压下油缸位置闭环高精度控制是实现冷轧带材板厚板形高精度控制的基础,缸位移信号的检测精度直接影响油缸位置闭环精度。以CPLD为主控制芯片,利用VHDL硬件描述语言,设计了板厚控制(AGC)系统油缸位置检测接口电路,实现了Sony磁尺等增量编码器形式的信号采集与处理。该位置检测接口电路采集和处理信号速度快,抗干扰能力强,若封装成独立模块,可应用于其他工业领域。仿真和试验验证了所设计的AGC系统位置检测接口电路的可行性。  相似文献

为了提高数控系统运行过程的安全性和可靠性,针对此类系统中惯用的位置环反馈装置编码器,分析了故障发生的原因.进而利用一般数控伺服系统中能够提供的速度冗余信号,研究了主元分析法在系统中对编码器丢码、断码故障进行诊断的基本原理和流程.为了验证此诊断方法的有效性,在Matlab平台下进行了仿真实验,结果表明此方法能够对上述编码器故障的发生信息进行准确的诊断,为故障的排除提供了可靠的依据.  相似文献

The synchronization between two electrical motors (master and slave) is studied. To reduce the costs of the master–slave combination, the slave motor is mounted with a very low-resolution encoder (one pulse per revolution). Since the position measurements are asynchronous in time, standard control and analysis techniques are not applicable. Two methods are proposed to deal with these cheap, low-resolution encoders: the hybrid and the asynchronous control scheme. The presented controllers are successfully tested on a real industrial master-multi-slave system as is used for mailing machines.  相似文献

This paper introduces piezoresistive encoders that can provide information on the performance of ratcheting actuation systems, and may be useful in future applications that require position determination. One unique feature of the encoders is that they gain their piezoresistance from the bulk properties of polycrystalline silicon without additional fabrication steps. In this study, two encoders are considered: a parallel-guiding encoder in an on-chip Wheatstone bridge, and a piezoresistive microdisplacement transducer (PMT) encoder in an on-chip Wheatstone bridge. In tests, the encoders each generated measurable signals, with the PMT encoder providing the best sensitivity. The PMT encoder operated at actuation frequencies up to 920 Hz and produced a signal between 2 V and 3.2 V (applied gain of 1000). The PMT encoder produced unique signals corresponding to distinct ideal and non-ideal behaviors of a ratchet wheel actuation system.  相似文献

高精度的光电编码器作为位置传感器广泛应用于伺服系统中,双向同步串行接口(Bidirectional Synchronous Serial Interface,简称BiSS)由于速度快,抗干扰能力强,越来越广泛地用于连接编码器和控制器;为了实现BiSS接口传感器数据的读取,提出了两种读取数据的方式:微控制器方式和CPLD方式,两种方式都是用端口产生时钟,通过差分器件把时钟发送给光电编码器,同步接收光电编码器返回的差分n位位置数据、2位状态数据和6位CRC校验码;微控制器或CPLD利用位置和状态数据运算产生CRC校验码,如果运算产生的CRC和接收到的CRC不一致,说明传输过程出错;实验结果表明,两种方式都具有高可靠性,CPLD方式的快速性更高,通用性更强。  相似文献

定位系统是保证准确避障和导航的必要条件,只有准确稳定的定位才能够准确避障和导航,所以定位系统在室外移动机器人中是不可缺少的组成部分。本文介绍室外移动机器人TYIRV-I的组合定位系统,即GPS、磁罗盘和光码盘组合定位,其中,GPS虽然能够提供较精确的位置信息,但是会由于遮挡等原因导致数据无效。磁罗盘和光码盘通过航位推算得到位置信息,短距离定位效果较好,但存在严重的累计误差。对以上两种定位方法进行信息融合形成GPS、磁罗盘和光码盘组合定位,取长补短,取得较好的效果。实践证明,该定位系统具有较高的准确性和稳定性,能够满足移动机器人的定位和导航需要。  相似文献

This paper describes a kind of feed-axis gearbox condition monitoring system using the built-in position sensors such as motor encoders and linear scales with high resolution and high precision, which is more directly related to machine dynamics and is sensitive to the early and weak fault. To obtain the position information, several data acquisition approaches for open numerical control systems (NCs) and commercial NCs are suggested. Then, the mathematical models between the faults and the position signals are thoroughly investigated. Finally, the ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) method is introduced to localize the fault of the feed-axis gearbox. The experimental results show that it is effective to use built-in position sensors and EEMD method for on-line monitoring the gearbox state and fault diagnosis.  相似文献

The purpose of this work is to investigate the performance of the kinematic Kalman filter (KKF), an accelerometer-assisted velocity estimation method. The most attractive feature of KKF is that it is immune to modeling uncertainties and parameter variations. Conventional velocity estimation methods are analyzed and compared to KKF. It is shown that KKF can perform very well even with low-resolution encoders. A reliable and cost-effective method of measuring angular acceleration is suggested using MEMS accelerometers. Experimental results with low-resolution encoders confirm the superiority of KKF.  相似文献

In this paper, the optical mouse sensor is proposed as the main sensor of an absolute rotary encoder. The image acquired by the optical sensor is used to read a positioning binary code printed on an internal rotary surface to obtain the absolute rotary position. The two-dimensional image matrix acquisition is more robust than the single reading point approach used in other absolute rotary encoders (with only one pixel) where the position must be coded using random sequence codes. Additionally, the low cost of the optical sensor facilitates the development of inexpensive absolute rotary encoders.  相似文献
