利用滑石,白云石,石英等制备出一种适应于低温快烧瓷质砖(1070~1100℃)所用的亚光釉。通过单因素实验研究了石英和烧滑石等影响因素对白色复合亚光釉面的影响。利用SEM电镜和热膨胀系数仪等测试手段对坯釉性能进行表征。实验结果表明,当烧滑石的加入量5wt%,石英的加入量在7wt%,该白色复合亚光釉在烧成温度1040~1080℃时,其釉面效果最佳。该白色复合亚光釉的最佳性能:白度77%,光泽度在23.7%,在150~20℃热交换10次不裂。该白色复合亚光釉在瓷质建筑陶瓷里的低温快烧可望有很重要的应用,能够很好的解决亚光釉的生产需求。实现了节能环保,降低成本的目的。 相似文献

In order to effectively utilize industrial solid wastes (ISW), an eco-friendly permeable brick was successfully prepared by using quartz sand-tailing and steel slag. The influence of sintering temperature on the properties including permeability, apparent porosity, water absorption, bulk density, mechanical strengths, and chemical stability was systematically investigated. The research results show that with increasing sintering temperature, the structure of the permeable brick gradually become dense, which may be due to liquid phase sintering caused by a small amount of glass-liquid phase (Ca-Fe-Si-Al-O glass system). The permeability, apparent porosity, and water absorption decrease gradually, while the bulk density and mechanical strengths increase monotonously. Furthermore, the best sintering schedule for the permeable brick is 1320°C for 1 hour, with the optimized parameters, the permeable brick exhibits excellent properties (permeability, 3.65 × 10−2 cm/s; compressive strength, 34.1 MPa; bending strength, 5.2 MPa; chemical stability, above 99%), wherein the permeability is far beyond Chinese standard (1 × 10−2 cm/s). The permeable brick in this work provides a promising way for the recycle of ISW. Even better, it can maximize the introduction of quartz sand-tailing and steel slag (reach 100%) and create huge economic benefits while protecting environment. 相似文献

对采用异形砖砌筑球磨机筒体内衬成两端具有曲面过渡及柱面不连续螺旋复合的新结构形式,进行了球磨釉料的实验。实验结果表明,在相同条件下,新结构内衬球磨机球磨所得釉浆粗颗粒含量较少,颗粒分布范围较窄,颗粒质量优于普通内衬球磨机。同时就8t等大规格球磨机球磨釉料的可行性作了分析讨论。 相似文献

从海绵城市建设理念着手,采用不同粒级的建筑垃圾废弃烧结砖为骨料,农业废弃物谷壳灰为填充料,研究骨料粒级、原料配合比、填充料掺量等对废弃烧结砖骨料蓄水透水材料的吸水率、渗透系数和抗压强度的影响,得到蓄水性好、透水性高、强度较大的渗蓄生态材料的优化配比.研究结果表明:骨料粒级为2.36~4.75 mm时,通过优化配比设计,材料的吸水率可达24.3%,渗透系数达5 cm/s,强度约为8 MPa;通过掺入约35 kg/m3的谷壳灰,可使渗蓄生态材料的吸水率达到30%,提高6%,渗透系数≥4 cm/s,强度≥5 MPa.该材料可用于海绵城市建设及堤岸护坡工程. 相似文献

The sintered permeable brick was prepared using granite waste and burnt coal cinder (BCC) as raw materials to ensure the utmost utilization of both solid wastes. The effect of various parameters, such as the proportion of raw materials, granite particle size and sintering temperatures on the properties of the permeable brick were studied, and the relevant sintering mechanism was clarified. The differential scanning calorimetry curves indicate that the mixture of granite waste and BCC begins to melt at a lower temperature, which is lower than the temperature for melting them alone, so the use of them to prepare sintered bricks will reduce energy consumption. The optimal conditions for the preparation of the permeable bricks were determined as the mass ratio of granite waste to BCC of 80: 20, sintering temperature of 1150–1175°C, and granite particle size of .9–1.25 mm. It was found that the permeability and the flexural strength of the samples can reach 3.41 × 10 −2 cm/s and 4.2 MPa, respectively, which both exceed the requirements specified in the national standard of China. 相似文献
