矿山深部开采面临岩温升高、通风线路长、网络复杂、主扇压力不足等问题,必须进行深部通风系统改造设计。湖南某铅锌矿二期深部矿体向南侧伏,深部矿石含硫量高、放热量大,通风线路长、阻力大,主扇能力低,新鲜风量不足,热量难以排出,严重影响矿山安全生产。为解决通风困难问题,以现场调查和测定为基础,分析了矿山通风系统存在的关键问题,提出多中段多井并联回风深部通风系统改造方案,利用副斜井、小竖井、回风斜井形成多井并联回风网路,利用上部开采结束的2个中段运输巷并联作为深部回风通道,有效降低矿井通风阻力。方案充分利用现有工程,投资少,见效快,取得了良好工程应用效果,可为类似矿井通风系统改造借鉴。  相似文献

根据河台金矿高村矿床深部矿体特征和开采技术条件,对深部矿体开拓方案、通风系统进行了多方案比较选择,提出了下盘盲竖井开拓和新建东回风井与现有竖井构成对角式通风系统。且为了解决深部开采产生的地压问题,建议采用全尾砂胶结充填和高水固结尾砂充填采矿方法取代浅孔留矿法,为下一步开采设计和建设提供参考。  相似文献

为了充分利用某叶蜡石矿区北矿段现有生产系统,同时开发矿区南北矿段资源,对矿山生产现状及现有系统进行了研究,结合矿山现状,通过比较,分析了几种开拓运输方案的优劣。结果表明,南矿段应采用斜坡道开拓、汽车运输方案。并对斜坡道开拓系统进行了设计,同时对南北两矿段的给排水、通风、压气、供电系统提出了设计优化方案,实现了现有巷道及系统的利用,从而节省了矿山建设投资,降低了生产成本。  相似文献
