With the improvement of the national economic level, the number of vehicles is still increasing year by year. According to the statistics of National Bureau of Statics, the number is approximately up to 327 million in China by the end of 2018, which makes urban traffic pressure continues to rise so that the negative impact of urban traffic order is growing. Illegal parking-the common problem in the field of transportation security is urgent to be solved and traditional methods to address it are mainly based on ground loop and manual supervision, which may miss detection and cost much manpower. Due to the rapidly developing deep learning sweeping the world in recent years, object detection methods relying on background segmentation cannot meet the requirements of complex and various scenes on speed and precision. Thus, an improved Single Shot MultiBox Detector (SSD) based on deep learning is proposed in our study, we introduce attention mechanism by spatial transformer module which gives neural networks the ability to actively spatially transform feature maps and add contextual information transmission in specified layer. Finally, we found out the best connection layer in the detection model by repeated experiments especially for small objects and increased the precision by 1.5% than the baseline SSD without extra training cost. Meanwhile, we designed an illegal parking vehicle detection method by the improved SSD, reaching a high precision up to 97.3% and achieving a speed of 40FPS, superior to most of vehicle detection methods, will make contributions to relieving the negative impact of illegal parking.  相似文献

Recently, the Erebus attack has proved to be a security threat to the blockchain network layer, and the existing research has faced challenges in detecting the Erebus attack on the blockchain network layer. The cloud-based active defense and one-sidedness detection strategies are the hindrances in detecting Erebus attacks. This study designs a detection approach by establishing a ReliefF_WMRmR-based two-stage feature selection algorithm and a deep learning-based multimodal classification detection model for Erebus attacks and responding to security threats to the blockchain network layer. The goal is to improve the performance of Erebus attack detection methods, by combining the traffic behavior with the routing status based on multimodal deep feature learning. The traffic behavior and routing status were first defined and used to describe the attack characteristics at diverse stages of s leak monitoring, hidden traffic overlay, and transaction identity forgery. The goal is to clarify how an Erebus attack affects the routing transfer and traffic state on the blockchain network layer. Consequently, detecting objects is expected to become more relevant and sensitive. A two-stage feature selection algorithm was designed based on ReliefF and weighted maximum relevance minimum redundancy (ReliefF_WMRmR) to alleviate the overfitting of the training model caused by redundant information and noise in multiple source features of the routing status and traffic behavior. The ReliefF algorithm was introduced to select strong correlations and highly informative features of the labeled data. According to WMRmR, a feature selection framework was defined to eliminate weakly correlated features, eliminate redundant information, and reduce the detection overhead of the model. A multimodal deep learning model was constructed based on the multilayer perceptron (MLP) to settle the high false alarm rates incurred by multisource data. Using this model, isolated inputs and deep learning were conducted on the selected routing status and traffic behavior. Redundant intermodal information was removed because of the complementarity of the multimodal network, which was followed by feature fusion and output feature representation to boost classification detection precision. The experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method can detect features, such as traffic data, at key link nodes and route messages in a real blockchain network environment. Additionally, the model can detect Erebus attacks effectively. This study provides novelty to the existing Erebus attack detection by increasing the accuracy detection by 1.05%, the recall rate by 2.01%, and the F1-score by 2.43%.  相似文献

Vehicle type classification is considered a central part of an intelligent traffic system. In recent years, deep learning had a vital role in object detection in many computer vision tasks. To learn high-level deep features and semantics, deep learning offers powerful tools to address problems in traditional architectures of handcrafted feature-extraction techniques. Unlike other algorithms using handcrated visual features, convolutional neural network is able to automatically learn good features of vehicle type classification. This study develops an optimized automatic surveillance and auditing system to detect and classify vehicles of different categories. Transfer learning is used to quickly learn the features by recording a small number of training images from vehicle frontal view images. The proposed system employs extensive data-augmentation techniques for effective training while avoiding the problem of data shortage. In order to capture rich and discriminative information of vehicles, the convolutional neural network is fine-tuned for the classification of vehicle types using the augmented data. The network extracts the feature maps from the entire dataset and generates a label for each object (vehicle) in an image, which can help in vehicle-type detection and classification. Experimental results on a public dataset and our own dataset demonstrated that the proposed method is quite effective in detection and classification of different types of vehicles. The experimental results show that the proposed model achieves 96.04% accuracy on vehicle type classification.  相似文献

