介绍了CVC技术改善板形的基本原理。CVC技术就是轧辊连续可变凸度技术,有了轧辊连续可变凸度,就可使轧辊的凸度在最大值与最小值之间连续无级可调,从而达到改善板形的目的。根据实测数据,采用多项式回归方法,建立CVC辊形曲线方程,并探讨了该方程的重要实际意义。  相似文献

本文就窄带钢异步冷轧时的轧辊热凸度及各力能参数对带钢横向厚度分布(同板差)的影响进行了生产现场综合测试,并结合轧辊热变形及辊系变形理论,用有限差分法和影响函数法作了相应的计算分析,计算结果与现场实测值基本吻合。从而为将异步轧制工艺应用于冷轧窄带钢生产提供了完整的实测数据资料和实用工程计算软件。  相似文献

基于有限元软件ANSYS建立了冷轧六辊轧机的三维弹塑性有限元参数化模型。将轧机实体模型转换成有限元模型,根据轧机的工作方式提炼出边界条件和载荷条件,施加在有限元模型上。参数化模型采用ANSYS参数化设计语言APDL编写。通过修改程序中的参数,计算分析了弯辊力、中间辊的串辊量以及带钢宽度等参数对带钢形状和辊缝的影响。计算结果表明:当带钢宽度小于1 300 mm时,调整弯辊力对带钢板形的改变较为明显;当带钢宽度大于1 700 mm时,调整弯辊力对改变带钢板形的作用变得非常小,此时通过连续可变凸度轧辊(CVC)的串辊来调节板形更有效。该结论与冷轧厂实践结论一致。  相似文献

采用非线性弹塑性有限元法,利用大型非线性有限元软件MSC.Marc建立了六辊CVC轧机轧制过程三维有限元仿真模型。模型将辊系弹性变形与轧件弹塑性变形耦合在一起,进行统一建模与分析。运用该模型分别改变工作辊弯辊力、中间辊弯辊力、中间辊横移量进行有限元模拟,得到了工作辊弯辊、中间辊弯辊、中间辊横移对六辊CVC轧机轧辊弯曲和压扁变形的影响规律。所建模型与分析结果可为六辊CVC轧机的板形控制研究提供理论数据与参考依据。  相似文献

以1780热连轧机机组第五架轧机在轧制过程中发生振动为背景,建立轧辊三维模型,利用ANSYS软件对其进行动力学分析,计算出工作辊和支承辊的各阶模态参数。工作辊的第3阶和第11阶振型纵向变形较大,造成较大辊缝,对轧制厚度影响最大;支承辊的第1阶和第7阶振型轧辊纵向位移明显,五倍频振动是带材或轧辊表面产生明暗条件原因。  相似文献

辊形是板形控制最重要的因素,为了较好地控制辊形的目的,文章根据变形特点,采用以APDL命令流构建模型的方法,来确保模型参数的可修改性,用ANSYS将轧机辊系的工作辊和支撑辊一起建模,并通过软件仿真结果再结合工厂实际结果比较,研究发现这样更好的研究轧辊的弹性变形,得到更好控制辊形的结论。  相似文献

HEB轧辊系统即VC轧辊系统是近年获得迅速发展的新型轧辊系统,本文给出了HEB轧辊辊套与心轴热过盈配合处过盈计算公式。并结合弹性有限元分析结果,得到了辊套胀形变形后过盈配合处承载能力的计算及判据公式,公式的正确性已被实验验证,某些结论为HEB轧辊的结构设计提供了理论依据。  相似文献

单位压下量是斜轧中的基本变形参数,提高单位压下量计算精度对于轧制力能参数计算和数值模拟建模具有重要意义.基于轧辊开度的概念和变形区分析,对圆坯二辊斜轧轧辊开度计算进行了简化,导出了单位压下量计算公式,并参照实际工艺条件计算了单位压下量,发现单位压下量随轧辊送进角的增大而迅速增大,因而送进角对开度的影响不能忽略.此外,讨论了轧辊送进角对单位压下量产生显著作用的根本原因.导出的公式对圆坯斜轧内撕裂形成数值模拟模型简化、增强模拟可靠性提供必要基础.  相似文献

