光学期刊联合编辑部成功参展中国国际光电周

第十一届ILOPE展会于2006年12月5-7日在北京召开,此次展会包含了一个光电展览,四个技术/产业论坛和一个中外贸易交流会.吸引了来自14个国家近400家参展商,展出面积达1万多平米.国内主流的激光、光学和红外厂商悉数到场,同时国外FLIR、光谱物理、相干、镭宝、贰陆、HGH、Senko、美国Photonics、尼康等国际知名企业也携新产品、新技术参与.     

Graph Laplacian Matrix Learning from Smooth Time-Vertex Signal

In this paper,we focus on inferring graph Laplacian matrix from the spatiotemporal signal which is defined as“time-vertex signal”.To realize this,we first represent the signals on a joint graph which is the Cartesian product graph of the time-and vertex-graphs.By assuming the signals follow a Gaussian prior distribution on the joint graph,a meaningful representation that promotes the smoothness property of the joint graph signal is derived.Furthermore,by decoupling the joint graph,the graph learning framework is formulated as a joint optimization problem which includes signal denoising,timeand vertex-graphs learning together.Specifically,two algorithms are proposed to solve the optimization problem,where the discrete second-order difference operator with reversed sign(DSODO)in the time domain is used as the time-graph Laplacian operator to recover the signal and infer a vertex-graph in the first algorithm,and the time-graph,as well as the vertex-graph,is estimated by the other algorithm.Experiments on both synthetic and real-world datasets demonstrate that the proposed algorithms can effectively infer meaningful time-and vertex-graphs from noisy and incomplete data.

人不可能两次迈进同一条河流，而8848却似乎可以。近段时间，因为速达的“收购传闻”，8848再一次成为业界关注的焦点。因为如今的8848内部风雨飘摇，外部官司缠身，它有何被收购的价值?公司总裁吕春维为何早早投怀送抱、急于为收购造势?谁是这一出“收购闹剧”的幕后主使?在诸多疑问背后，很少有人能看清事情本质。老8848的创始人王峻涛知道，但他不说，因为此8848已非当年之彼8848。几年前，盛极一时的老8848就是这样被幕后资本强行拉入分拆和兼并的资本游戏，被胜利冲昏头脑的大股东妄图运用资本力量主导企业发展，对他们来说，更重要的是上市圈钱。但因为牵扯的利益太多，诱惑太多，8848的发展最终陷入极度迷茫中，在资本疯狂追逐最大利益的时候，企业却错过了发展的最佳时机，并从此一步步走向衰微。6年来，8848经历了最辉煌的巅峰时期，同样也经历了无数是是非非。即使当时剩下的钱仍可使8848运营数十年，但是，商人们已经对8848的未来失去了耐心与信心，老8848最终难逃遭清算厄运。后来，所谓“王者归来”的新8848更是虚有其表，连核心业务也惹上纠纷，最后股东终于按捺不住……现在经常有人问王峻涛，如果当时不要上市，如果当时不分拆，如果……但王说：假设没有意义，我懂得了一点：创业者要坚持、坚持、再坚持。张朝阳也说：做自己的，不要听华尔街的。或许这就是本文要寻找的答案。

3G谈判受阻的主要原因是在谈判中，电信研究院作为一家研究机构实力太弱，如果能聘请外国在专利谈判上有丰富经验的律师或律师行主谈，加上中国政府的免费授权政策和运营商有关采购3G设备政策的出台，专利谈判可能是另外一个结果。     

Intelligent Passive Detection of Aerial Target in Space-Air-Ground Integrated Networks

Passive detection of moving target is an important part of intelligent surveillance. Satellite has the potential to play a key role in many applications of space-air-ground integrated networks(SAGIN). In this paper, we propose a novel intelligent passive detection method for aerial target based on reservoir computing networks. Specifically, delayed feedback networks are utilized to refine the direct signals from the satellite in the reference channels. In addition, the satellite direct wave interference in the monitoring channels adopts adaptive interference suppression using the minimum mean square error filter. Furthermore, we employ decoupling echo state networks to predict the clutter interference in the monitoring channels and construct the detection statistics accordingly. Finally, a multilayer perceptron is adopted to detect the echo signal after interference suppression. Extensive simulations is conducted to evaluate the performance of our proposed method. Results show that the detection probability is almost 100% when the signal-to-interference ratio of echo signal is-36 dB, which demonstrates that our proposed method achieves efficient passive detection for aerial targets in typical SAGIN scenarios.

农村电子商务的5个问题和建议

目前我国农业管理部门已经重视到电子商务对农村经济发展的重要性,农村信息化建设步伐加快,进一步促进农村电子商务发展.从对中国互联网认识和使用的群体来看,绝大部分都集中于受过高等教育的人口,虽然会有分布于农业行业的部分,但总体所占比率很低.全国各种涉农网站为实现农业增效和农民增收,每天都发布农产品供求信息.无论从交易规模、数量、还是经济效益来看,中国农村电子商务都滞后于其他领域电子商务的发展.……     

基于二元组的简单正则表达式的快速检索算法

在大型数据集群网络中,业务逻辑节点和数据库节点分布在不同的地理位置,导致在该网络中创建或检索用户数据将经历较大的网络延迟.如何快速找到用户数据的地理位置节点（服务器识别号）将是减少网络延迟的关键.介绍一种动态索引算法,基于简单正则表达,建立用户数据和服务器组之间的映射关系,并引入动态多叉树,实现动态更改映射关系.引入一元组数据节点和二元组数据节点的概念,应用于多叉树,通过分析一元组多叉树和二元组多叉树的时间效率和空间效率,证明二元组多叉树随着树深的增长,检索时间复杂度保持更好的线性特性.通过一些性能测试的实验数据的比较,得出二元组方案的综合性能更优的结论.最后,简要地介绍该算法的应用领域.     

