<正> 一、概述石油化工所用催化剂颗粒在流化输送过程中,经常发生流动故障,为了表征气-固体系统流动性能,需要使用一个能够描述气-固两相系统内摩擦力大小,同时又易于检测的物理置,这就是气-固流化床床层粘度的概念。只有测量了床层粘度,才能对处于不同操作条件下的颗粒群流动性能进行定量评价。对流化床粘度的测量工作报导较少。Mathson 等、古川等报导过使用桨式Stormer 粘度计测量流化床的床层粘度。由于桨式转子会改变流化床颗粒运动的结构,故其结果只是定性的。Kramers采用旋转双球式粘度计,其实验结果亦是定性的。  相似文献

Summary We describe an automatized light scattering apparatus and its coupling with automatic viscosimeter and give some applications.The laser technique development motivated several workers to construct various kinds of light scattering apparatus (1,2). Nevertheless, at our knwledge, a entirely automatized device with automatic dilution which avoids many fastidious handling has never been proposed. Moreover, the usual characterization of a polymer sample often requires, not only his molecular weight Mw and radius of gyration RG but also its intrinsic viscosity [n]. One of us (3) has, some years ago, constructed an automatic viscosimeter. Thus, it was natural to associate, in a same apparatus, the two types of technique, in order to determine, in a same experiment requiring only the preparation of one solution, the principal molecular parameters characterizing a polymer sample and its interaction with a given solvent.The authors are gratefull to Dr. C. 运用机器视觉技术开发了一种可连续对6块异形喷丝帽微孔进行检测的全自动检测仪。提出了一种适用喷丝帽的三点弧面对焦方法和全自动扫描算法,相应解决了镜头在换圈时的对焦问题和不同喷丝帽微孔分布的自动走位问题。该检测仪能够实现对异形喷丝帽微孔的高精度、自动化检测,同时提高了检测效率。检测精度小于1μm,检测速率为2 s/孔,可以连续监控喷丝孔的使用情况并及时查出运行故障。  相似文献

ABS/TPU- und SAN/TPU-blends were investigated on the basis of the analysis of viscoelastic behaviour of the components for characterization of the formation of morphology in melt mixing processes. Blends mixed in a laboratory kneeder and extruded from a high pressure capillary viscosimeter under definite conditions were characterized concerning their phase morphology by transmission electron microscopy. The types of morphology predicted by the help of rheological analysis could be confirmed by electron micrographs and quantitative analysis of morphology. It becomes evident, that the ratio of viscosity of the components has the primary influence on the formation of morphology in the blends. But also thermomechanically induced molecular destruction processes and thermodynamic interactions as well as connecting crystallisation conditions for the TPU-phase are not negligible with regard to resulting phase morphology.  相似文献

Taking the mass of a sample is a routine operation in the laboratory, which is often repeated during the collection of data. In chemical industry this operation is often done manually. In this work a procedure for fully automatic weighing of liquid substances with a laboratory robot is presented. To demonstrate the functionality of the laboratory robot and to show a possible application, the laboratory robot was used to create test samples for the calibration of a gas chromatograph. The achieved accuracy is greater than that of careful manual weighing. The presented method allows handling of liquids commonly used in the laboratory.  相似文献
