针对高校工程训练设备性能指标标准化困难,以及设备综合性能难以综合评价,设备管理决策没有有效数据支持的问题,提出一套基于层次分析法(AHP)的设备综合评价模型,并且对建立起的待评设备的层次评价体系进行评价,最后将该模型应用于某高校的工程训练B/S实时设备管理系统的设备综合评价模块中,其评价结果与实际相符,为学校设备处的设备管理人员提供了日常设备维护、课程安排、设备更换决策的支持。  相似文献

为了对城市人居环境质量做出科学、客观的评价,提出一种改进的模糊综合评价模型,并将改进的模糊综合评价模型应用于城市人居环境质量的评价中。结合城市人居环境的特点,通过环境要素、环境设施和环境管理建立评价指标体系,并将层次分析法与群体决策相结合来确定评价指标权重,采用模糊综合评价模型和灰色关联分析算法确定城市人居环境的评价等级。通过实例结果可知,算法既能针对城市人居环境某方面进行评价,也能对城市人居环境的整体情况进行评价,评价结论客观、准确,计算过程简单,易用编程,为促进城市人居环境质量的改善提供可靠的决策支持。  相似文献

高等教育生存和发展的现实需求,使高校决策支持成为势在必行的手段,本文在高校信息化建设多年积累的人、财、物等学校各类数据的基础上,以为学校全局、各部门及师生提供多层次的智能决策支持为目标,提出了基于教育知识管理理论的高校智能决策支持模型,该模型从全校的视角,通过多元的主题展开分析,并配以文字、报表、图表等多种展现形式,多角度的提供更具高度、深度的统计分析和挖掘信息。本系统主要采用综合查询、OLAP(数据统计)和数据挖掘等三种建设形式,从不同维度为各种类型用户展现相应的信息内容,从而为校领导层提供科学合理的决策依据,进而为高校的跨越式发展起到一个科学的导向作用。  相似文献

为了对云制造环境下的主动制造提供支持,促使服务交易双方共同获利,提出一种将竞标机制应用于云服务主动寻租的方法.该方法将用户制造需求分解成子任务,以标书的形式发布,云服务根据标书和自身实际决定是否投标;在评标时,竞标中心综合考虑对云服务投标书的评价和其它服务的推荐评价来决定中标云服务,并通过招租栏使质量差的服务也有被使用的机会.给出基于竞标机制的云服务主动寻租模型和算法描述,通过仿真实验,说明了方法的有效性.  相似文献

单一地理信息系统(GIS)缺乏对地学空间问题决策的支持能力,考虑到在GIS中集成基于案例的推理(CBR)与可计算一般均衡模型(CGE)技术开展地理计算既能有效解决动态决策环境下不良结构问题的同时,又具备评价研究区经济系统的出色能力,文中以ARCGIS 10为基础平台,以Visual C#为开发工具,建立了一个基于CBR与CGE技术的土地利用决策支持系统。该系统包括数据库管理子系统、GIS空间数据分析处理子系统系统、CBR子系统以及CGE分析子系统等6个部分,具有图属互查、空间数据分析、经济评价和辅助决策等功能,系统满足土地利用决策的普遍要求,有一定的推广使用价值。  相似文献

为了提高钢板表面缺陷分类识别,提出一种新的全局和局部支持向量机分类模型。首先,通过样本提取算法将整个训练样本划分为非边界样本和边界样本。非边界样本用于训练全局支持向量机,并获得两条全局决策边界。边界样本用于寻找测试样本的K-近邻样本,通过训练K-近邻样本获得相应的局部支持向量机。若测试样本位于全局决策边界线两侧,直接给出分类结果,否则,由局部支持向量机进行分类决策。最终,新的模型结合二叉树算法实现了4种钢板表面缺陷的分类问题。实验结果显示,全局和局部支持向量机模型有令人满意的综合性能。  相似文献

