本工作设计了一种基于超材料的小型化多频段微带滤波器。基于超材料的相位补偿原理,通过将方块型超材料单元结构加载于接地板,实现微带滤波器的小型化设计,滤波器整体尺寸仅为25 mm×25 mm(0.38λ_0×0.38λ_0,λ_0是低频段的导波波长)。通过对四开口型谐振环(Split ring resonator,SRR)微带线馈电,获得多频段滤波器设计。测试结果表明,滤波器的谐振点为2.4 GHz、3.4 GHz和5.5 GHz,工作频带内插入损耗最大值为0.85 dB,具有小型化、多频段、低损耗的特点。  相似文献

为实现射频系统的小型化,本文设计出一种基于基片集成折叠波导( Substrate integrated folded waveguide,简称SIFW)的小型化宽带带通滤波器,并给出了仿真结果.为了改善带外抑制,滤波器通过交叉耦合,在通带低端引入两个传输零点.为改善通带高端滤波特性,在顶层和底层金属微带上刻蚀互补型开口谐振环(Complementary Split Ring Resonators,简称CSRR).仿真结果表明,所实现的滤波器中心频率在7.1 GHz,相对带宽约为47%,通带内回波损耗优于-15dB,插入损耗小于0.7dB.  相似文献

本文提出一种设计小型化、低损耗、双通带的带通滤波器的新方法,主要利用双频谐振器能够同时工作于两个频段的特点,通过合理设计使谐振器间的耦合结构和馈电点位置在两个频段上具有相同的结构参数,从而实现小型化双频滤波器.为验证该方法的可行性,设计了一种基于阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)结构的双频滤波器.该滤波器工作频率为2.4 GHz和5.2 GHz,回波损耗都低于-20 dB,插入损耗小于1 dB,相对带宽FBW均为20%,尺寸为6 mm×15 mm(0.08λg1×0.19λg1).对该滤波器进行了仿真、加工和测试,发现测量和仿真的结果具有很好的一致性.  相似文献

提出了一种基于LTCC的新型边带陡峭的带通滤波器的设计与实现方法。该带通滤波器电路采用六级结构紧凑的梳状线谐振单元,并创造性的将谐振单元连接起来,替代了原先的谐振单元间的宽边耦合,有效的增大了工作带宽,增强了边带抑制。本文设计的六级带通滤波器的性能指标如下:中心频率为4.65GHz,带宽为1.2GHz,通带内插入损耗小于2.5dB,回波损耗优于-15dB,带外1GHz处的衰减优于35dB。本滤波器通过LTCC技术进行加工生产,实物测试结果与软件仿真结果吻合较好。  相似文献

在高阻硅衬底上微波传输线以及工作在7.5~8.5GHz频带的四位数字移相器.测试表明,在高阻硅衬底上制备的50Ω微带线在5~15GHz频率范围内的插入损耗低于0.8dB/cm;在同样衬底上用混合集成技术制作的7.5~8.5GHz四位数字移相器的各状态插入损耗为(7.5±3)dB,回波损耗大于12dB,均方根(RMS)相位误差小于5°.具有良好的微波器件性能.  相似文献

基于阶跃阻抗谐振器SIR(stepped impedance resonators)的基本原理,采用λg/4型SIR作为基本谐振单元,设计了一款小型化同轴腔体带通滤波器.仿真结果显示,相比实际长度λg/4该滤波器尺寸压缩了56.7%,通带内回波损耗小于-17.5 dB,插入损耗小于0.1 dB,带外抑制度达到了-38.8 dB,满足了现代通信系统对滤波器小型化、低插入损耗、高选择性的要求,能够广泛应用于现代移动通信系统.  相似文献

为拓展带通滤波器的通带带宽,设计了一种基于EBG结构的基片集成波导(SIW)超宽带带通滤波器.该滤波器利用箭头形电磁带隙结构的阻波特性,将不同大小箭头形结构单元蚀刻在SIW上金属面,以获得超宽带通带.所设计的滤波器中心频率在985 GHz,相对带宽为3959%,通带内的最大插入损耗约为154 dB,相比于类似结构的带通滤波器,其带内回波损耗较大,且整体电路面积较小.测量结果与仿真结果基本吻合,有效地验证了该设计方法的有效性.  相似文献

