为防治煤矿井下煤炭自燃,在分析气动隔膜泵与水射流泵工作特性的基础上,提出了非电力组合泵站局部注浆防灭火技术,根据现场使用要求确定了局部注浆用泵的选型与组合方式,计算了组合泵站最大输浆距离,给出了组合泵站注浆系统配置与工艺流程,并建立了组合泵间最短连接管路长度的计算模型。研究结果表明:由气动隔膜泵与水射流泵构建的非电力组合泵站,仍可保持简单、轻便、安全的特点,可同时解决煤矿井下非电力局部注浆的自动制浆、连续注浆以及长距离输浆并保持出口压力等问题,在管径50 mm配置下最大输浆距离可达189 m,约为气动隔膜泵输浆距离的1.6倍,适合井下非电力长距离局部注浆防治煤炭自燃的区域。  相似文献

基于煤矿井下不同现场注浆加固工程对注浆材料性能的需要,研发了新型无机双液及单液注浆材料。前者具有突出的快凝、早强特性,2种组分混合后5~15 min固化,1~8 h强度可达8~15 MPa。该材料主要应用于叠加应力、构造区、动压等复杂条件下具有较强时效性要求的大变形巷道浅孔注浆加固工程;后者具有突出的高渗透、高强特性,其细度达2 000目(6.5μm),在(0.6~0.8)∶1水灰比下,最终强度可达50~70 MPa。该材料主要应用于采煤工作面防片帮深孔注浆加固工程。  相似文献

以一款煤矿井下全液压履带钻机为研究对象,根据钻机的主要技术参数对电机、液压泵这类提供动力的元件进行计算选型。针对坑道钻机结构紧凑的特点,结合整机的结构对泵站进行合理布局,根据液压泵的参数对油箱的容积、油箱中的液压元件和冷却器进行了计算,最终设计出能够为该钻机安全、可靠提供足够动力的泵站。为煤矿井下全液压履带钻机泵站的设计提供了理论基础。  相似文献

为加快乳化液泵站成套装备国产化开发,打破国外高端采煤设备对国内的垄断,浙江中煤机械科技有限公司开发了国产高端BRW630/37. 5+BRW800/16型大流量乳化液泵站。介绍了泵站结构组成及特点,分析了泵站设计的优缺点。该成套泵站系统已成功应用于神东煤炭集团大柳塔煤矿22311-1等工作面。井下工业性实践证明,该国产成套大流量乳化液泵站能够满足综采工作面液压支架的用液需求,具有故障率低、噪声低、设备维护保养简单方便、运行稳定可靠等优点。它的成功设计和应用,对其它型号国产泵站以及其它采煤装备的开发具有借鉴意义。  相似文献