Due to polymorphic nature of malware attack, a signature-based analysis is no longer sufficient to solve polymorphic and stealth nature of malware attacks. On the other hand, state-of-the-art methods like deep learning require labelled dataset as a target to train a supervised model. This is unlikely to be the case in production network as the dataset is unstructured and has no label. Hence an unsupervised learning is recommended. Behavioral study is one of the techniques to elicit traffic pattern. However, studies have shown that existing behavioral intrusion detection model had a few issues which had been parameterized into its common characteristics, namely lack of prior information (p (θ)), and reduced parameters (θ). Therefore, this study aims to utilize the previously built Feature Selection Model subsequently to design a Predictive Analytics Model based on Bayesian Network used to improve the analysis prediction. Feature Selection Model is used to learn significant label as a target and Bayesian Network is a sophisticated probabilistic approach to predict intrusion. Finally, the results are extended to evaluate detection, accuracy and false alarm rate of the model against the subject matter expert model, Support Vector Machine (SVM), k nearest neighbor (k-NN) using simulated and ground-truth dataset. The ground-truth dataset from the production traffic of one of the largest healthcare provider in Malaysia is used to promote realism on the real use case scenario. Melanoma remains a serious illness which is a common form of skin cancer. Since the earlier detection of melanoma reduces the mortality rate, it is essential to design reliable and automated disease diagnosis model using dermoscopic images. The recent advances in deep learning (DL) models find useful to examine the medical image and make proper decisions. In this study, an automated deep learning based melanoma detection and classification (ADL-MDC) model is presented. The goal of the ADL-MDC technique is to examine the dermoscopic images to determine the existence of melanoma. The ADL-MDC technique performs contrast enhancement and data augmentation at the initial stage. Besides, the k-means clustering technique is applied for the image segmentation process. In addition, Adagrad optimizer based Capsule Network (CapsNet) model is derived for effective feature extraction process. Lastly, crow search optimization (CSO) algorithm with sparse autoencoder (SAE) model is utilized for the melanoma classification process. The exploitation of the Adagrad and CSO algorithm helps to properly accomplish improved performance. A wide range of simulation analyses is carried out on benchmark datasets and the results are inspected under several aspects. The simulation results reported the enhanced performance of the ADL-MDC technique over the recent approaches.  相似文献

Intrusion detection involves identifying unauthorized network activity and recognizing whether the data constitute an abnormal network transmission. Recent research has focused on using semi-supervised learning mechanisms to identify abnormal network traffic to deal with labeled and unlabeled data in the industry. However, real-time training and classifying network traffic pose challenges, as they can lead to the degradation of the overall dataset and difficulties preventing attacks. Additionally, existing semi-supervised learning research might need to analyze the experimental results comprehensively. This paper proposes XA-GANomaly, a novel technique for explainable adaptive semi-supervised learning using GANomaly, an image anomalous detection model that dynamically trains small subsets to these issues. First, this research introduces a deep neural network (DNN)-based GANomaly for semi-supervised learning. Second, this paper presents the proposed adaptive algorithm for the DNN-based GANomaly, which is validated with four subsets of the adaptive dataset. Finally, this study demonstrates a monitoring system that incorporates three explainable techniques—Shapley additive explanations, reconstruction error visualization, and t-distributed stochastic neighbor embedding—to respond effectively to attacks on traffic data at each feature engineering stage, semi-supervised learning, and adaptive learning. Compared to other single-class classification techniques, the proposed DNN-based GANomaly achieves higher scores for Network Security Laboratory-Knowledge Discovery in Databases and UNSW-NB15 datasets at 13% and 8% of F1 scores and 4.17% and 11.51% for accuracy, respectively. Furthermore, experiments of the proposed adaptive learning reveal mostly improved results over the initial values. An analysis and monitoring system based on the combination of the three explainable methodologies is also described. Thus, the proposed method has the potential advantages to be applied in practical industry, and future research will explore handling unbalanced real-time datasets in various scenarios.  相似文献

针对传统多目标跟踪算法的检测跟踪精度低、鲁棒性差的缺点,基于经典的Tracking-By-Detection模式,提出一种基于YOLOv3和DeepSort的车流量检测方法,实现了车辆视频监控端到端的车流量视频的实时监测与跟踪计数。采用深度学习YOLOv3算法检测视频车辆目标,然后利用深度学习DeepSort算法对检测到的车辆进行实时跟踪计数。实验结果表明该方法应对快速移动的车辆和环境光照的影响时,对车流量的检测效果良好,平均精度达到94.7%,端到端的算法可行且有效,适用于对车辆视频的批处理。  相似文献

