基于状态维修(CBM,Condition Based Maintenance)方法是预防性维修方法的一种,它以比例风险模型(PHM,Proportional Hazard Model)为基础,强调运行时间和实时状态对设备运行寿命的影响,通过设备运行的历史数据和实时运行状态来评估其可靠性。本文在PHM模型的基础上,利用灰色模型估计模型中风险度函数的相关参数,使之适应于消防水泵失效数据较少的情况,提出了适应小样本数据的设备状态评估方法。并以实际使用的消防水泵泄漏量作为计算状态量,采用CBM方法计算了水泵的可靠度、风险度,计算结果显示该方法能够评估设备的运行状态,并能优化设备维修策略,节约维修成本。  相似文献

物联网技术是在互联网基础上延伸与扩展的一种网络,与传统无线移动通信最大的扩展在于其面向海量的低功耗、低成本设备之间的连接。窄带物联网技术(Narraw Band Internet of Things,NB-IoT)是第三代合作伙伴计划(Third Generation Partnership Project,3GPP)基于第四代移动通信系统演进推出的移动物联网(Mobile Intenet of Things,MIoT)标准,其展现了良好的传输性能和低廉的部署成本,在国际标准化和商业化进程中逐渐形成称为统一标准的趋势。目前,NB-IoT系统的芯片、模组和设备的开发正在快速推进,急需配套的软件仿真平台,为硬件和芯片开发测试提供基线。本文对第三代合作伙伴计划NB-IoT协议中的下行链路及其涉及到的关键技术进行分析,并基于Matlab搭建仿真平台,为芯片和模组等硬件开发流程提供便利的参考。  相似文献

Information technology applications have proven effective in the maintenance of constructed facilities. The objective of the study is to enhance building maintenance using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. A data management module is first developed to collect building usage and maintenance data. A statistical module is then established to graphically display the collected data. To ensure that building functions perform normally, maintenance activities are arranged using a scheduling module. These three modules are integrated into a web-based RFID building maintenance system. System performance is validated using a real building. Experimental results show that integrating RFID technology with a web-based system, database, and scheduling theory can improve facility and equipment maintenance efficiency.  相似文献

针对智能建筑中的设备监控与节能减排问题,为有效地管理建筑物的用电设备,达到节能控制效果,以建筑物中用电设备为对象,设计了一种基于C/S模式的远程监控系统。该监控软件使用了VS开发平台C#编程技术,运用TCP/IP通信技术,实现远程控制用电设备的开启或关闭,以及档位调节。客户端软件能显示用电设备的实时运行状态,有效解决了传统用电设备管理和维护的效率不高的问题。监控系统具有控制功能可靠、实时性强、操作简单的特点,适合于现代智能建筑运维管理。  相似文献

Cost-effective maintenance of infrastructure systems within an acceptable level of safety and performance is the major concern of managing agencies. Recent maintenance approaches have offered two distinct maintenance policies: time-based maintenance (TBM) and condition-based maintenance (CBM). This paper compares the two policies under different cost environments for stochastically deteriorating infrastructures. The performance of TBM and CBM is evaluated from the viewpoint of condition transition and life cycle cost. We found the optimal maintenance solutions for TBM and CBM using dynamic programming and performed a simulation study. The simulation study showed that TBM causes some unexpected deterioration that leads to high cost, while CBM maintains a certain level of condition steadily under consistent inspection, which enables steady spending at the management level. The life cycle cost under CBM is relatively symmetric and has a more concentrated distribution than TBM, which has a large number of outliers from unexpected deteriorations. Finally, we evaluated the life cycle cost with a change in the inspection–repair cost ratio to find the most appropriate cost environment for each maintenance policy. While CBM needs periodic inspections, it still has more advantages than TBM when the inspection cost is relatively low.  相似文献

Fleet telematics aims to comprehensively control equipment groups through location tracking, maintenance control, and productivity monitoring of individual equipment based on real-time location and status transmitted to fleet control center from the equipment. Logistics industry, automobile industry, as well as transportation (land, sea, and air) industry are actively applying fleet telematics in order to efficiently and safely operate multiple groups of equipment. Earthwork, a basic operation for any type of construction, depends heavily on equipment. The productivity and safety of earthwork equipment are decided by effective management of the equipment. Therefore, fleet telematics can also improve the earthwork operation as well. The goal of this research is to develop a GPS only-based fleet telematics system for heavy earthwork equipment which can analyze time log information of each equipment using GPS location data without utilizing any other on-board sensors and CAN bus data. The earthwork site (loading and dumping area) and moving route, hazardous areas of the project are all visualized on a map via geo-fencing technology considering the characteristics of earthwork operation. Lastly, algorithms to analyze the utilization time of earthwork equipment using GPS location information are designed and their reliability are verified through field tests.  相似文献

Effective maintenance management can be extremely difficult owing to various types of equipment and instruments in a construction lab. These equipment and instruments are required to provide a high level of precision and accuracy in their tests. Usually, maintenance staff will make hard copy records of inspections and maintenance results in a construction lab. Consequently, there are often difficulties in accessing information and data re-entry problems during the maintenance process. By using 2D barcode and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technologies, this study presents a novel system called Mobile 2D Barcode/RFID-based Maintenance Management (M-BRMM) system to improve lab equipment and instrument maintenance management and provides a maintenance information sharing platform. Integrating promising information technologies such as smart phones and RFID-enabled PDAs, the M-BRMM is then applied in a construction lab in Taiwan to verify our proposed methodology and demonstrates improvements to the maintenance process in a construction lab.  相似文献

Condition‐Based Maintenance (CBM) is a common solution for the maintenance of large complex facilities under tight economic conditions. Effective implementation of CBM requires the development of performance indicators for building components and systems. The objectives of the proposed methodology are: (1) to monitor the condition of building components, based on systematic performance scales; (2) to develop a parameter that ensures clear detection of building elements that are in failing condition; and (3) to provide a Key Performance Indicator, based on a unified scale, for the comparison of the performance of different buildings. Two rating scales are used: one for the individual components (Pn ) and a second for the entire building – the Building Performance Indicator (BPI). The first scale combines criteria regarding the physical state, performance, fitness for use, and preventive maintenance of various building components. The second scale, the BPI, is a 100‐point scale that covers 10 of the building's main systems. The proposed methodology was implemented in 17 public health care facilities in Israel. The survey results show that the overall state of the facilities is that of deterioration (BPI = 68.9). One building system, the communication and low voltage system, was consistently found to be in poor condition (Pn = 39.4), four systems (exterior envelope, interior finishing, water and waste‐water, and HVAC) were in deteriorating condition (60d ≤ Pn < 70), and five were in satisfactory or higher condition. Validity of the methodology was tested by means of a survey executed by 14 trained surveyors on the same facility. The variance of the results was relatively slight.  相似文献
