从铅阳极泥中提取铋并富集金银等有价金属元素,对提高冶金二次资源的综合利用具有重要意义。将脱砷后铅阳极泥熔铸成粗铋作为BiCl3-HCl-NaCl电解体系的阳极,重点研究了温度、电流密度、酸度、Bi3+浓度、NaCl添加量对电解过程的影响。考察了电流效率、电能消耗及阴极产物纯度。结果表明,在电解液温度30℃、电流密度150A/m2、游离HCl浓度80g/L、Bi3+浓度120g/L、NaCl添加量80g/L条件下,得到了致密的薄板状阴极铋,电流效率达到98%,电能消耗约为136(kW·h)/tBi,阴极铋纯度达到99.8%。 相似文献

在HCl-NaCl-BiCl3-H2O体系下, 对铋银合金中铋、银进行了电解分离研究, 考察了温度、电流密度、Bi3+浓度、酸度、NaCl添加量等对铋、银分离效果的影响。采用金相显微镜观察了不同电流密度及Bi3+ 浓度下阴极铋的形貌。实验结果表明, 在温度40 ℃、电流密度150 A/m2、NaCl添加量80 g/L、HCl浓度60 g/L, Bi3+浓度80 g/L条件下, 铋在阴极呈致密片状析出与银实现分离, 其纯度达99.5%以上, 电流效率大于99%, 阴极铋电耗约180 kW·h/t。 相似文献

采用电化学溶解法对含Co、Cu、Fe 等杂质的废镍合金在硫酸中的溶解过程进行了研究。采用EDTA 络合滴定法分析和原子吸收分光光度法测定了溶液中镍及杂质金属离子的含量。研究了电流密度、硫酸浓度、电解液温度、电解时间及电解方式等对电化学溶解的影响。得到废镍合金电化学溶解的优化工艺条件为:阳极电流密度200 A/m2、硫酸浓度1.25 mol/L、温度40 ℃, 采用方波脉冲电流电解。稳定电化学溶解时的主要技术指标为:槽电压0.8~1.0 V, 电流效率90.8%, 每吨镍直流单耗为800~1015 kW·h 。 相似文献

介绍了一种回收铋的清洁湿法冶金新工艺,运用隔膜电积法从盐酸BiCl3溶液中回收铋,并考察了电流密度、温度、HCl、Bi3+和NaOH的浓度对电积的影响。结果表明:在电流密度150 A/m2、温度45~55℃、3.5 mol/L HCl、110 g/L Bi3+、15 g/L NaOH的最佳条件下,阳极NaOH反应生成NaClO3,Bi3+在阴极上沉积得到致密金属铋,电流效率最高可达到98.82%,阴极铋纯度为99.80%。电积后将阳极和阴极电积液返回循环利用,实现了物料的闭路循环。 相似文献
