阐述了MES中生产执行、数据采集和生产跟踪与其他活动之间的关系,对生产跟踪和追溯所关联的实体关系进行定界,结合离散制造过程的特点,建立了生产跟踪和追溯数据模型.数据模型着眼生产跟踪、质量和物料批次组成关系三个方面,在工序层面上关联物料批次组成关系,满足以物料或任务为入口的向前向后追溯.最后给出了可追溯在MES中的实现. 相似文献

Run-to-run控制方法是批量产品生产质量控制的最重要和最有效的方法之一,现有的批次控制方法存在不能充分利用批次全部数据的问题。因此,本文提出了一种基于在线测量的多腔体零件批次容积波动控制方法。首先,建立多零件(一个批次)的单输入单输出(MSISO)过程模型,并提出MSISO double exponentially weighted moving average(d-EWMA)控制器,基于在线测量得到每个批次零件的所有数据来更新下一批次零件的控制律。然后,对所提出的MSISO d-EWMA控制器进行稳定性分析,得到使控制过程渐近稳定的充分条件。案例研究的结果表明:与其他基于run-to-run控制方法相比,所提方法可以有效地提高控制性能。 相似文献

Traceability is the ability to follow a product along its lifecycle. It ensures product safety and quality along the supply chain, managing information generated by several players. Even though regulations establish the information that has to be traced, each player generates much more product (and process) information, which could be used to add value to products, with respect to, not only traceability, but also the lifecycle approach. However, the concepts do not appear to be immediately related in scientific panorama. This paper aims to explore the relationship between traceability and lifecycle through a systematic literature review. Six industries (Software, Manufacturing, Automotive, Automation, Aircraft, and Aerospace) and seven subject areas (Software engineering; System engineering; Industry 4.0; New product development; Process management; Data Management; and Environmental sustainability) were identified through bibliometric analysis. To better explore this relationship in the context of the food industry, a content analysis on lead papers’ sample was performed to identify traceability and lifecycle definitions, methodologies and technologies and their relation. The results of the work, synthetised in a proposed research map, will be of interest to those who are approaching the subject for the first time, and for companies involved in product lifecycle management and food traceability. 相似文献

New requirements and regulations have increased the pressure on companies to provide information on their products. This is
challenging for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) since they lack both expertise and resources. In this paper, the
possibilities to develop environmental product declarations (EPDs) for products with use of data-assistant tools are explored.
A case study of furniture production in Norway is used to exemplify this. A database with specific environmental data for
materials used in furniture has been developed. The database is used to conduct the life cycle assessment (LCA) for selected
products and is the backbone of a data-assistance tool used to design and present the EPDs. Five key performance indicators
are selected. The database and these KPIs ensures standardised assessments of products that enables both comparison of existing
products as well as assessment of environmental performance of redesigned products and potential new products. This paper
shows how this enables the SMEs to both provide environmental performance information to stakeholders as well as enables them
to identify possible improvements with limited resources and competence on environmental performance and LCAs. 相似文献

A product recall is very expensive and a poorly executed recall can be devastating to a company’s reputation. It is, therefore, important to improve the traceability for supply chains to address potential recalls. This paper studies the recall dynamics in a two-stage supply chain with a manufacturer and two suppliers. It is shown that the suppliers would opt-out in improving traceability due to misalignment of incentives, leading to diminishing traceability of the whole supply chain and high product recall liabilities for the manufacturer. To address this problem, this research designs an interest-sharing mechanism by which the recall liability reduction of the manufacturer due to improved traceability can be shared with the suppliers to induce traceability improvement effort. Results show that the interest-sharing mechanism improves not only the economic benefit, but also the traceability for each party. We also provide a systematic framework to choose the design parameters, including the degree of accuracy and level of coding, for the supply chain to realise such benefits. 相似文献
