提出了一种小型多层低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)双带带通滤波器的结构并给出其设计方法。该多层微带带通滤波器由两个中心频率不同的滤波器组成,均用新型阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)作为谐振单元,有效地缩短谐振器的长度。采用多层LTCC技术实现尺寸的小型化,并且获得较高的阻带抑制。经测试表明该滤波器能够在5.2GHz和6.5GHz工作,插入损耗均小于2dB,谐波抑制能力强,在小型化微波通信系统中有着广泛的应用前景。 相似文献

提出了一种微型LTCC四级带通滤波器的实现方法。该带通滤波器由四个性能良好的谐振器组成,通过交叉耦合实现传输零点从而达到良好的阻带衰减。通过电路仿真以及电磁场三维仿真软件进行三维建模,对模型进行加工测试,滤波器的测试结果与电磁仿真结果相匹配。四级带通滤波器的中心频率为5.25GHz,带宽为500 MHz,通带范围内插入损耗均优于1.59dB,在0~4.65GHz频率以及6.33GHz频率以上的带外衰减均优于40dB,尺寸仅为2.5mm×3.2mm×1.5mm。本设计采用了带状线分布式结构来实现滤波器的微型化。 相似文献

设计了一款基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术的新型超宽带(UWB,)带通滤波器.该款滤波器结合了半集总高通结构与缺陷地(DGS)结构,利用半集总结构实现截止频率为3.1GHz的高通滤波器,再结合DGS在高端产生阻带,从而实现通带为3.1~ 10.6GHz的带通滤波器,尺寸仅为3.2mm×1.6mm×1.2mm.实测结果表明:插入损耗<1.5dB,反射损耗<12dB,群时延<0.8ns,带外抑制>15dB(11.5~17GHz).测试与仿真结果较为吻合.此种LTCC滤波器结构具有尺寸小、插损小、群时延小等优点,而且结构简单,带宽和中心频率容易控制,相对带宽可做到150%以上,特别适合用于极宽带通信系统的频率选择. 相似文献

提出了一种新型多层低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)三级带通滤波器的结构及其设计方法。首先,利用电磁场仿真软件对各谐振器的谐振特性,谐振器与外部电路的耦合特性,以及谐振器之间的耦合特性进行了分析,绘制出电路设计中需要的各种曲线。在此基础上得到三级切比雪夫响应带通滤波器的尺寸和频响曲线。其次,在第1和第3级谐振器之间引入交叉耦合,并通过改变该交叉耦合的强弱,在阻带中产生位置可调节的传输零点,从而显著地增大传输零点附近的衰减。通过上述场与路相结合的设计方法,获得了尺寸小、频率选择特性好的多层LTCC三级带通滤波器。 相似文献

提出了一种阻带具有多个传输零点的带通滤波器设计方法,基于低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术实现,可满足移动通信用滤波器小型化、高性能的要求。在电路设计中,通过改进滤波器谐振器结构,分别在阻带的低端近端、高端远端引入传输零点以提高带外抑制。借助三维仿真软件,进行指标、结构的仿真优化,设计并制作了一款尺寸为6 mm×3 mm×2 mm的LTCC滤波器,其中心频率f0=2.25 GHz,0.5 dB带宽不小于100 MHz,通带内损耗不大于1.8 dB,在1.33,1.78 GHz和二次谐波处均有传输零点。实测结果表明,该滤波器在阻带低端和二次谐波处有较好的抑制,因此其在移动通信系统中会有广泛应用。 相似文献

采用修改的多模谐振器(MMR)结构,在输入端与输出端开槽形成交叉耦合,实现了一种结构紧凑、频率选择性较高的超宽带(UWB)带通滤波器。修改的多模谐振器能产生5个模式和2个在高低截止频率附近的传输零点,提高了频率选择性。在滤波器的基础上,通过加载谐振器,形成在8.11 GHz处具有陷波特性的超宽带带通滤波器。利用HFSS13.0验证设计原理。仿真结果表明,该超宽带带通滤波器通带为2.61~11.21 GHz,陷波频率为8.11 GHz,能有效抑制X频段(7.91~8.31 GHz)卫星通信系统对超宽带通信系统的影响,适用于超宽带无线通信系统。 相似文献

Band-pass filters are described which utilize a novel type of resonator which has been named a "'trapped-mode resonator." This type of resonator uses a structure which is open on its sides so that energy in all but a single desired mode tends to radiate out to energy-absorbing material. However, energy in the desired resonator mode is trapped within the structure and a high-Q resonance occurs, such as is typical of conventional microwave cavity resonators. The use of resonators of this type makes possible the design of band-pass microwave filters which have a pass band similar to that of other multiresonator microwave filters, but without the many unwanted pass bands which are typical of microwave filters. The particular type of filter discussed utilizes the circular TE/sub 011/ mode. Several experimental filter structures of this type were constructed, and the results of laboratory tests are described. 相似文献

A synthesis procedure is developed for microwave band-pass filters with the Chebyshev response using orthogonal circuit resonators coupled by a ferrimagnetic resonator. A stripline ferrimagnetic resonator filter is analyzed in detail. Equations and graphs are given which allow the selection of ferrimagnetic material and size of the ferrimagnetic sample necessary to achieve a desired bandwidth and insertion loss for a given pass-band response. The theoretical behavior of these circuits as microwave power limiters is discussed and it is shown that the ratio of the limiting threshold to the filter bandwidth is a constant depending only on the pass band response shape. Experimental confirmation of the design information discussed as well as some practical methods of varying the limiting threshold. 相似文献

This paper proposes a novel multifold finite-ground-width coplanar waveguide (CPW) lambda/4 resonator filter that has the capability of realizing attenuation poles by cross coupling of nonadjacent resonators. The newly proposed multifold structures not only greatly shrink the length of a resonator, but also provide a convenient way to implement cross coupling in a filter. The proposed multifold finite-ground-width CPW resonators can have much stronger coupling than that of spiraling and meandering layouts, and any number of folds is possible. Two combline filters are designed and measured with twofold and threefold lambda/4 finite-ground-width CPW resonators. A trisection and a quadruplet generalized Chebyshev filter formed by cross couplings between nonadjacent resonators have been implemented by modifying the layout of the resonator. 传统基于变容二极管的双频电可调滤波器由于外部容值的加入,该类滤波器的插损变大,同时相对带宽锐减。基于多模谐振器结构,提出了一种新型的工作频段独立、电可调的双频带通滤波器。该滤波器由短路枝节线加载谐振器和一对1/4 波长谐振器组成。在各自的谐振器末端加载带有变容二极管的外部偏置电路,1/4 波长谐振器构成第一通带,短路枝节线加载谐振器构成第二通带,两通带之间互不干扰,单独调节。应用奇偶模分析法及调节耦合间距的方法,确保双通带均出现两个极点,保证其带宽的稳定性。该电可调滤波器第一通带可调范围为0.7 ~0.85 GHz,第二通带可调范围为0.9 ~1.05 GHz,同时双频带的相对带宽基本保持在10% 以上,较以往的双频电可调滤波器,该款滤波器的相对带宽有了较为明显的提升。 相似文献

A dual-mode resonator with square patches attached to inner corners of a conventional microstrip loop resonator is proposed. The two types of coupling between the degenerate modes are described by changing the perturbation's size for realization of either a Chebyshev or an elliptic function filter. A novel type of dual-mode microstrip bandpass filter using degenerate modes of this type of dual-mode resonators is developed. It is shown that the perturbation's size determines the filter characteristic, whether it is Chebyshev characteristic or elliptic characteristic. 相似文献
