深井井底车场高地应力硐室群稳定性分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
针对淮南朱集煤矿井底车场中央水泵房这一深埋大断面大规模高地应力松软围岩硐室群的长期稳定性问题,通过数值模拟研究了水泵房开挖、支护后围岩变形和应力场分布特征,采用振弦式混凝土应变计、钢筋应力计、压力盒监测水泵房二次衬砌,获取了二次衬砌混凝土应变、钢筋应力、二次衬砌所受压力的演化规律,分析评价了水泵房围岩稳定性和钢筋混凝土二次衬砌受力状态及其稳定性。数值模拟结果与现场监测结果吻合较好,研究结果表明:一次支护和二次衬砌支护后,泵房围岩变形收敛稳定,二次衬砌受力状态良好,所受最大围岩压力为62.5MPa,安全可靠,钢筋应力值、混凝土应变均未超过强度值。 相似文献

为解决大断面注浆硐室围岩稳定性控制难题,采用FLAC3D软件对硐室围岩变形破坏特征进行了模拟分析。数值模拟结果表明硐室围岩变形控制的关键部位为硐室顶底板的边角部位和硐壁中部。硐室开挖采用"溜井出渣、分层开挖、及时支护"的思路,尽量减小开挖扰动对围岩的破坏。硐顶与硐壁支护方法为"锚网索喷"联合支护,临时"初喷"支护及时封闭围岩,二次"锚网索喷"支护充分调动了围岩的自承载能力。硐底部分采用锚索和钢筋混凝土衬砌支护,避免硐底边角部位产生剪切破坏。监测结果表明支护结构能够较好地满足了硐室长期稳定性和防渗要求。 相似文献

主井箕斗装载硐室处于矿井的咽喉部位,设计断面大、受力复杂、服务于矿井全周期,箕斗装载硐室是否稳定直接影响着整个煤矿的生产运营.采用ANSYS建立箕斗装载硐室的三维地质力学模型,基于FLAC3D模拟分析开挖与支护条件下箕斗装载硐室围岩位移场和塑性区的演化规律,确定锚杆(索)合理的间排距.基于新奥法思想,采用锚杆(索)测力计、压力盒和钢筋计等传感器对深部特大型箕斗装载硐室支护结构的受力状态进行动态监测,初步揭示锚杆(索)轴力、围岩压力(初期支护与二衬间的接触应力)、二衬钢筋受力随时间的演化规律,分析支护结构的工作状态和发展规律,评价现有支护技术方案的支护效果,为进一步优化支护设计奠定基础.监测结果表明,支护结构的受力数值均在安全范围内,尤其是钢筋混凝土衬砌结构的受力状态良好,结构安全可靠,起到了安全承载储备作用;所采用的"锚网索喷初次支护+钢筋混凝土衬砌二次支护"联合支护技术方案,保证了深埋大断面硐室的稳定及使用安全. 相似文献

为解决井底大断面换装硐室一次支护围岩大变形问题,基于成庄煤矿大断面硐室围岩地质力学条件和变形特征,采用理论分析、数值模拟和现场试验的方法从大断面硐室围岩应力分布特点和支护承载结构稳定性两方面分析了大断面硐室围岩变形破坏的原因,并针对硐室围岩变形破坏的特征及其控制要求,研究提出在注浆原位加固提高原有锚网支护与围岩共同形成的支护承载结构完整性和强度的基础上,进一步采用全长预应力锚固强力锚索增强支护承载结构的稳定性的技术方案,对成庄矿井底大断面关键永久硐室进行二次加固。试验结果表明,巷道围岩变形量为8mm,底鼓为13mm,有效控制了硐室围岩的大变形。 相似文献
