用高温熔融法制备了Er3+/Nd3+共掺铋锗酸盐玻璃,研究了玻璃的吸收光谱和在808 nm抽运下的荧光光谱。研究表明:对应于2.7μm发光,Er3+/Nd3+共掺铋锗酸盐玻璃具有大的自发辐射几率(58.46 s-1)和受激发射截面(8.34×10-21cm2)。通过对铒钕离子之间能量传递微观系数和效率的计算得知,钕离子不但可以增加铒离子2.7μm发光上能级的布局数,而且可以减小其下能级的布局数,良好的2.7μm发光性质表明Er3+/Nd3+共掺铋锗酸盐玻璃是一种潜在的中红外发光激活介质。  相似文献

研制了Er3+/Yb3+共掺TeO2-ZnO-La2O3玻璃,测试了Er3+离子的吸收谱、荧光谱和上转换发光谱,系统研究了975 nm抽运下Yb3+离子对于Er3+离子1.5 μm波段荧光性能及其上转换发光性能的影响.结果表明,随着碲酸盐玻璃中Yb2Os含量的增加,Yb3+离子对Er3+离子的能量传递增强,Er3+离子1.5 μm波段的荧光强度和上转换发光强度相应增大,但后者相对于前者增加更为迅速.通过对粒子数速率方程的理论模拟,计算结果与实验测量结果较为一致,表明Er3+/Yb3+共掺碲酸盐玻璃是一种优良的潜在上转换激光器增益介质.对上转换发光分析表明,强烈的绿光和红光激发是基于双光子的吸收过程.  相似文献

采用传统熔融淬冷法制备了系列Er3+/Tm3+/Yb3+共掺复合Ag纳米颗粒的铋锗酸盐玻璃样品。从吸收光谱中确定了Ag纳米颗粒表面等离子体共振(SPR)峰位于545nm附近;透射电镜(TEM)图像中观察到均匀分布的Ag纳米颗粒,尺寸约为6~18nm。研究了纳米Ag含量对Er3+/Tm3+共掺复合Ag纳米颗粒铋锗酸盐玻璃上转换发光特性的影响,结果表明,Tm3+离子472nm处的上转换蓝光、Er3+离子525nm处的上转换绿光、543nm处的上转换绿光和661nm处的上转换红光发光强度在AgCl含量的质量百分数为1%时达到最大值,与未掺杂AgCl的基质玻璃相比,分别提高了约3.2、3.8、5.4和2.3倍。  相似文献

用高温熔融法制备了系列70TeO2-(25-x)B2O3-xGeO2-5Na2O(x=5,10,15和20 mol%)掺Er3+碲硼酸盐玻璃。为提高1.53μm波段的荧光发射强度,测试了玻璃样品的吸收光谱、红外透射谱、1.53μm波段荧光谱及4I13/2能级Er3+荧光寿命,结合Judd-Ofelt(J-O)理论分析了Er3+光谱特性随玻璃组分含量的变化,进而研究了玻璃中OH基对1.53μm波段荧光强度的影响。结果表明,碲硼酸盐玻璃具有较好的宽带荧光谱特性,其有效带宽大于72 nm;随着玻璃中GeO2逐步替代B2O3,1.53μm波段荧光强度相应提高。同时,通过O2鼓泡除水处理,能减少玻璃中OH基含量并减弱4I13/2能级上Er3+到OH基的无辐射能量传递,从而进一步提高了Er3+荧光寿命和1.53μm波段荧光强度。  相似文献

用高温熔融法制备了Er3+/Yb3+共掺的TeO2-WO3-Bi2O3玻璃,研究了该玻璃的吸收和荧光光谱性质.应用Judd-Ofelt(JO)理论计算了Er3+的谱线强度、自发辐射跃迁几率、荧光分支比和辐射寿命等光谱参数,并拟合了相应的强度参数Ωt(t=2,4,6).Er3+在该玻璃中4I13/2→4I15/2发射的荧光半高宽(FWHM)为77nm,应用McCumber理论计算的受激发射截面为1.03×10-20cm2.其带宽特性FWHM×σpeake乘积优于掺Er3+的硅酸盐、磷酸盐和铋酸盐玻璃,说明这是一种制备宽带光纤放大器的优良基质材料.Er3+在400~850nm波长范围存在着5个上转换发射峰,分别对应Er3+的激发态4I7/2、2H11/2、4S3/2、4F9/2和4I9/2到基态4I15/2的发射,分析了其可能存在的上转换过程.  相似文献

