度显著增强;较优的铁尾矿含量(质量分数)为70%,铁尾矿陶粒较优的煅烧工艺制度为1100℃、保温40 min.随着煅烧温度及保温时间增加到1100℃及40 min,铁尾矿陶粒主要由CaSiO3,Al2SiO5,MgSiO3,Ca2Fe2O5,Ca7Si2P2O16及CaAl2Si2O8晶相构成.煅烧温度低于900℃、保温时间为10 min时,陶粒由松散的微米级及亚微米级尺寸的颗粒及孔洞构成;随着煅烧温度、保温时间分别增加到1100℃、40 min,铁尾矿陶粒中存在尺寸为数百微米的致密无规则颗粒,从而使陶粒密度、筒压强度显著提高.  相似文献

采用湿法冶金方法回收废旧NCM523型锂离子电池正极材料中的镍、钴和锂, 正极材料的硫酸浸出液经净化除杂后, 采用“水热沉淀-煅烧法”制备NiCo2O4, 再采用化学沉淀法回收锂。研究了添加剂种类、水热温度及时间、煅烧温度对产物形貌的影响。结果表明, 以电极材料硫酸浸出液为原料, 以草酸作沉淀剂、六次甲基四胺作表面活性剂, 在140 ℃下水热反应4 h, 得到NiCo2O4前驱体; 前驱体在300 ℃下煅烧2 h, 得到形貌均匀的棒条状NiCo2O4材料; 采用饱和Na2CO3溶液沉淀水热反应母液中的锂, 得到Li2CO3。该工艺初步实现了废旧电池正极材料中有价金属镍、钴和锂的回收利用。  相似文献