In recent years, the number of exposed vulnerabilities has grown rapidly and more and more attacks occurred to intrude on the target computers using these vulnerabilities such as different malware. Malware detection has attracted more attention and still faces severe challenges. As malware detection based traditional machine learning relies on exports’ experience to design efficient features to distinguish different malware, it causes bottleneck on feature engineer and is also time-consuming to find efficient features. Due to its promising ability in automatically proposing and selecting significant features, deep learning has gradually become a research hotspot. In this paper, aiming to detect the malicious payload and identify their categories with high accuracy, we proposed a packet-based malicious payload detection and identification algorithm based on object detection deep learning network. A dataset of malicious payload on code execution vulnerability has been constructed under the Metasploit framework and used to evaluate the performance of the proposed malware detection and identification algorithm. The experimental results demonstrated that the proposed object detection network can efficiently find and identify malicious payloads with high accuracy.  相似文献

目的为了准确而快速地自动检测医药玻璃瓶的外观缺陷。方法基于YOLOv3算法,建立深度卷积神经网络学习检测模型,通过将神经网络结构浅层和深层特征向量连接并标准化,提取玻璃瓶多尺度特征信息。采用K-means聚类方式获得锚点框初始大小,提高模型对边界框预测的准确性;利用多尺度训练策略,增强模型对不同尺寸图像的鲁棒性。结果实验结果表明,提出的医药玻璃瓶缺陷检测方法能够准确检测识别玻璃瓶上的管端残损、气线、气泡、划伤、污渍和结石等缺陷种类。与主流的目标检测方法相比,提出的方法在处理速度和准确度上都有提高,缺陷目标检测精确率达到96.23%,召回率为93.82%,平均精度为89.35%。结论该方法已经在国内几家大型医药玻璃包装生产公司成功应用,显著提高了医药玻璃包装产品的质量和合格率,降低了人工成本。  相似文献

为了解决复杂场景下激光跟踪仪对合作目标靶球的精确识别难题,提出了基于深度学习的合作目标靶球高效检测方法。首先分析了合作目标靶球的图像特征,然后采用改进的YOLOv2模型,针对合作目标靶球多尺度与小目标占比多的特点,提出了一种基于注意力机制的改进方法,同时为提高网络模型对复杂背景的抗干扰能力,提出了一种数据增强方法。测试结果表明,所提出的基于注意力机制与数据增强的改进YOLOv2模型对复杂背景的抗干扰能力较强,且对合作目标靶球的检测精度有显著提高,在合作目标靶球测试集上的检测准确率达到92.25%,能够有效满足激光跟踪仪在大型装置精密装配过程中的目标检测精度需求。  相似文献

Malicious traffic detection over the internet is one of the challenging areas for researchers to protect network infrastructures from any malicious activity. Several shortcomings of a network system can be leveraged by an attacker to get unauthorized access through malicious traffic. Safeguard from such attacks requires an efficient automatic system that can detect malicious traffic timely and avoid system damage. Currently, many automated systems can detect malicious activity, however, the efficacy and accuracy need further improvement to detect malicious traffic from multi-domain systems. The present study focuses on the detection of malicious traffic with high accuracy using machine learning techniques. The proposed approach used two datasets UNSW-NB15 and IoTID20 which contain the data for IoT-based traffic and local network traffic, respectively. Both datasets were combined to increase the capability of the proposed approach in detecting malicious traffic from local and IoT networks, with high accuracy. Horizontally merging both datasets requires an equal number of features which was achieved by reducing feature count to 30 for each dataset by leveraging principal component analysis (PCA). The proposed model incorporates stacked ensemble model extra boosting forest (EBF) which is a combination of tree-based models such as extra tree classifier, gradient boosting classifier, and random forest using a stacked ensemble approach. Empirical results show that EBF performed significantly better and achieved the highest accuracy score of 0.985 and 0.984 on the multi-domain dataset for two and four classes, respectively.  相似文献

