结合步进电机驱动与图像处理技术,设计了一种基于LabVIEW和NI Vision的水平仪自动检测装置。采用高清摄像头读取目标图像信息,利用图像处理的方法实现图像的去噪与目标定位,实现微米级的分辨力,检测系统自动给出检测结果报表。利用LabVIEW的图形化语言,实现了软件设计的快速开发,降低了软件开发的难度。通过对图像采集系统及步进电机驱动电路的大量实验,证明了设计方法可靠实用,提高了检测效率,系统各个模块配合良好,可以准确可靠地得到检测数据,在实际工作中得到了很好的验证。 相似文献

研制了一种基于LabVIEW平台的瞬态热线法测量导热系数的测试系统,从测量原理、系统硬件、系统软件、数据处理等方面说明了该系统的设计过程.采用有限容积法对瞬态热线法导热系数的测量过程进行数值模拟,并建立迭代算法处理实验数据.通过LabVIEW调用动态链接库混合编程实现了LabVIEW平台对Fortran语言的调用,集成了数据采集和处理模块,实现了测试系统的自动化.通过测量氮气的导热系数验证了该测试系统的可靠性. 相似文献

为解决现有流量标准装置不能满足流量计检定要求的难题,尤其是对于现场实验实施。采用LabVIEW及其LabSQL和Office工具包,开发了集标准表法、容积法、称重法于一体的水流量标准装置模拟校准系统。系统可以根据需要选择水流量标准装置对不同的流量计进行检定和校准,整个试验过程可实现自动化,还可以选择手动方式进行调试。该模拟系统预留了外接数据接口,做简单修改后可用于控制实际的检定校准设备。该系统严格依据相应的国家标准对流量计进行试验,可通过计算标准装置的不确定度来判定是否合乎实验要求。测试结果表明,系统应用面宽、可移植性好。 相似文献

Biomass to methane production systems have the potential of supplying 25% of the yearly national natural gas demand. The production systems associated with this conversion process are anaerobic digestion facilities. The optimal operation of a batch biomass digester system requires the scheduling of all batches from multiple feedstocks during a fixed time horizon. A significant characteristic of these systems is that the feedstock decays in storage before use in the digester system. The optimal batch residence times in the digester must account for the production rate as well as the decay rate of stored biomass. The availability times, biomass quantities, biogas production rates and storage decay rates must all be taken into account for maximal biogas production to be achieved during the planning horizon. This paper addresses the scheduling of both single and multiple feedstocks in a single digester system. The single feedstock batch scheduling time problem is solved by a dynamic programming algorithm. The multiple feedstock problem is solved by a decomposition approach where the master level allocates time to each feedstock while the subproblems schedule batches within these time allocations. 相似文献

目的 针对国六标准三元催化器GBD机器人自动封装生产线设计需求,为了提高GBD的封装效率和质量,减少重复劳作,减轻生产过程中的劳动强度,降低企业生产成本,以缩短生产线生产周期、提升自动化水平.方法 重点完成生产线电气系统设计等内容,改变传统的单PLC控制方法.结果 在原有的封装生产线的基础上,突破多PLC控制系统的关键技术,研制出了GBD机器人自动封装生产线电气系统.通过实际生产使用,有效地提升了生产线封装效率,将单载体单次缩径整线生产节拍由60 s缩短至45 s,有效提高了生产线的封装效率.结论 实践证明,该GBD封装生产线能平稳运行,显著提升企业的自动化水平. 相似文献

The article reports on a novel layout which achieves intrinsic control of anaerobic digestion of a wide range of feeds on
a continuous basis. The feed is automatically controlled to match the digestion rate. The design consists of a shallow tank
concentric with a gas holder resting on stoppers on the tank bottom. The height of the digesting fluid is maintained using
the plug flow principle. The feed material is dropped into the annular space which is thereafter covered with a black plastic
sheet to enable anoxic conditions to prevail. The bioliquid hydrolyses the material, with the help of prefermenting bacteria,
into volatile acids. A steady migration of these volatile acids into the anaerobic digester is maintained by the concentration
gradient, which is constantly replenished by the action of a syntrophic community of bacteria, producing methane. Further,
the feasibility of the concept is reported on a system with a 45 m3 concrete tank and a 35 m3 steel gas holder by using a mix of domestic wastes and producing gas with 70% methane content reliably for hundred days continuously.
A novel simulator is developed to predict the performance of the design at various parameters of operation. It is shown that
the performance data for digesters analogous to the design reported here are interchangeable. Based on this, the average productivity
of gas for various loadings is predicted within ±10% of the actual yields for the analogous digesters. Because of the nature
of the design, digestion of a wide range of feeds are permitted: without the problems faced in conventional layouts. This
tremendous potential is realised by maintaining the integrity of the ecosystem of anaerobic digestion through the medium of
the bioliquid which pervades the annular space as well as the confines of the anaerobic digester. By utilising the design
in practice at normal loadings, its potential for reliable and economic digestion at a fraction of the cost of deep digesters
could be realised if the predictions are confirmed at higher loadings by further work.

天然气水露点是关系天然气管道输送安全的重要指标之一,基于可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术(TDLAS)设计开发了天然气水露点分析装置。根据天然气现场应用需求,搭建天然气在线分析计量装置并进行测试,进行了激光法天然气在线分析计量装置关键技术集成与装备试制。开展了仪器的离线标定及实验室稳定性测试,在天然气输气站现场开展了仪器的重复性测试及与冷却镜面法露点仪的比对实验。实验结果表明,在水含量0~300μL/L范围内,仪器测量误差小于±0.5%FS, 24h内仪器漂移量不超过±1% FS,实时在线测量速度不低于1次/s,与冷却镜面法露点仪比对结果在6℃以内。 相似文献

为了实现实时采集、监测轮胎胎冠内部温度,设计了基于试验台架的滚动轮胎的测温系统。以热敏电阻为温度传感器,基于NI cRIO-9033控制器和NI 9205模拟信号采集模块搭建数据采集器,使用MSC SR20M滑环连接温度传感器与数据采集器,在LabVIEW开发环境中,通过编写并运行多通道数据采集与实时数据处理程序,实现了轮胎胎冠内部多个测点温度数据的实时采集与处理。另外,为应对极限试验工况,针对滑环设计制作了滑环保护罩。试验结果表明:轮胎测温系统运行可靠,能够实现多通道的轮胎温度数据采集;设计制作的滑环保护罩能够有效地保护轮胎测温系统,使它在极限试验工况下免受损坏。研究结果表明该轮胎测温系统是实时获取滚动轮胎温度数据的有效工具,具有广阔的工程应用前景。 相似文献
