A multi-band monopole antenna with wideband characteristic is proposed for DVB-H/DCS1800/PCS1900/IMT2000/Wibro/WLAN/ S-DMB applications. By using a meander structure and tapered feeding line, wideband characteristic can be achieved. The proposed antenna has an omnidirectional radiation pattern and yields greater than -4 dBi of antenna gain at the DVB-H band and 3 dBi for high- band, respectively.  相似文献

This paper presents a Vivaldi antenna. The antenna incorporates a slot-line feed, and is designed to operate in a wideband mode, along with four narrowband modes. The wideband mode extends from 1 to 3 GHz. A series of PIN diode switches is employed to reconfigure between the five different operating modes. Wideband-to-multiband reconfigurations are achieved by adjusting the antenna loading internally, and also by the incorporation of band-stop filters. To obtain the wideband mode, wideband matches load is used. On the other hand, to obtain the narrowband modes, two rectangular slits with narrowband matches load are used. The proposed Vivaldi antenna provides wideband operation. It is also supports operation within the LTE, GSM (L-band), GPS, and WiMAX bands.  相似文献

A small antenna for the wideband capsule endoscope system is proposed. Since the capsule endoscope system works in the body and transmits internal image data to a receiver with high resolution, a small wideband antenna is required. To obtain wideband characteristics, a small spiral structure is applied. The proposed antenna has size of 10.1 mm diameter and 3 mm height. The electrical properties of the human body with dielectric constant of 56 and conductivity of 0.83 are considered. The impedance bandwidth of the proposed antenna is from 430 to 500 MHz for VSWR<2 and it has isotropic radiation pattern  相似文献

为了有效地对超宽带天线进行小型化,通过对平面椭圆单极子超宽带天线进行切半和切边处理,设计了尺寸为10mm×17mm的小型超宽带天线。为了改善因对天线进行切半而恶化的全向辐射特性,在小型超宽带天线的辐射体中引入了缝隙结构。仿真结果表明:改进的小型超宽带天线在整个超宽带频带内具有良好的阻抗匹配和全向辐射特性。该天线的测量结果与仿真结果基本吻合。  相似文献

宽频带宽角域隐身是下一代隐身飞行器平台的关键特征之一,发展超宽带低剖面高隐身传感器已成为下一代隐身飞行器平台的必然趋势。文章瞄准天线阵列超宽带、轻薄化、高隐身的需求特点,设计了一款低剖面的宽带宽角相控阵隐身阵列天线。采用强互耦超宽带相控阵列技术,使阵列天线具备超宽带轻薄化低剖面特征,并通过宽带宽角阻抗匹配、阵列误差控制等手段缩减阵列天线雷达散射截面。仿真及测试结果表明,该低剖面天线阵列具有优良的宽带宽角辐射特性和低散射特性,基本满足下一代隐身飞行器平台对轻薄化低RCS阵列天线的需求,具有一定的工程应用价值。  相似文献

When a shorting pin is added to the planar monopole antenna, an additional mode is excited below the fundamental mode. By optimising the dimensions. A compact wideband antenna can be constructed. The size reduction achievable for this antenna is ~50% compared with an equivalent planar monopole without a shorting pin. 提出了一种小型化宽频带双频天线的设计。该天线由一个E形微带贴片和一个偶极子天线组合而成,产生高低2个频率,且低频段带宽可控。仿真的-10dB阻抗带宽分别为83MHz(2.4~2.485GHz)和812MHz(5.1~5.912GHz)。能够覆盖IEEE802.11b/g(2.4~2.483GHz)和IEEE802.11a(5.15~5.825GHz)工作频段,并对仿真结果进行了分析。同时给出的设计双频段宽带小型化天线的方法,可以对高低2个频段分开设计,对工程实践有一定的指导意义。  相似文献

A new wideband planar inverted-F antenna (PIFA) is introduced. The proposed antenna is based on a simple PIFA, where the shorting strip is modified into a meandering shape such that the antenna can have wideband characteristics. The antenna finds an impedance bandwidth of 45.2% for S11 < -10 dB from 1.565 to 2.48 GHz which can cover the GPS, DCS, IMT-2000, 2.4 GHz WLAN applications. The maximum antenna gains are 1.68, 1.83, 1.90 and 1.78 dBi correspondingly.  相似文献