目的 解决现有工业线束导线排序检测方法中存在的效率低、混色导线检测效果差等问题。方法 基于机器视觉技术设计一种线束导线排序检测装置,并结合图像处理技术和深度学习原理提出一种混色导线排序检测方法。首先根据线束图像中选择的感兴趣区域,分割出线束连接器图像和导线图像,并采用模板匹配和颜色定位方法完成连接器正反面的识别和单色导线的识别定位;然后采集并制作PE混色导线数据集,研究Faster R−CNN、SSD、YOLOv3和YOLOv5m等4种不同目标检测算法对PE混色导线的检测效果。结果 实验结果表明,YOLOv5m检测模型的检测速度和准确率兼顾性最好;改进系统后,检测时间减少了18.55%,平均识别准确率为98.83%。结论 改进后检测系统具有良好的检测效率和可靠性,适用于种类丰富的工业线束导线排序检测。  相似文献

In today’s smart city transportation, traffic congestion is a vexing issue, and vehicles seeking parking spaces have been identified as one of the causes leading to approximately 40% of traffic congestion. Identifying parking spaces alone is insufficient because an identified available parking space may have been taken by another vehicle when it arrives, resulting in the driver’s frustration and aggravating traffic jams while searching for another parking space. This explains the need to predict the availability of parking spaces. Recently, deep learning (DL) has been shown to facilitate drivers to find parking spaces efficiently, leading to a promising performance enhancement in parking identification and prediction systems. However, no work reviews DL approaches applied to solve parking identification and prediction problems. Inspired by this gap, the purpose of this work is to investigate, highlight, and report on recent advances in DL approaches applied to predict and identify the availability of parking spaces. A taxonomy of DL-based parking identification and prediction systems is established as a methodology by classifying and categorizing existing literature, and by doing so, the salient and supportive features of different DL techniques for providing parking solutions are presented. Moreover, several open research challenges are outlined. This work identifies that there are various DL architectures, datasets, and performance measures used to address parking identification and prediction problems. Moreover, there are some open-source implementations available that can be used directly either to extend existing works or explore a new domain. This is the first short survey article that focuses on the use of DL-based techniques in parking identification and prediction systems for smart cities. This study concludes that although the deployment of DL in parking identification and prediction systems provides various benefits, the convergence of these two types of systems and DL brings about new issues that must be resolved in the near future.  相似文献

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) and Diabetic Macular Edema (DME) are severe diseases that affect the eyes due to damage in blood vessels. Computer-aided automated grading will help clinicians conduct disease diagnoses at ease. Experiments of automated image processing with deep learning techniques using CNN produce promising results, especially in the medical imaging domain. However, the disease grading tasks in retinal images using CNN struggle to retain high-quality information at the output. A novel deep learning model based on variational auto-encoder to grade DR and DME abnormalities in retinal images is proposed. The objective of the proposed model is to extract the most relevant retinal image features efficiently. It focuses on addressing less relevant candidate region generation and translational invariance present in images. The experiments are conducted in IDRID dataset and evaluated using accuracy, U-kappa, sensitivity, specificity and precision metrics. In the era of Big data, learning discriminant feature representation from network traffic is identified has as an invariably essential task for improving the detection ability of an intrusion detection system (IDS). Owing to the lack of accurately labeled network traffic data, many unsupervised feature representation learning models have been proposed with state-of-the-art performance. Yet, these models fail to consider the classification error while learning the feature representation. Intuitively, the learnt feature representation may degrade the performance of the classification task. For the first time in the field of intrusion detection, this paper proposes an unsupervised IDS model leveraging the benefits of deep autoencoder (DAE) for learning the robust feature representation and one-class support vector machine (OCSVM) for finding the more compact decision hyperplane for intrusion detection. Specially, the proposed model defines a new unified objective function to minimize the reconstruction and classification error simultaneously. This unique contribution not only enables the model to support joint learning for feature representation and classifier training but also guides to learn the robust feature representation which can improve the discrimination ability of the classifier for intrusion detection. Three set of evaluation experiments are conducted to demonstrate the potential of the proposed model. First, the ablation evaluation on benchmark dataset, NSL-KDD validates the design decision of the proposed model. Next, the performance evaluation on recent intrusion dataset, UNSW-NB15 signifies the stable performance of the proposed model. Finally, the comparative evaluation verifies the efficacy of the proposed model against recently published state-of-the-art methods.  相似文献

