添加剂对多孔陶瓷显气孔率的影响

采用硅粉,碳粉,尿素以及氧化铝,氧化钇为原料,利用常压烧结法制备了氮化硅多孔陶瓷,并着重研究了添加剂对氮化硅多孔陶瓷显气孔率的影响,得出氮化硅多孔陶瓷的显气孔率随着碳粉或尿素含量的增加而增大,且碳粉的造孔作用优于尿素。

氮化硅光固化增材制造工艺与性能的研究

通过设计浆料配方和设置打印参数,采用光固化增材制造(3D打印)的方法制备出氮化硅陶瓷样品。通过热重-差示扫描量热(TG-DSC)分析得到脱脂温度,确定了脱脂预烧结和高温陈化烧结工艺,得到了氮化硅陶瓷样品。试验结果:氮化硅陶瓷样品收缩率为水平方向65.1%,厚度方向80.0%;密度达到理论值的93.3%;抗拉强度为245.9～279.8 MPa,抗弯强度为308.5～333.2MPa。平面方向收缩较大,可能引起了拉伸时的层状撕裂。     

用陶瓷作耐磨风口保护层材质

千叶钢铁厂研制了一种内表面包覆陶瓷保护层的风口。(1)基础试验。对可供风口使用的陶瓷材质——碳化硅、氮化硅、硼化锆等进行了研究。各项试验结果为:①耐热冲击性试验表明,要在1200℃的铜上进行包覆,硼化锆必须预热到900°以上,氮化硅只需预热到700℃,其抗弯强度仍不会降低;②在1200℃铜上包覆的氮化硅耐磨性良好;③以碳化硅的耐腐蚀性最佳;④对陶瓷还进行了预热温度、形状等试验。包覆后材质内
