实物地质资料社会化服务是地质资料管理工作的最终目标,在国土资源部“十二五规划”号召推进两化建设,落实科学发展观、建设服务型社会的今天,通过部“两化”建设的实施,加强地质资料服务工作,提高地质资料管理水平及公共服务能力,进一步推进地质资料服务事业的发展。通过现代信息技术,集群全国各省市地勘单位建设统一的全国地质资料信息共享与服务平台,真正实现地质资料信息的深度共享和社会化利用,笔者从实物地质资料保存与服务现状,信息技术与平台的搭建方面详细进行详细阐述。     

全国实物地质资料管理与服务情况分析研究

实物地质资料蕴含巨大经济价值和社会价值,面对新形势下日益增长的需求,需要大力推进实物地质资料社会化服务。本文通过对全国各省(区、市)实物地质资料的管理与服务情况跟踪研究,分析了我国实物地质资料管理与服务存在的技术标准不统一、汇交监管手段单一、共享服务渠道不畅通等系列问题,提出了出台系列标准规范、编制收藏规划、开展实物清理和目录数据库建设等对策建议,为下一步开展全国实物地质资料管理和服务工作提供参考建议。

地质资料信息服务集群化产业化标准体系框架的构建

地质资料信息具有可被重复开发利用、能够长期提供服务的功能,目前推进地质资料信息服务集群化产业化急需建设一套科学、合理、适用于两化工作的标准体系。通过分析我国地质资料标准规范建设存在缺乏科学规划和设计、相关标准不够健全、标准更新维护机制欠缺,缺乏系统性等问题的原因,采用"信息资源—技术/管理—信息服务"的一体化地质资料信息服务模型,研究提出了以信息技术和资料管理为主体的地质资料信息服务集群化产业化标准体系框架,主要包括基础标准、业务管理标准、信息服务标准和信息技术标准四个组成部分,为推进地质资料信息服务集群化产业化提供标准规范支撑。     

实物地质资料集成体系初探

实物地质资料数据现代化管理具有重要的意义,构建实物地质资料数字信息化服务体系是实现传统实物地质资料服务方式向现代化管理与服务模式转变的重要途径。信息化技术、数据库技术为服务体系构建提供保障,数据是基本项,数据库是数据资源管理的核心。国家实物地质资料馆使用集群化技术便于加强分散的实物地质数据集中式现代化管理,建立数据资源集群化服务体系,实现地质资料数据集中共享,以此构建资料数据的社会化服务,实现地质资料管理机构对地质资料集中管理和维护的权限,同时国家实物地质资料馆的馆藏地质资料采用分布式服务的方式提供资料共享服务。
