为了克服水下湿法焊条仰焊位置难以施焊的困难,文中提出了一种水下焊条半干式仰焊新工艺,并阐明了该工艺的基本原理和操作方法,且对其焊接工艺性能、焊缝组织、硬度以及扩散氢含量进行了分析. 结果表明,所提出的半干式仰焊工艺可以实现水下焊条仰焊位置焊接,焊缝成形良好,对于直径3.2 mm的水下焊条最佳焊接电流范围为100~140 A,焊接电压为28~32 V;该方法焊缝微观组织主要为侧板条铁素体、针状铁素体和贝氏体,与传统水下湿法焊条焊相比,铁素体的含量增加而贝氏体含量减少;焊接接头最高硬度值和熔敷金属扩散氢含量也明显低于水下湿法焊条焊. 相似文献

文中针对常规水下湿法焊接过程中焊缝力学性能低的问题,设计了超声振动辅助水下湿法焊接的方法. 通过超声辐射端将超声振动能量施加在电弧前方的待焊区域,进而通过工件将超声能量传递到熔池中,对比研究了超声振动对焊缝成形、微观组织及力学性能的影响. 结果表明,超声振动能够减小焊缝截面不对称,增加焊缝深宽比,使熔池发生强烈的搅拌作用,具有细化晶粒的作用,并降低熔合区处柱状结晶的倾向. 与常规水下湿法焊接相比,超声振动辅助水下湿法焊接抗拉强度明显提高,达到母材的92.4%;焊缝区显微硬度升高,热影响区硬度值变化较小. 相似文献

使用光纤激光器对TC4钛合金进行了水下湿法激光焊接试验,通过在TC4表面预置焊接辅助剂实现了增加水下湿法焊接熔深的同时对焊缝进行保护的目的. 对焊缝的微观组织和力学性能进行了分析,结果表明,预置焊接辅助剂后,焊缝熔深增大,焊接阈值增加,焊缝中裂纹减少. 焊缝中心主要由初生α和马氏体组织α'相组成,在熔池底部还保留有粗大的β晶界,焊缝由于水的急冷作用出现了淬硬组织,显微硬度远高于TC4母材. 水下焊接拉伸试验试件均断裂在焊缝处,焊接接头平均抗拉强度值为439 MPa,呈现为脆性断裂. 相似文献

采用对接焊方法,以NiCrMo-6焊条作为填充材料,对板厚9 mm的9Ni钢母材进行了焊接试验.通过光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)等方法对熔焊接头组织进行观察分析.采用纳米压痕技术对熔焊接头中母材(BM)、粗晶热影响区(CGHAZ)、熔合区(FB)和焊缝中心区域(WM)各微区之间的微观组织与力学性能的关系进行表征.辅以接头原位拉伸试验,确定焊接薄弱区.结果表明,焊缝柱状组织中,Fe-Cr,Ni-Cr-Fe等主要析出相在奥氏体基体上弥散分布,热影响区组织以粗板条马氏体及贝氏体为主,板条间逆变奥氏体相已基本消失.纳米压痕试验结果显示,熔焊接头具有突出的抗塑性流变变形能力,粗晶热影响区强度最高,而熔合区强度最低.拉伸断口观察试验进一步显示熔合线区域受撕裂应力影响易发生断裂,为接头薄弱区. 相似文献

Dissimilar joint between 304L austenitic stainless steel and low-alloy steel 16Mn was underwater wet welded using self-shielded nickel-based tubular wire. Microstructure, mechanical properties and corrosion behaviour of dissimilar welded joints were discussed. Ni-based weld metal was fully austenitic with well-developed columnar sub-grains. Type II boundary existed between Ni-based weld metal and ferritic base metal in underwater welds similar to that in air welds. Major alloying elements distributed non-uniformly across the austenitic weld metal/16Mn interface. Maximum hardness values in wet welding appeared in a coarse-grained heat-affected zone at the 16Mn side, which possessed very low impact toughness. Underwater Ni-based welded joints fractured at Ni-based weld metal under tensile test. Ni-based weld metal had favourable corrosion resistance similar to 304L base metal. 相似文献

