目的 归纳隔热疏水涂料的功能实现方法,分析疏水隔热功能涂料在包装中的潜在的应用价值,为新型多功能涂料的制备及其在纸包装领域的应用提供参考和借鉴。方法 梳理并归纳阻隔型、反射型、辐射型等3种类型隔热涂料的工作原理及实现方式,系统介绍几种常见的疏水表面形成机理模型以及制备方法,综述疏水隔热功能涂料的应用研究进展。结果 涂料的制备以及涂布技术已经成熟,疏水隔热功能涂料可涂布于瓦楞纸箱、白卡纸等表面用于食品保温包装。结论 将隔热疏水功能涂料用于纸包装箱,用来保护温敏食品品质和节约冷链运输成本,具有巨大的潜力和广阔的发展前景。 相似文献

隔热涂料中所用颜填料以无机颜料为主,其中钛白占首位,另外体质颜料除了作为填料降低涂料成本外,还可提高涂料各方面的性能.分析了颜填料的常规性能,如分散性、耐候性等;分别概括了颜填料在阻隔型隔热涂料、反射型隔热涂料及辐射型隔热涂料中的应用,并分析了颜填料的作用原理,最后指出了颜填料的发展重点和方向. 相似文献

主要研究了自主研制的空心玻璃微珠涂料的隔热性能。通过隔热模型试验,考察了空心玻璃微珠涂料的隔热性能,对比了空心玻璃微珠含量比对涂料隔热性能的影响,并对其隔热机理和含量比的影响原因进行了探讨。指出空心玻璃微珠涂料是一种具有良好隔热性能的涂料,能产生明显的隔热效果,但过高的空心玻璃微珠含量比将对隔热性能产生劣化影响。 相似文献

对烧蚀隔热涂料的填料种类进行了优选,以E-20环氧树脂为基体,制得2种新型烧蚀隔热涂料。并对2种涂料的密度、附着力、耐冲击和导热系数进行了分析。研究结果表明,氢氧化镁和滑石粉适于用作烧蚀吸热填料,阿罗中空玻璃微珠适于用作低传导隔热填料;2种涂料都具有良好的热性能、常规物理性能和突出的隔热效果,都适合用于烧蚀隔热领域;涂料Ⅰ的热性能优于涂料Ⅱ,密度和导热系数分别为1.2g/cm3和0.18W/(m·℃),均小于涂料Ⅱ,分别为后者的92.3%和85.7%,更适合用于烧蚀隔热领域。 相似文献

热反射隔热涂料的制备与隔热性能 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
系统研究了成膜基料、隔热颜料、空心玻璃微珠含量、涂层厚度以及耐玷污透明涂层各种因素对热反射隔热涂料隔热效果和隔热持久性的影响及作用规律。结果表明,以丙烯酸酯乳液为成膜基料,二氧化钛质量分数为20%,空心玻璃微珠含量为11%,涂层厚度为1.2mm时并辅助含氟硅的耐玷污透明涂层,制备出的热反射隔热涂料的太阳光反射率为91%,半球发射率为86%,均超过了JG/T235-2008《建筑反射隔热涂料》行业标准中的技术指标,且具有良好的自清洁性能,项目成果实现了产业化。 相似文献

针对辽河油田稠油开采中隔热油管连接处热损失严重的问题,制备了隔热涂层。采用IMDRG01仪器测试了隔热涂层的外表面温度,采用自制的仪器测试了其导热系数;对涂料的组成、涂层厚度与结构等对涂层隔热性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:当涂层厚度为4 cm,隔热油管内部温度为350℃时,涂层外表面的温度为46℃;隔热涂料中添加真空球形粒子可有效提高涂层的隔热性能;珍珠岩的添加可在一定程度上提升涂层的隔热性能。辽河油田稠油热采注汽温较高,更适合采用含纤维与不含纤维的复合隔热保温涂料涂层。 相似文献

Parallel and serial methods are available for calculating total thermal insulation of clothing measured via a heated mannequin.
If constant skin temperature distribution over the mannequin body surface is achieved, the serial method consistently gives
higher insulation value than the parallel method. Under the condition of inhomogeneous temperature distribution over the body
surface, the serial method may yield lower insulation value than the parallel method if the clothing insulation distribution
meets a certain condition. The parallel method should be employed to prevent garment manufacturers from manipulating insulation
distribution to obtain a higher insulation value. The serial method is sensitive to high local insulation and is more informative
with respect to the different parts of the clothing. In addition, the serial method is useful in applications of the segmented
thermal model for predicting local thermal sensation.

This investigation evaluates thermal insulation performance of a typical shipping container with different insulation materials. A mathematical model developed from our previous work was used to analyse the effect of packaging characteristics on insulative performance. A number of materials were employed as a liner to insulate a typical cardboard box, and the effect of these materials on package insulative performance was evaluated through experimental tests and the transistent thermal model. The results showed that application of aluminium foil to the internal liner surface of polyethylene gave 46% increase in the package insulative performance compared with the original polyethylene-insulated packages. An improvement of 79% and 106% in insulative performance per unit liner thickness was obtained from packages insulated with a polyisocyanurate board and aerogel blanket compared with the polystyrene-insulated package. The results also indicated that temperature surrounding the package played a significant role in the maximum insulation time. Furthermore, an excellent agreement was obtained between the mathematical model and the experimental results across all packaging aspects studied in this work. 相似文献
