经济型建筑用Ⅲ级钢筋的研究

研究了在２０ＭｎＳｉ钢中添加高氮钒合金Ｎｉｔｒｏｖａｎ１２对钢的力学性能的影响。结果表明，在钒含量相同的情况下，添加Ｎｉｔｒｏｖａｎ１２的钢，抗拉强度可提高１３５ＭＰａ，屈服强度可提高１１７．５ＭＰａ；在保持强度相同或相近的情况下，添加Ｎｉｔｒｏｖａｎ１２的钢可节约３３．３％以上的钒。钢中添加Ｎｉｔｒｏｖａｎ１２合金，充分利用了廉价的氮元素，促进了Ｖ（Ｃ，Ｎ）的析出，提高了钒的沉淀强化效果。研制出

本文介绍了ＨＲＢ４００ＭＰａ级新Ⅲ级钢筋的工业性生产技术。工业性试制结果表明：在原２０ＭｕＳｉⅡ级钢筋的基础上修改冶炼和轧钢生产工艺,并添加微合金元素Ｖ,能够有效提高钢筋的强度,满足４００ＭＰａ级钢筋性能要求。钢中每添加０．０１％的Ｖ,其屈服强度将提高８～１２ＭＰａ,抗拉强度将提高７～１０ＭＰａ。

氮对含钒20MnSi钢筋强化的影响

实验结果表明 ,在相同钒含量的情况下 ,0 .1 2 %V钢中增加约 1 0 0× 1 0 -6 的氮使钢的屈服强度 (σS)和抗张强度 (σb)分别提高 1 1 7.5MPa和 1 35MPa。钢中增氮后 ,改变了钒在钢中的分布 ,促进了细小V(C ,N)的析出 ,显著提高了钢的强度。因利用了廉价的氮元素 ,对σS 为 40 0MPa的Ⅲ级钢筋可节约钒 33.3%以上。     

硅铝钡锶铁复合合金脱氧试验研究

本文介绍了济南钢铁集团总公司第二炼钢厂６ｔ顶吹转炉在相同的工艺条件下试用硅铝钡锶铁合金代替铝块做终脱氧剂的对比试验情况。结果表明，该复合合金在普碳钢中应用可降低钢中氧含量０．０００９９％，减少钢中夹杂物，在２０ＭｎＳｉ中应用使σｓ提高９ＭＰａ，σｂ提高１０ＭＰａ。