为了消除城市地铁线路中其他频段信号对移动信号的干扰,设计了以2GHz为中心频率,带宽为260MHz的带通滤波器.利用隐式空间映射法在HFSS和ADS中分别建立滤波器的精确模型和粗糙模型设计优化平行耦合带通滤波器.滤波器在1.85GHz到2.15GHz内插入损耗小于3dB,在频率小于1.75GHz、大于2.3GHz的带宽带外抑制大于20dB,并验证了隐式空间映射算法的可行性,降低了设计成本.  相似文献

提出了一种基于LTCC技术的新型小型化吸收式带通滤波器的实现方法。该吸收式滤波器基于耦合相消原理由两个四阶梳状线带通滤波器和两个3dB正交定向耦合器组成。为了减小实物体积,梳状线带通滤波器采用三层短路耦合线结构,耦合器采用两层蛇形宽边耦合带状线结构,并且上下放置两个梳状线带通滤波器。运用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS建模仿真,设计了一款吸收频带范围为2GHz~4GHz,滤波频带范围为2.85GHz~3.25GHz的吸收式带通滤波器,通带内插入损耗小于2dB,各端口驻波比优于1.4,在低阻带0GHz~2.55GHz和高阻带3.55GHz~5GHz内的衰减均大于30dB,体积仅为8.4mm×5mm×2.5mm。测试结果与HFSS仿真结果较为吻合。  相似文献

设计了一款基于近零折射率超材料(NZRIM)的低剖面高水平面增益全向天线。超材料晶胞由两个对称的C形条带和一个弯折线条带组成。将超材料晶胞组成的阵列轴对称放置在全向天线的四周,有效改变电磁波的辐射方向,使之更靠近水平面,从而提高天线的水平面增益。测试结果表明,天线的-10 dB阻抗带宽为5.78 GHz~6.12 GHz。加载超材料后的天线在工作带宽内的水平增益可以提高0.5 dB~1 dB,最大水平增益达到2.68 dBi。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. Signifi can timprove ment of frictional and wear characteristics is obtained with Molybdate added in the commercial engine oils and the formulated oils.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The production of ferrous metal increased during the Roman Late Republican period, Principate and Empire. The direct bloomery process was used to extract the metal from its ores using slag-tapping and slag-pit furnaces. The fuel was charcoal and an air blast was introduced by bellows-operated tuyères. Iron formed as a bloom, often as a spongy mass of metal, which contained impurities from the smelting process, including unreacted ore, fuel, slag and fragments from the furnace walls, while the metal was often inhomogeneous with varied carbon contents. Blooms were either smithed directly into bars or ingots or they were broken up, which also allowed the removal of gross impurities and a selection of pieces with similar properties to be made. These could then be forge-welded together and formed into characteristically shaped ingots. Making steel in the furnace seems to have been achieved: it depended on the ore and the furnace and conditions within it. Surface carburization was also carried out. Iron and steel were used extensively in construction and for tools and weapons. Fire welding was often used to add pieces of steel to make the edges of tools and weapons, which could be heat-treated by quenching to harden them.  相似文献

A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Al2O3-ZrO2 nanocomposites were developed starting with the solgel process. Composite alumina-zirconia nanopowders were synthesized from metallorganic precursors (Aluminium secondary butoxide and zirconium Iso propoxide) using the solgel process. The parameters affecting the synthesis—solvent, concentration of precursor, R/H ratio (i.e., dilution of water in solvent)—were varied as also the temperature and pH. BET and TEM were used to measure nanosize. Diffuse reflectance spectroscopy and also qualitative optical absorption led to identical particle size estimate. The variation of process parameters was used to study the effect and interdependence of process parameters. Artificial Neural Networks was used to rigorously analyze the process. Although this led to confirmation of interdependence of parameters, the presence of a single overwhelming solvent variable was also established. Then the optimal process was used to synthesize more nanopowder. To produce bulk nanocomposite the nanopowders were sintered by varying the temperature and time period. The sintered lithoids were probed with a vickers hardness tester to measure elastic modulus, hardness, and fracture toughness. The results showed high elastic modulus, modest hardness, and very high fracture toughness.  相似文献

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献