The rapid growth in data generation and increased use of computer network devices has amplified the infrastructures of internet. The interconnectivity of networks has brought various complexities in maintaining network availability, consistency, and discretion. Machine learning based intrusion detection systems have become essential to monitor network traffic for malicious and illicit activities. An intrusion detection system controls the flow of network traffic with the help of computer systems. Various deep learning algorithms in intrusion detection systems have played a prominent role in identifying and analyzing intrusions in network traffic. For this purpose, when the network traffic encounters known or unknown intrusions in the network, a machine-learning framework is needed to identify and/or verify network intrusion. The Intrusion detection scheme empowered with a fused machine learning technique (IDS-FMLT) is proposed to detect intrusion in a heterogeneous network that consists of different source networks and to protect the network from malicious attacks. The proposed IDS-FMLT system model obtained 95.18% validation accuracy and a 4.82% miss rate in intrusion detection.  相似文献

由于飞行高度等原因,无人机图像在实际使用中目标尺寸普遍较小、特征信息不明显,使用现有的算法对其进行目标检测存在困难。因此,提出了基于多尺度融合的图像多目标检测方法,使用Faster R-CNN为基础框架,将不同层次的特征信息进行融合,再结合上下文信息,实现了对无人机图像小目标检测。使用VisDrone2019数据集对地面车辆进行目标检查,实验证明:无人机对地面车辆目标的检测达到了较好的结果,所使用算法的精度达到88%,与其它算法相比提升了3.8%以上。  相似文献

目的针对目前工业自动化生产中基于人工特征提取的包装缺陷检测方法复杂、专业知识要求高、通用性差、在多目标和复杂背景下难以应用等问题,研究基于深度学习的实时包装缺陷检测方法。方法在样本数据较少的情况下,提出一种基于深度学习的Inception-V3图像分类算法和YOLO-V3目标检测算法相结合的缺陷检测方法,并设计完整的基于计算机视觉的在线包装缺陷检测系统。结果实验结果显示,该方法的识别准确率为99.49%,方差为0.0000506,只使用Inception-V3算法的准确率为97.70%,方差为0.000251。结论相比一般基于人工特征提取的包装缺陷检测方法,避免了复杂的特征提取过程。相比只应用图像分类算法进行包装缺陷检测,该方法在包装缺陷区域占比较小的情况下能较明显地提高包装缺陷检测精度和稳定性,在复杂检测背景和多目标场景中体现优势。该缺陷检测系统和检测方法可以很容易地迁移到其他类似在线检测问题上。  相似文献

This paper presents a vision-based crack detection approach for concrete bridge decks using an integrated one-dimensional convolutional neural network (1D-CNN) and long short-term memory (LSTM) method in the image frequency domain. The so-called 1D-CNN-LSTM algorithm is trained using thousands of images of cracked and non-cracked concrete bridge decks. In order to improve the training efficiency, images are first transformed into the frequency domain during a preprocessing phase. The algorithm is then calibrated using the flattened frequency data. LSTM is used to improve the performance of the developed network for long sequence data. The accuracy of the developed model is 99.05%, 98.9%, and 99.25%, respectively, for training, validation, and testing data. An implementation framework is further developed for future application of the trained model for large-scale images. The proposed 1D-CNN-LSTM method exhibits superior performance in comparison with existing deep learning methods in terms of accuracy and computation time. The fast implementation of the 1D-CNN-LSTM algorithm makes it a promising tool for real-time crack detection.  相似文献

Globally traffic signs are used by all countries for healthier traffic flow and to protect drivers and pedestrians. Consequently, traffic signs have been of great importance for every civilized country, which makes researchers give more focus on the automatic detection of traffic signs. Detecting these traffic signs is challenging due to being in the dark, far away, partially occluded, and affected by the lighting or the presence of similar objects. An innovative traffic sign detection method for red and blue signs in color images is proposed to resolve these issues. This technique aimed to devise an efficient, robust and accurate approach. To attain this, initially, the approach presented a new formula, inspired by existing work, to enhance the image using red and green channels instead of blue, which segmented using a threshold calculated from the correlational property of the image. Next, a new set of features is proposed, motivated by existing features. Texture and color features are fused after getting extracted on the channel of Red, Green, and Blue (RGB), Hue, Saturation, and Value (HSV), and YCbCr color models of images. Later, the set of features is employed on different classification frameworks, from which quadratic support vector machine (SVM) outnumbered the others with an accuracy of 98.5%. The proposed method is tested on German Traffic Sign Detection Benchmark (GTSDB) images. The results are satisfactory when compared to the preceding work.  相似文献
