大部分的含锰的银氧化矿石含有与银结合的锰,不能用传统的提取银的方法处理(包括标准的氰化法技术).可是,如所周知,当把锰溶解,则可用传统的方法将银回收.在离析法过程中,矿石与少量食盐和还原剂一起加热到680℃~800℃,银被挥发,迁移和被还原成金属银粒子.用传统的氰化物浸出法处理产生的焙砂.在实验中对成分为0.02%Cu、0.09%Pb、0.33%Zn、12.55%Mn和187g/t的含锰银矿石进行了离析—氰化法的研究,研究了焙烧温度和时间以及食盐和焦炭加入量的影响。离析条件为850℃,食盐量2.0%,焦炭量为1.0%,时间30分钟;氰化浸出条件为室温,溶液含NaCN907g/t,pH11,时间72小时,结果得的银回收率97.8%。 相似文献
