体积更小、性能更高、成本更低且更易于大量生产是现在滤波器发展的趋势。体积的减小,使得滤波器的内部耦合的情况更加复杂和难以设计。提出一种设计小型滤波器的新方法,并设计了一个小型的微带环行阶跃阻抗(SIR)带通滤波器。这种方法就是先根据经验公式估算出了环行SIR单元的尺寸和抽头线位置;对Ansoft HFSS软件进行二次开发,利用遗传算法控制多台计算机上的Ansoft HFSS软件并行优化SIR单元的尺寸和抽头线位置。优化后的滤波器,满足设计指标,加工后进行实测,实测结果与仿真结果几乎完全一致。实验结果表明所提出的方法能准确、高效地设计一种设计小型滤波器。 相似文献

对薄膜支撑空腔型微屏蔽传输线进行分析,提出微屏蔽传输线的物理结构。为了验证微屏蔽传输线在毫米波应用的优势,利用类比平行耦合微带线滤波器的方法设计了一种4阶切比雪夫三线对称结构微屏蔽线滤波器。通过对该微屏蔽腔体结构进行HFSS仿真,得到中心频率35 GHz的宽带滤波器,带宽15 GHz,带内插损小于0.5 dB,带外抑制>40 dB@53 GHz,器件尺寸8.24 mm×1.5 mm×0.65 mm。该设计为基于平面传输线的滤波器在毫米波频段的实现提供了一种可行的方法。 相似文献

This letter describes the design and simulation of novel, highly compact, lumped element bandstop resonators. The resonators are fabricated using copper microstrip lines, with resonant frequencies around 5GHz but with areas of only 1.075mm /spl times/ 1.275mm. Each resonator consists of 8 interdigital capacitive fingers in parallel with a straight line inductor. The new design offers at least a 40% size reduction compared with similar resonators , . Furthermore, adjustment of the input and output feed line geometries enables resonator tuning at the design stage over a bandwidth of approximately 100MHz. The measured characteristics show good agreement with the simulated responses. Ultimate performance of this type of bandstop resonator is achieved using superconducting thin films, and to conclude a 20-finger, superconducting resonator (of area 1mm /spl times/ 0.41mm) is described and simulated. 相似文献

In this paper, we demonstrate the relation between the amount of slowing and the amount of insertion loss in an optical slow wave structure when the material used has finite absorption. The delay properties are calculated as a function of wavelength for a single Fabry-Perot resonator and a delay line consisting of multiple coupled resonators. In all of these delay lines, if the amount of delay increases, the insertion loss of the line likewise increases. For low material loss, the normalized increase in delay is equal to the normalized increase in insertion loss. We also compare a coupled resonator delay line to a simple waveguide made of the same material and with the same amount of delay. The simple waveguide always has less insertion loss than the coupled resonator line because of the unavoidable reflection from the coupled resonator line. Even in the case of an asymmetric mirror delay line with zero reflection at the input, the simple waveguide has less insertion loss. 相似文献

This paper deals with a dual-mode ring resonator fed by quarter-wavelength side-coupled lines. The resonator synthesis was developed so as to fix the central frequency, bandwidth, and transmission zeros frequencies, as well as the insertion loss in the passband. Based on this resonator, several bandpass filters were designed, which include the cascaded rings and the combination of such ring resonator with coupled line sections. Simulations are proposed throughout the paper to illustrate the various possibilities offered by the concept. The filters' experimental results in microstrip technology are also presented to validate the idea. 相似文献

A novel dual-mode microstrip bandpass filter (BPF) with harmonic suppression is presented in this letter. The filter is composed of a perturbed square-ring resonator and two end-open L-shaped microstrip lines for the input and output of the resonator. The harmonic suppression of the BPF may be realized by choosing a proper length for the L-shaped microstrip line. The BPF has been investigated numerically and experimentally. Measured results show that the stop-band of the filter is increased up to near the third-order harmonic of the square-ring resonator due to harmonic suppression, and the rejection level is kept below -27dB. 相似文献
