进行了285/60R18低噪声轮胎的设计与开发。结构设计:外直径791 mm,断面宽305 mm,行驶面宽度229.43 mm,行驶面弧度高10.32 mm,胎圈着合直径457.6 mm,胎圈着合宽度254 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_1/H_2)1.035 9,花纹深度8.5 mm,花纹饱和度73.5%,花纹周节数37。施工设计:带束层采用2层2+2×0.30HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用1670dtex/2高模量低收缩聚酯帘线,采用VMI一次法成型机成型,液压硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、高速性能符合相关标准要求,噪声达到欧盟标签等级的低噪声轮胎水平。     

205/55R16全天候轿车子午线轮胎的设计

介绍205/55R1691V舒适型轿车子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径629 mm,断面宽221 mm,行驶面宽度168 mm,行驶面弧度高7.46 mm,胎圈着合直径404.2 mm,胎圈着合宽度185.4 mm,断面水平轴位置(H_(1)/H_(2))1.083,胎面花纹为非对称变节距花纹,花纹主沟深度7.6 mm,花纹饱和度67%。施工设计:胎面在传统结构基础上加入导电胶,2层带束层均采用2×0.30ST钢丝帘线,胎体采用2层1100dtex/2聚酯帘布,钢丝圈采用Φ1.2 mm高强度钢丝,成型采用一次法成型机,硫化采用氮气硫化工艺。成品试验结果表明,成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、脱圈性能、高速性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求,且轮胎在滚动阻力和噪声方面表现良好。

Substituted benzylidene Cyanines H90 H90 V 2

Eight new chain substituted benzylidene cyanine dyes have been prepared by H90 H90 V 2 condensing 4-dimethylamino-2′-nitrobenzophenone and 4-dimethylamino-3′,5′-dinitrobenzophenone H90 H90 V 3 with methiodides of quinaldine and 6-haloquinaldines, in H90 H90 V 3 absolute ethanol, using piperidine as a basic catalyst. The optical absorption and H90 H90 V 3 extra sensitisation data of the dyes have been recorded and compared with those H90 H90 V 3 of their methin analogues. H90 H90 V 3The dyes absorb at longer wavelengths than their unsubstituted analogues, H90 H90 V 2 contrary to earlier observations. 氧化回流法制备无机聚锑酸90Sr-90Y发生器

90Y是90Sr的衰变产物,是治疗肿瘤的理想核素之一.近年来,将90Sr-90Y母牛同位素发生器定期分离新长出来的90Y用于肝癌、骨癌、乳腺癌及卵巢癌等疾病的治疗是国际上的研究热点.本论文采用一种新型的氧化回流法合成了聚锑酸无机离子交换剂,采用该种材料对Sr2+-Y3+混合溶液的分离进行研究,并初步应用于真实的90Sr-90Y发生器的研究.实验结果表明:所制得离子交换剂对锶的吸附性能较好,在0.01 mol·L-1硝酸介质中对Sr2+-Y3+混合溶液中Sr2+的交换吸附容量达到0.79 mmol·g-1,对Y3+的交换吸附容量仅为0.01 mmol·g-1;聚锑酸在293 K时对Sr2+的交换吸附反应级数为1.28,在313 K时其交换吸附反应的级数为2.46,对Sr2+的吸附是化学交换和物理吸附共存的过程;聚锑酸在固定床交换反应中对稳定的Sr2+-Y3+混合溶液的最大分离系数可达1.3×107.