为进一步揭示硫系玻璃基掺Er3+微结构光纤作为中红外光纤放大器增益介质的可行性,数值求解了800 nm泵浦波长下Ga5Ge20Sb10S65硫系玻璃基掺Er3+微结构光纤中Er3+离子数速率方程和光功率传输方程组,理论研究了4.5μm波段中红外信号的放大特性。结果显示,Ga5Ge20Sb10S65硫系玻璃基掺Er3+微结构光纤具有较高的信号增益和很宽的增益谱。在50 cm光纤长度上,最大信号增益超过了40 dB,高于30 dB信号增益的放大带宽达到了280 nm(4 420~4 700 nm)。同时,进一步研究分析了4 500 nm波长信号增益与光纤长度、信号输入功率和泵浦功率的关系。研究表明,Ga5Ge20Sb10S65硫系玻璃基掺Er3+微结构光纤是一种理想的可应用于4.5μm波段中红外宽带放大器的增益介质。  相似文献

为得到热稳定性能良好且高强度发光的碲酸盐玻璃,通过在TeO2-ZnO-Na2O系统中掺入WO3,以提高玻璃的抗析晶和热稳定性能。研究结果表明,碲酸盐玻璃的ΔT从不掺WO3的110℃增加到了WO3含量为20 mol%时的142℃。在热稳定性研究的基础上,进一步分别研究了单掺Er3+和Er3+/Yb3+共掺的碲钨酸盐玻璃的光谱性质。研究结果表明,在Er3+/Yb3+共掺条件下,Er3+/Yb3+之间的能量传递提高了Er3+离子对980 nm泵浦光的吸收效率,增强了1.5μm波段发光强度,最终得到了具有高强度1.5μm波段发光的Er3+/Yb3+共掺碲钨酸盐玻璃,初步证明共掺方式是实现1.5μm波段高强度发光的有效方法。  相似文献

制备了Er3 + 单掺和Er3 + /Yb3 + 共掺碲钨酸盐玻璃 ,测量了Er3 + 在玻璃中的吸收光谱和 970nmLD激发下的荧光光谱和荧光寿命 ,计算了Er3 + 离子 1 5 μm波段的吸收和发射截面 ,研究了其荧光强度和发射带宽与掺Yb3 + 浓度间的关系。结果表明 ,共掺Yb3 + 可明显提高Er3 + 离子 1 5 μm荧光发射强度 ,并有利于提高其发射带宽。实验所得最佳掺Yb3 + 离子浓度为 3 6 6× 10 2 0 ions/cm3 ,Er3 + 离子 1 5 μm发射最大FWHM值为 81nm。  相似文献

An interpolation kernel is required in a wide variety of signal processing applications such as image interpolation and timing adjustment in digital communications. This article presents a general-form interpolation kernel called 3-3-3 interpolation kernel and derives its frequency response in a closed-form by using a simple derivation method. This closed-form formula is preliminary to designing various 3-3-3 interpolation kernels subject to a set of design constraints. The 3-3-3 interpolation kernel is formed through utilising the third-degree piecewise polynomials, and it is an even-symmetric function. Thus, it will suffice to consider only its right-hand side when deriving its frequency response. Since the right-hand side of the interpolation kernel contains three piecewise polynomials of the third degree, i.e. the degrees of the three piecewise polynomials are (3,3,3), we call it the 3-3-3 interpolation kernel. Once the general-form frequency-response formula is derived, we can systematically formulate the design of various 3-3-3 interpolation kernels subject to a set of design constraints, which are targeted for different interpolation applications. Therefore, the closed-form frequency-response expression is preliminary to the optimal design of various 3-3-3 interpolation kernels. We will use an example to show the optimal design of a 3-3-3 interpolation kernel based on the closed-form frequency-response expression.  相似文献

研究了不同成分的BiYbO_3-BaTiO_3-LiNbO_3陶瓷的晶体结构、表面形貌与介电、铁电性能。研究结果表明,BiYbO_3-BaTiO_3-LiNbO_3预烧粉体均为纯相,烧结后试样中存在少量的Bi2O_3和Yb_2TiO_5第二相,其组织致密、多边形状晶粒中有少量细小的球状晶粒存在。0.25BY-0.7BT-0.05LN陶瓷的介电常数最大(ε_(rmax)=280),剩余极化强度相对较大,P_r=0.47μC/cm2,矫顽场强E_c=19.04kV/cm。0.1BY-0.8BT-0.1LN陶瓷的剩余极化强度最大(P_(rmax)=0.83μC/cm~2),矫顽场强E_c=17.86kV/cm。  相似文献

