添加Mn和Cr对Cu-9Ni-6Sn合金组织与性能的影响   总被引:6,自引:1,他引:5  
对中频真空熔铸含Mn量为0.76wt%~1.05wt%和Cr量为0.19wt%~0.2lwt%的Cu-9Ni-6Sn合金的铸锭组织、时效和形变时效特征及其组织变化作了研究。实验证明:(1)0.76wt%~1.05wt%Mn、0.19wt%~0.2lwt%Cr能完全固溶于Cu-9Ni-6Sn合金中;(2)含少量的Mn、Cr的合金的铸锭组织、时效硬化、形变时效和组织变化等基本特征与不含Mn、Cr的合金相类似,但少量Mn、Cr促进合金时效、形变时效过程,提高最佳时效温度,增加硬化效果和盐酸、硫酸水溶液中的耐蚀性。  相似文献

在55~75kg实验钢包炉精炼渣系的研究基础上,采用组成(%)为:63.6~70.0石灰,22.7725.0高铝矾土,5.0~13.6萤石(S1渣);60.0~66.7石灰,20.8~25.0萤石,12.5~15.0火砖块(S2渣);55.5~65.0石灰,35.0~44.5萤石(S3渣)3种渣系进行60t LF精炼渣埋弧工业试验,所精炼的钢种为20,20G,40Cr,35-CrMoA和GCr15。结果表明,用3种渣系钢水平均脱硫率均为87%,LF在采用S1、S2、S3渣系精炼时钢水平均升温速度分别为3.84℃/min、2.86℃/min和2.48℃/min。S1渣的脱硫速度快,从而缩短了精炼时间。  相似文献

珠钢用150tEAF-LF-50—60mm板坯连铸机-热连轧工艺和Nb-Ti复合微合金化技术开发了9.50mm带X60管线钢(%:0.03-0.07C,1.2—1.6Mn,Nb+V+Ti≤0.15)。检验结果表明,钢带组织为铁素体+少量珠光体,晶粒度11.5—12.0级,带状组织≤1.5级,屈服强度440-505MPa,0℃夏比冲击功为140—270J,其综合性能满足API-5L技术标准和工程使用要求。  相似文献

研制了基板-10mm厚成分(%)为0.15~0.20C,0.8~1.5Mn的16Mn钢板与复板-成分(%)为0.6~1.0C,0.5~1.0Si,0.8~1.2Mn,0,5~1.5Cr,0.4~0.6Ni,0.4~0.8Mo,0.005~0.015B,0.05~0.10Y,0.08~0.15K,0.08~0.15Na的耐磨钢板经爆炸焊接工艺制成钢管热连轧机架耐磨复合衬板。复合衬板试验和应用结果表明,钢板复层表面硬度HRC60,结合层剪切强度340MPa,使用8月个后的磨损量小于0.2mm,比常用表面处理衬板和轧制复合衬板磨损量低2倍以上。  相似文献

为模拟CSP(紧凑式带材生产)工艺,由实验室10kg真空感应炉冶炼后轧成6mm钢板,试验研究了Nb、Ti对成分(%)为0.060~0.076C,0.25~0.31Cu,0.45~0.56Cr,0.29~0.30Ni的400MPa和460MPa级高强度耐候钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,含0.03%Ti钢σa和σb分别为450MPa和545MPa,含0.03%Nb、0.02%Ti钢σa和σb分别为550MPa和615MPa,不含Nb、Ti钢σa和σb仅为375MPa和480MPa。400MPa级耐候钢的组织为铁索体 少量珠光体,含Ti钢的主要析出物为CuS2(20~25nm)和TiN(80nm),含Nb、Ti460MPa级钢的组织主要为粒状贝氏体,析出物CuS2和(NbTi)CN(30~60nm),从而提高了钢的强度。  相似文献
