对光子扫描隧道显微镜(PSTM)的显微成象机理。扫描探测模型做了较为系统的分析和论述。针对具体的探测模型,利用微机编程计算PSTM探测光场的空间分布,并对场分布随扫描控制参量的变化规律进行系统的研究,得到了与实际探测结果一致的分布规律,最终为PSTM的显微成象技术提供了更为具体的理论指导。  相似文献

A Markov chain model is developed which provides a measure of the cost of using alternative plans to control the output quality of productive processes. Such a model provides a yardstick for selecting the “best” control plan structure for a given process. Process planning is one of the key functions for product design and manufacturing. Process plans have very great impact on all phases of product design and manufacture. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a high level of interaction between different product design activities and their tight integration into a coherent system. In this paper we describe a process plan model that allows for such integration. The framework for integration is briefly described and the process plan model that considers three dimensions of planning is explained. The manufacturing process plan model is defined as a three-dimensional model with the following dimensions: time/order, variability/alternatives, and aggregation. All three dimensions are defined and explained as they relate to overall manufacturing planning. The nature of these dimensions is illustrated with several examples. The implementation of the framework and the model within the distributed system IMPlanner is presented. The prototype has been implemented in the Java language and the model for data storage has been implemented in XML. The benefits of integrated consideration are described for several currently implemented applications such as feature modelling, process visualization, process network generation, cell formation, and scheduling.  相似文献

Statistical process modeling is widely used in industry for forecasting the production outcomes, for process control and for process optimization. Applying a prediction model in a production process allows the user to calibrate/predict the mean of the distribution of the process outcomes and to partition the overall variation in the distribution of the process outcomes into explained (by the model) and unexplained (residuals) variations; thus, reducing the unexplained variability. The additional information about the process behavior can be used prior to the sampling procedure and may help to reduce the required sample size to classify a lot. This research focuses on the development of a model‐based sampling plan based ontextitCpk (process capability index). It is an extension of a multistage acceptance sampling plan also based on Cpk (Negrin et al., Quality Engineering 2009; 21 :306–318; Quality and Reliability Engineering International 2011; 27 :3–14). The advantage of this sampling plan is that the sample size needed depends directly and quantitatively on the quality of the process (Cpk), whereas other sampling plans such as MIL‐STD‐414 (Sampling Procedures and Tables for Inspection by Variables for Percent Defective, Department of Defense, Washington, DC, 1957.) use only qualitative measures. The objective of this paper is to further refine the needed sample size by using a predictive model for the lot's expectation. We developed model‐based sample size formulae which depend directly on the quality of the prediction model (as measured by R2) and adjust the ‘not model‐based’ multistage sampling plan developed in Negrin et al. (Quality Engineering 2009; 21 :306–318; Quality and Reliability Engineering International 2011; 27 :3–14) accordingly. A simulation study was conducted to compare between the model‐based and the ‘not model‐based’ sampling plans. It is found that when R2 = 0, the model‐based and ‘not model‐based’ sampling plans require the same sample sizes in order to classify the lots. However, as R2 becomes larger, the sample size required by the model‐based sampling plan becomes smaller than the one required by the ‘not model‐based’ sampling plan. In addition, it is found that the reduction of the sample size achieved by the model‐based sampling plan becomes more significant as Cpk tends to 1 and can be achieved without increasing the proportion of the classification errors. Tubemakers of Australia Limited is a major Australian company that has developed a strategic planning process based on the principles of total quality management (TQM). The process is highly participative, with input from the board of directors to the shop floor. This approach generates a high level of commitment to the plan at all levels. The plan, however, is not rigid, and each business unit uses its plan as its day-to-day operations manual, reviewing and updating it as often as necessary.

This planning model, as developed by this company, is effective in integrating the planning process into the company's operations. The company is now pursuing a more formalized, coordinated TQM approach, and, in conjunction with this, the planning process is being modified to more closely match the Japanese Policy Deployment (Hoshin) model. The development of an effective strategic planning process in conjunction with an effective TQM operating style should serve as a model for other organizations.  相似文献

A tolerance chart is a graphical representation of a process plan and a manual procedure for controlling tolerance stackup when the machining of a component involves interdependent tolerance chains. This heuristic, experience-based method of allocating tolerances to individual cuts of a process plan can be embodied in a computer-based module. This paper introduces a graph theoretic representation for the tolerance chart. A special path tracing algorithm is used to identify tolerance chains from this graph. Optimal tolerance allocation among individual cuts is achieved using a linear goal programming model instead of existing heuristic methods. A more comprehensive mixed integer programming model is developed to incorporate linear tolerance cost functions and alternative process selection.  相似文献

An attempt has been made to develop a generalised system for the generation of process plan for the manufacture of micro parts in this work. It has two components; first one deals with automatic part feature extraction from feature-based model and second one performs the execution of process planning activities in accordance with feature using knowledge-based system approach. The proposed system maps extensible markup language (XML) data for the feature based-model and produces the corresponding manufacturing activities needed for the manufacture of micro parts. The process plan modules considered in this work includes process sequence, tools and fixtures, process parameters selection and set-up plan generation. An attempt has been made to develop process parameters selection module based on experimental investigation and optimisation apart from manufacturing catalogues and user manuals. Feature extraction through XML files avoids complex feature extraction process. The application of the developed system has been verified with a case study. The present system is limited to micro turn-mill features. Incorporation of more micro features and consideration of other activities of process plan ensures a complete process planning system for micro-machining processes.  相似文献

基于复杂系统制造过程对完善生产资料准备、缩短制造周期、增强生产计划控制力、提升高端制造业发展水平的迫切要求,根据模块化理论、制造工艺、项目管理、最优化理论等方法,构建复杂系统制造模块顺序网络图,并建立求解制造周期的整数规划模型,最后举出实例,运用优化求解软件CPLEX得出整个系统制造周期及对应的关键制造路径,运用求解结果制定生产资料准备计划及生产计划,发现模块化技术实行后,生产计划及生产资料准备计划实现最大并行化开展,且生产资料准备先于生产计划开展前完成,整个系统制造周期大大缩短,验证了模型的有效性、准确性和优越性。  相似文献