This article reports on optical properties of SrHfO3 and CaHfO3 nanoparticles with sizes as small as 1.6 nm, synthesized via non aqueous sol–gel routs for the first time. An unexpectedly strong luminescence from the undoped nanoparticles was observed in the visible spectrum over a wide temperature range, also exhibiting sensitivity to temperature variation and surrounding ambient (vacuum/air) and exposure time to UV light. A tentative model is proposed to explain these phenomena in terms of luminescent centers located at the surface of the nanoparticles.  相似文献

Bulk and thin films of ZrPt3 and HfPt3 specimens were prepared and evaluated with respect to their physical and electrical properties. Both thin and bulk specimens showed excellent corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity. In order to evaluate both properties simultaneously a relay contact test in which one pole of a double pole single throw relay was coated with HfPt3 was conducted. Under a resistive load of 7 amps at 110 volts the uncoated pole failed after ∿ 105 cycles. After the same number of cycles the coated pole had not failed and had a contact resistance of approximately one quarter that of the failed contact.  相似文献

用电子晶体学可以确定尺度在微米甚至纳米级晶体的原子结构。它所要求的晶体尺寸比X射线晶体学所需的小百万倍。确定晶体的原子结构既可通过对高分辨电子显微像作图像处理,也可直接用电子衍射数据。同时还可将高分辨电子显微像和电子衍射数据与X射线粉末衍射结合起来确定晶体结构。如果晶体的单胞很大,原子在任何方向上的投影都有重叠,确定晶体的原子结构则需要拍摄一系列不同晶带轴的电子衍射图及高分辨像,再将其综合起来重构晶体的三维静电势图,以得到晶体的原子位置。本文将概括地介绍最近十几年中电子晶体学的一些最新进展及其在无机晶体结构解析方面的一些最新应用实例。  相似文献

Highly efficient and non-hysteresis organic/perovskite planar heterojunction solar cells was fabricated by low-temperature, solution-processed method with a structure of ITO/PEDOT:PSS/CH3NH3PbI3/PCBM/Al. The high-quality perovskite thin film was obtained using a solvent-induced-fast-crystallization deposition involving spin-coating the CH3NH3PbI3 solution followed by top-dropping chlorobenzene with an accurate control to induce the crystallization, which results in highly crystalline, pinhole-free, and smooth perovskite thin film. Furthermore, it was found that the molar ratio of CH3NH3I to PbI2 greatly influence the properties of CH3NH3PbI3 film and the device performance. The equimolar or excess PbI2 was facile to form a flat CH3NH3PbI3 film and produced relatively uniform perovskite crystals. Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) with high-quality CH3NH3PbI3 thin film showed good performance and excellent repeatability. The power conversion efficiency (PCE) up to 13.49% was achieved, which is one of the highest PCEs obtained for low-temperature, solution-processed planar perovskite solar cells based on the structure ITO/PEDOT:PSS/CH3NH3PbI3/PC61BM/Al. More importantly, PSCs fabricated using this method didn’t show obvious hysteresis under different scan direction and speed.  相似文献

This paper describes the development of a novel pole climbing robot with the ability of climbing and manipulating across 3D structures, like petrochemical pipelines. The robot consists of a 4-DOF serial climbing mechanism and two grippers. Unlike many other developed pole climbing robots, 3DCLIMBER can overcome bends, T-junctions, flanges, and sharp changes on the pole’s diameter. With the current gripper, the robot can operate on circular profiles with diameters ranging from 200 mm to 350 mm and is able to scan the exterior surface of the pole. Existence of separate gripping and climbing modules allows application of various grippers for different profile shapes and sizes without any change on the climbing mechanism. In case of power failure the robot maintains its status without slipping on the structure. Furthermore, some nondestructive test operations require fine manipulation over the structure. Fine manipulation with an industrial arm encounters many well known difficulties. Such difficulties become even more problematic when the base of the robot’s arm is mobile. This problem was addressed by a robotic proprioception solution embedded into the robot by integration of inclinometers and range finder sensors as well as error compensation and self calibration algorithms. The proposed algorithms and sensors significantly improved the manipulation accuracy of the robot.  相似文献

采用化学还原工艺,在CO2与H2混合气氛下对LN和LT晶片分别进行700℃和450℃退火处理,成功地制备了LN和LT黑色晶片。静电位差、光透过率测量结果表明,还原处理后LN和LT晶片的热释电现象基本消失,其光透过率也显著降低。居里温度测试表明,还原处理对晶体的居里温度没有影响。  相似文献
