气门密封面激光熔覆的工艺和性能研究较多,但激光熔覆的合金组织和性能与现在气门密封面生产应用的等离子喷焊合金的对比数据较少.为了推动激光熔覆技术在气门密封面生产中的应用,对目前应用的气门WF218合金进行了激光熔覆层与等离子喷焊层的对比研究.通过对同炉气体雾化生产的WF218合金粉末分别进行激光熔覆和等离子喷焊,对两者合金层研究结果显示,激光熔覆合金层更致密、组织更细小、成分更均匀、耐蚀性和耐磨性更好.根据研究数据,激光熔覆技术应用于气门密封面生产将进一步提高质量. 相似文献

设计了一套高温水蒸气腐蚀的试验装置,利用这套装置对比了用于小口矩深孔阀门密封面上的三种焊层的抗高温水蒸气腐蚀性能,这三种焊层分别为:激光熔覆WF141合金层,手工电弧堆焊“丝111”和“堆547Mo”合金层。采用金相显微镜、X射线射仪、扫描电镜和能谱分析仪对腐蚀试样进行了分析,讨论了合金成分、焊层工艺等对密封面高温水蒸气腐蚀行为的影响,结果表明,激光熔覆WF141合金层具有优异的抗高温水蒸气腐蚀性 相似文献

对以20CrNiMo钢为基材,喷焊Ni-Cr-B-Si自熔合金粉+WC颗粒的涂层及其后处理进行了研究。测定了涂层的硬度,耐磨性以及结合层的元素扩散;观察了表层结构,结果表明,厚度和冷却方式对喷涂层的耐磨性有显著影响。 相似文献

Ti-Al双丝超音速电弧喷涂涂层的滑动磨损特性研究 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
为了提高铝合金(LY12)的表面耐磨性,采用钛、铝金属丝材和SAS-Ⅰ型超音速电弧喷涂设备,利用二次回归正交试验方法、有润滑滑动磨损试验、涂层显微组织和磨损表面形貌观察、XRD分析,定量分析了喷涂电压和喷涂距离对涂层滑动磨损体积的影响规律,并进行了喷涂工艺参数的优化及其与基体滑动磨损的对比试验.结果表明:在特定的磨损和喷涂条件下,当喷涂距离较小时,随喷涂电压的增大,涂层的体积磨损量逐渐减小;随着喷涂距离的增加,涂层的体积磨损量随喷涂电压的升高逐渐增大,并且喷涂距离越大,涂层的体积磨损量随喷涂电压增大的速率愈大.当喷涂电压比较低时,涂层的体积磨损量随喷涂距离的增大而降低,但是,随喷涂电压的逐渐升高,涂层的体积磨损量随喷涂距离的增大逐渐上升,并且,喷涂电压愈高,其随喷涂距离而增加的速率越快.当喷涂电压和喷涂距离分别为26V和0 236m时,涂层具有最佳的耐滑动磨损性能,根据该工艺参数制成的涂层,其滑动磨损体积仅为LY12铝合金的1/38.84.即在适当的工艺条件下,Ti-Al双丝超音速电弧喷涂涂层对LY12铝合金具有显著的表面耐磨强化作用. 相似文献

Investigations on thermal spray coatings resistance against abrasion dominated tribological load in comparison to hard chromium coatings HVOF iron and nickel based hard alloy as well as WC/Co(Cr) and Cr3C2/Ni20Cr coatings are compared to APS Al2O3/TiO2 and Cr2O3, powder flame sprayed and fused composite coatings consisting of NiCrBSi and WC/Co and electrolytically deposited hard chromium coatings concerning their wear behavior for tribological load by lose abrasive particles (ASTM G65 and ASTM G75). Thereby the influence of newly developed HVOF torch combustion chambers with reduced critical diameter and divergent expansion nozzles that both permit increased combustion gas and therefore also particle velocities on microstructure and wear resistance of the produced coatings is studied. While there is no improvement of wear resistance for hard alloy coatings compared to mild steel substrates for the specific tribological boundary conditions of these tests, especially the carbide reinforced coatings permit improvement by more than one order of magnitude in ASTM G65 tests and even more than two orders of magnitude in ASTM G75 tests. Also, for both types of tribological load HVOF coatings with WC as reinforcing phase are clearly superior to electrolytically deposited hard chromium coatings. Both use of the combustion chamber with reduced critical diameter and the expansion nozzles with divergent contour result in improved wear resistance of the thereby produced coatings. 采用二次正交回归试验设计原理和钛铝双丝超音速电弧喷涂Ti-Al合金复合涂层方法,对LY12铝合金进行了表面强化研究,并采用金相、XRD、SEM、硬度和磨损试验方法,对涂层的组织结构及力学性能进行了表征,考察了喷涂工艺参数对涂层孔隙率、显微硬度和耐滑动磨损性能的影响,研究结果表明:在本文的实验条件下,涂层的体积磨损量、孔隙率、显微硬度与喷涂电压和喷涂距离之间的变化规律,可用回归模型进行描述;随喷涂电压的增大,涂层磨损量逐渐下降;喷涂距离小于220mm时,随喷涂距离的增大涂层磨损量逐渐增大;喷涂距离为220mm时,磨损量达到最大,继续增加喷涂距离,涂层的磨损量逐渐下降;在干摩擦条件下,Ti-Al合金涂层的磨损机制主要以化合物相剥落引起的磨粒磨损和氧化磨损为主。 相似文献

为解决非晶粉末价格昂贵、成型困难等问题,采用真空气雾化法制备了Ni FeCrMoNbBSi合金粉末,利用火焰喷涂焰流温度高、冷凝速度快有利于形成非晶相等特点,经火焰喷涂后制备了镍基非晶涂层。通过XRD、SEM、EDS、TEM等对粉末和涂层的相组织结构、表面形貌和微观特征进行了表征。结果表明:Ni FeCrMoNbBSi合金粉末形貌为球形或近球形,主要由晶体相FeNi3和Ni CrFe固溶体组成,非晶含量较少。制备的Ni基非晶涂层组织结构致密,主要由非晶相和Cr2Ni3金属间化合物组成,非晶含量可达70%(体积分数)。 相似文献