军事信息系统信息安全风险评估方法研究

信息安全风险评估是构建信息安全保障体系的重要手段,文章在分析当前信息安全风险评估方法的基础上,针对军事信息系统的特点,提出了适用于军事信息系统的信息安全风险评估方法,该方法能够较好地对军事信息系统进行信息安全风险评估。     

区域性中轨道卫星移动通信系统“时间决定”星座设计

区域性卫星移动通信系统对于发展中国家具有十分重要的意义,特别是对于中国这样幅员辽阔且在广大农村地区缺乏基本通信手段的国家.采用中轨星座是解决这一问题的有效途径.本文提出了一种用于区域性系统的中轨星座设计方法:"时间决定"星座设计.该星座可为特定地区提供性能优越的服务,它提供的服务可以是时限的,也可以是非时限的.利用这种设计方法可以为中国设计经济的卫星移动通信系统星座方案,同时这些星座方案也可为美国大陆提供优越的服务.     

一种载波频偏估计算法的实现

载波频偏估计问题和时钟同步问题是全数字接收机研究中的两个重要问题,本文仅讨论载波频率偏移估计的问题.本文针对多电平16QAM信号采用了经典的非数据辅助的方法实现频偏估计,讨论了此经典算法的原理和适用范围,并明确指出了它对信号恒包络的要求.最后在引入一定的加性高斯白噪声的16QAM系统中对此经典算法予以实现,最后对不同信...     

Registration algorithm based on image matching for outdoor AR system with fixed viewing position

An image registration method based on the Fourier-Mellin transform is introduced for an outdoor augmented reality (AR) system. For this type of AR system, the observation position is fixed, and a complex 3-D registration problem can be reduced to a 2-D image registration for this fixed viewing position system. An observation globe model for this method is proposed. Under this supposition, a Fourier-Mellin transform is used in image registration, and the architecture of this system is illustrated. Experimental results show that this image registration algorithm is accurate and robust. It is effective for an outdoor AR system with a fixed viewing position.     

An experimental and theoretical study of growth in horizontal epitaxial reactors

In this paper we describe an experimental and theoretical study of the effects of susceptor slope and natural convection on the growth rate in horizontal epitaxial reactors. A mathematical model for mass, momentum and energy transfer was developed for this purpose. The growth of gallium arsenide by the reaction of trimethylgallium and arsine gas in hydrogen was used as the experimental vehicle for this study. The growth rates predicted by this model were compared with experimental data for reactor pressures from 76–760 Torr and for susceptor slopes spanning the range from conventional low angle (7°) to near stagnation flow geometries (81°). Excellent correlation between modeled and experimental results was demonstrated over this range of susceptor slopes, with no adjustable parameters. Natural convection effects were found to dominate at higher reactor pressure and steeper susceptor slopes. Growth rate uniformity and growth efficiency issues are also discussed in this paper. It is shown that, for the reactor geometry considered here, the usable area growth efficiency is maximized for susceptor slopes around 5°. However, optimization of this parameter is not of itself sufficient, since material quality considerations necessitate operation at pressures where recirculation effects are absent.     

电信基站用新风冷却换热装置的开发应用研究

电信基站的人工降温、空气净化及其运行管理是电信维护部门的工作重点之一.本研究提出新型的新风冷却换热装置,然后通过实验验证和数值模拟手段对该装置的性能与地区适用性进行了系统研究.初步结果表明该装置的研制开发,不仅具有显著的节能、节电效果,大幅降低了电信行业的运行管理成本,而且有利于国家的环保工作,对于促进电信行业的可持续发展,增强企业市场竞争力,具有非常重要的经济效益和社会发展意义.     

一种基于偏振调制的单模光纤偏振漂移补偿算法

本文提出了一种单模光纤偏振漂移补偿新算法，该算法不仅适用于简单的一维调制，也同样适用于复杂的二维调制。同时该算法不再局限于极化分割式的斯托克斯接收机。这对于充分发挥偏振调制的潜力和降低系统造价，提高系统性能有着重要意义。这一算法的计算机模拟结果也在本文中给出。一些和算法有关的问题在本文中作了必要的讨论。     

一种适用于ATM的语音处理方案

以ＡＴＭ实现分组话音通信，需要解决两个基本问题：传输时延和分组丢失。针对这两个基本问题，本文着重讨论了ＡＴＭ分组话音通信中３２ｋｂ／ｓＡＤＰＣＭ话音分组丢失的重建技术－－于模式匹配的波形替代技术和静默重建技术，分别用以补偿由于网络阻塞造成的分组话音信息丢失而产生的失真和改善重建话音的自然性。