Mathematical analysis of continuous variable crown (CVC) roll contour used in CSP production line was conducted and the roll contour function of CVC roll was obtained. The validation with actual CVC roll contour shows that the calculation values of the roll contour function and the actual roll contour parameters given by equipment provider are the same, which proves that the roll contour function of CVC rolls given in this article is correct. The nonlinear relationship between the roll crown of CVC rolls and roll shift amounts was deduced. The concept of crown extremum was given.  相似文献

A new roll shifting strategy with varying stroke and varying step was investigated. Two characteristic parameters including cat ear height and gap contour smoothness were introduced to assess the effect of shifting strategy on roll wear, and the relation between characteristic parameters and shifting strategy was established. Both varying stroke and varying step can reduce cat ear height and gap contour smoothness, so the shifting strategy with varying stroke and varying step is better than the one with either varying stroke or varying step. Based on the effect of shifting control parameters on characteristic parameters of roll wear, the selection principle of these shifting control parameters was gained. A case study was conducted to validate the proposed roll shifting strategy, reducing uncontrollable quartic loading gap contour, improving strip profile and extending rolling length of a rolling campaign.  相似文献

A study on roll gap profile (strip profile) control was accomplished in a 1700 mm single-stand temper mill. Some critical problems such as the deviation of work roll contour caused by grinding and wear, the effectiveness of work roll bending were discussed. Using a finite element model, the effects of roll contours (ground and wear) on strip profile were investigated. The roll bending effect on strip thickness was also analyzed. It is pointed out that there are some special features of flatness control in the temper mill: during temper rolling, roll deformation is slight due to small rolling load, and the loaded roll gap profile mainly depends on work roll contour, while the backup roll has a little effect on gap crown; the effect of bending force on gauge can not be ignored due to the coupling between flatness control and gauge control. A new roll contour arrangement adaptable to the mill was presented and has been put into practical production. The application of the new set of rolls showed some good results: larger crown control range of work roll bender, higher rolling stability, better strip profile and flatness quality.  相似文献

VCR and ASR technology for profile and flatness control in hot strip mills   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
The roll contour pattern and variety of work and backup rolls in service and its effect on profile and flatness control performance in 1 700 mm hot strip mill at Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation were tested and analyzed by the developed finite element models of different typical roll contours configurations. A rather smooth local work roll contour near strip edges and an increase in rolled length can be obtained by application of long stroke work roll shifting system with conventional work roll contours that is incapable of the crown control. In comparison with the conventional backup and work roll contours configuration, the crown control range by the roll bending force enhances by 12.79% and the roll gap stiffness increases by 25.26% with the developed asymmetry self-compensating work rolls(ASR) and varying contact backup rolls(VCR). A better strip profile and flatness quality, an increase in coil numbers within the rolling campaign and a significant alleviated effect of severe work roll wear contours on performance of edge drop control are achieved by the application of ASR with crown control and wear control ability in downstream stand F5 and VCR in all stands of 1 700 mm hot strip mill.  相似文献

针对逆式辊涂过程将涂敷辊与汲料辊之间的液体流动简化成两无限大平板间的黏性流动,结合流体动力润滑理论和毛细效应条件建立辊涂数学模型,并对方程进行求解。重点研究在涂敷辊分别为刚辊和胶辊的情况下,辊涂参数(辊速比、辊半径、涂液表面张力、入口油膜厚度和辊间间隙)对辊间涂液的影响。结果表明,各参数对涂层液珠均有影响,其中辊速比在涂敷辊为刚辊或胶辊时都是影响涂层油膜厚度的重要因素。  相似文献

The predictive calculation of comprehensive contour of work rolls in the on-line strip shape control model during hot rolling consists of two important parts of wear contour calculation and thermal contour calculation, which have a direct influence on the ac- curacy of shape control. A statistical wear model and a finite difference thermal contour model of work rolls were described. The comprehensive contour is the equivalence treatment of the sum of grinding, wear, and thermal contours. This comprehensive contour calculation model has been applied successfully in the real on-line strip shape control model. Its high precision has been proved through the large amounts of actual roll profile measurements and theoretical analyses. The hit rates (percent of shape index satisfying re- quirement) of crown and head flatness of the strips rolled, by using the shape control model, which includes the comprehensive contour calculation model, have about 16% and 10% increase respectively, compared to those of strips rolled by using manual operation.  相似文献