The original concept that led to the structuring of a computer-based medical decision support system (DSS) that is able to support a physician's diagnosis is introduced in this paper. The concept's implementation modeled a generic DSS, the core of which are an integrated knowledge/information base (KIB) along with the inference properties of a data evaluator. The KIB encapsulates the necessary medical knowledge and experience in the form of rules and constraints, preemptive tasks and actual patients' clinical data. The data evaluator handles approved medical subjective and objective criteria for assessing the KIB's data. The data evaluator incorporates a medical standard data gathering and decision process, structured upon the principles of the clinical differential diagnosis methodology, and has been integrated in the system by means of both algorithmic and artificial intelligence techniques. How can a diverse free society find decision mechanisms that are logical, efficient, and timely? This is a problem that has challenged man at least from the time of Plato's Republic. We see today factions of society arguing over alternatives rather than over values or probabilities. Adversary proceedings encourage people to advocate extremes rather than a careful balance of several considerations. Decision analysis, a logical procedure for balancing the many uncertain, complex, and dynamic factors that characterize a decision, offers promise of a new and valuable procedure for social decisions. The decision analyst creates an extrapersonal explicit model of the decision under consideration. Information on possible alternatives, uncertainties, relationships, or preferences can come from different groups and still be represented within the same decision model, with the implications for the decision apparent to all. One can imagine a society where decision making has become decentralized, where distinct bodies are responsible for creating social alternatives, assessing the probabilities of various outcomes for each alternative, and setting the preferences of society. Once the alternatives, information, and preferences were established, society would make the decision using only the principles of logic. Applications to automotive pollution, hurricane seeding, and nuclear safety demonstrate the approach.  相似文献

We present enabling capabilities and key results realized by the development and implementation of 300-mm full-factory simulation tools supporting Intel's 90-nm high-volume manufacturing and 65-nm technology development factories. We discuss key attributes of these simulators which are being utilized for strategic fab capacity planning, automation systems designs, and tactical manufacturing execution and decision support for continuous improvement. These simulators capture the dynamic behaviors of hundreds of production tools with thousands of production and engineering lots and integrate automated material handling systems (AMHS) behaviors in these production simulations. The paper discusses specific topical areas where these tools have found widespread use and emphasizes the importance of periodic model validation and calibration to the real factory.  相似文献

Groups using group decision support systems (GDSS) to address particular tasks can be viewed as performing a search. Such tasks involve arriving at a solution or decision within the context of a complex search space, warranting the use of computerized decision support tools. The type of search undertaken by the groups appears to be a form of adaptive, rather than enumerative, search. Recently, efforts have been made to incorporate this adaptation into an analytical model of GDSS usage. One possible method for incorporating adaptation into an analytical model is to use an evolutionary algorithm, such as a genetic algorithm (GA), as an analogy for the group problem-solving process. In this paper, a test is made to determine whether GDSS behaves similarly to a GA process utilizing rank selection, uniform crossover, and uniform mutation operators. A Markov model for GAs is used to make this determination. Using GDSS experimental data, the best-fit transition probabilities are estimated and various hypotheses regarding the relation of GA parameters to GDSS functionality are proposed and tested. Implications for researchers in both GAs and group decision support systems are discussed.  相似文献

Screening weapon systems development projects is a complex, multicriteria decision problem that must be accomplished within a constrained resource environment. This paper presents a hybrid decision support methodology for use in the screening of weapon systems development projects. The hybrid methodology integrates the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) with a 0-1 integer portfolio optimization model. An AHP component allows the decision maker to incorporate qualitative and intangible criteria into the decision-making process and use the priority rankings of the AHP to represent a measure of value in the 0-1 integer model objective function. The hybrid methodology is extremely flexible and the decision maker can tailor both the AHP and the 0-1 integer optimization model to represent a specific decision-making situation. To fully appreciate the added value of implementing the hybrid screening methodology, a group of Air Force decision makers applied the hybrid methodology to a realistic weapon-systems project screening activity. Results indicate that decision support provided by the methodology could lead to substantial improvements in a weapon-systems portfolio value.  相似文献

In addition to furnishing an overview of the graph model and the design of GMCR II, this paper describes general situations in which advisors providing a decision support service may use this unique computerized technology. 针对目前实际工程中数据仓库与数据挖掘设计脱节的问题,提出了紧密结合数据挖掘的数据仓库一体化体系模型。根据该模型设计了一个基于一体化数据仓库的投资分析决策支持系统,并给出了该系统的软件架构和实现过程。该系统可对海量金融数据进行智能提取与分析,为投资决策者提供决策支持。分析和测试结果表明,该系统是稳定且高效的。  相似文献