基于自蔓延高温合成技术,研究水下构件的自蔓延快速焊接技术.所用焊料由高热剂(CuO+Cu2O+Al)、造气剂(CaCO3)、合金剂(FeSi+MnFe)及造渣剂(B2O3)四部分组成.焊块采用石墨坩埚/矩管复合结构设计,其中矩管的一端密封,另一端部分封接,留下开口,可实现对燃烧火焰加热方向的控制,同时采用低功率的钨丝/线圈点火方式,以KNO3/Al-Mg为点火料,以石蜡对焊块开口处密封,解决了水下自蔓延快速焊接可行性难题.结果表明,该技术无需大功率电源和复杂操作,可在0.5 m水深环境下自行快速燃烧形成焊接接头,且接头抗拉强度经测试达到135 MPa,基本上达到了水下结构件应急抢修的目的. 相似文献

水下湿法焊缝成形是影响水下焊接接头力学性能的重要因素.与空气中焊接相比,影响水下湿法焊缝成形的因素更复杂.在高压舱内进行不同水深湿法药芯焊丝焊接(FCAW)试验,通过响应曲面法(RSM)分别建立水下湿法焊缝的熔宽和余高与焊接参数之间的数学模型,分析了焊接电流、电弧电压和水深及其交互作用对水下湿法焊缝成形的影响.结果表明,水下湿法焊接时增大焊接电流和电弧电压都可以增大焊缝熔宽.熔宽随着水深的增大而减小,但随着水深的增大,水深对减小熔宽的作用逐渐减小.随着电流的增大,焊缝余高增大,且比电弧电压对余高的作用明显. 相似文献

针对手工自蔓延焊接接头力学性能低的问题,以CuO+Al和Fe2O3+Al等高热剂反应为放热源,通过添加铁合金材料,开发了一种新型Fe基手工自蔓延焊接材料,研究其焊缝的组织形貌及性能.结果表明,实现了手工自蔓延焊接接头的熔焊连接,焊缝成形良好;熔池凝固过程中发生Cu-Fe合金的液相分离,焊缝金属呈现出富Fe相和富Cu相明显分离的宏观偏析凝固组织,富Fe相填满焊缝间隙;接头的抗拉强度达520MPa,冲击韧度32.1 J/cm2,表面硬度可达360 HB,满足金属零部件野外应急维修需要. 相似文献

采用数字化脉冲MIG焊机,以ER4043焊丝为填充材料.实现了6013-T4铝合金薄板与镀锌钢板的熔-钎焊接,研究了焊接热输入对接头组织和性能的影响,结果表明,在熔-钎焊接头熔化焊缝焊趾处存在主要由Zn-Al共晶体、富A1的α固溶体和Fe3Al组成的富Zn区:钎焊界面上的Fe-Al金属间化合物层厚度在1.05-4.50μm之间.且随焊接热输入的增加而增大.Fe-Al金属间化合物呈"锯齿"或"舌"状向焊缝内生长,主要为FeAl2,Fe2Al5和Fe4Al13.随着焊接热输入的增大,熔-钎焊接头的抗拉强度先增大而后减小.在850 J/cm的热输入下达到229 MPa,拉伸后在铝合金焊接热影响区发生断裂,为塑韧性断裂;当焊接热输入较小时接头在钎焊界面断裂,属于脆性断裂. 相似文献

The characteristics of fatigue crack propagation in welds produced in conventional conditions (welds made out of water) and in underwater repair welding conditions (underwater wet welding) were evaluated out of water. The fatigue crack growth rates da/dN showed considerable dependence on pore density and distribution, factors that vary significantly with the welding process and the environment. Variations in the fatigue crack propagation rate were correlated with analysis of the fracture surface in the zone of stable crack propagation. The results of this study show that the underwater wet welding procedure produces weld metal resistant to fatigue, which is suitable for use at low applied stresses in offshore structures. 相似文献

The microstructure and mechanical properties of E36 steel joint welded by underwater welding using flux-cored wire are comprehensively investigated. The welding depth, welding current and welding voltage is 4 m, 130 A and 32 V, respectively. The weld metal is ferrite which varies in size, with carbide particles distributed on it, while the microstructure of HAZ is mixture of martensite of different size and some tempered structure. The microhardness of the weld metal is 190 HV. Almost all the tensile specimens fracture in weld metal and the average tensile strength of joint is 390 MPa, which is equal to 80% that of base metal. The tensile fracture morphology of joint presents obviously the characterization of brittle fracture, which displays the features of cleavage fracture and intergranular fracture. 相似文献