为了解决车载通信天线工作频带窄、尺寸大等缺点,文中提出了一款应用于车载鲨鱼鳍外壳的新型小型化、宽带MIMO天线。为了实现天线的宽带特性,充分利用了印制单极子天线易于引入多谐振的特点,首先通过合理的尺寸设计,将单极子天线谐振频率设计至工作频段中;然后,使用缝隙加载技术,增加天线谐振模式数量并改善天线阻抗匹配特性,拓宽了天线带宽并实现了天线的小型化。为了验证天线实际性能,将天线安装于鲨鱼鳍外壳中进行了测试。结果表明,该天线可以覆盖824~5 000 MHz的频段范围,驻波比均小于3,增益最低1.9 d Bi、最高6.2 d B,效率均高于49.5%、最高达89.2%。该天线可满足车载通信系统对天线的宽带化和小型化要求。  相似文献

宽带天线技术的发展对天线馈源的宽带性能提出了更高的要求。作为实现双极化天线馈源的关键器件,正交模耦合器(Orthomode Transducer,OMT)的宽带性能将直接影响宽带天线馈源的性能。为扩展OMT的工作带宽,设计了工作在Ka波段的宽带OMT。该OMT结构新颖,能实现优良的驻波特性和极化隔离特性。应用HFSS对进行了优化设计,工作带宽可达42%,回波损耗优于-20 dB,通带内端口隔离优于-50 dB。  相似文献

This paper deals with the use of frequency selective surfaces (FSS) to increase the efficiency $,times,$ bandwidth product in wideband antenna arrays, whose efficiency is limited by the front-to-back ratio. If the backing reflector for the antenna is realized through a single metal plane solution, its location will be suitable only on a relatively limited frequency range especially if wide angle scanning is required. In order to extend the frequency range of usability, an FSS can be sandwiched between the antenna and the ground plane, providing an additional reflecting plane for an higher frequency band. The possibility to integrate in the antenna different functionalities, otherwise performed by several antennas, is also discussed in the paper. The proposed backing structure composed by the FSS and the ground plane has been designed to be used in conjunction with a wideband antenna consisting of an array of connected dipoles. A hardware demonstrator of the backing structure has also been manufactured and tested.   相似文献

An elliptical ring antenna fed by a coplanar waveguide line for ultra-wideband applications is presented. The wideband performance is achieved by extending the length of the elliptical ring's major axis. The elliptical ring antenna has a 2:1 VSWR (return loss <10 dB) from 4.6 to 10.3 GHz and has an average gain of 4.48 dBi. The antenna radiation patterns show a stable variation within its operation band. The parameters determining the antenna wideband characteristic are discussed and the measured performance is presented.  相似文献

A novel compact wideband antenna for wireless local area network (WLAN) applications in the 2.4 GHz band is presented. The proposed low profile antenna of dimensions 15/spl times/14.5/spl times/1.6 mm offers 18.6% bandwidth and an average gain of /spl sim/5 dBi. A small patch antenna fed by a coaxial probe with a wideband characteristic is presented. By employing dual shorting pins and cutting a slot in the patch, the size of the patch antenna is reduced while its impedance bandwidth is enhanced. The resonant frequency can be reduced by /spl sim/75% when compared with the resonance edge of a conventional patch antenna. The antenna has an impedance bandwidth of 21.5% (SWR<=2) and maximum gain of 2.2 dBi.  相似文献

At present, with the advances in satellite communication systems and their increasing importance, wideband antennas are in great demand for both military and commercial applications. Most of the communication systems need a wideband antenna that operates on multi-octave frequencies. In patch antenna, diverse techniques played a vital role in enhancing the antenna parameters such as gain or bandwidth. A new design concept of a compact rectangular dual patch antenna has been developed for both high gain and wider bandwidth. In this work, a compact rectangular dual patch antenna is proposed as a wideband antenna for multiple satellite communication applications such as Global Positioning System, Global Navigation Satellite System, Indian Regional Navigation Satellite System, and S-Band Satellite Communication. The designed rectangular dual patch antenna is simulated and fabricated. Based on the performance, the fabricated antenna is compared with the simulated results in terms of VSWR, gain, axial ratio, and 3 dB beam width. Increased gain and wider bandwidth have been achieved with the developed rectangular patches and their energy distributed on the surface of the dual patches simultaneously. Finally, the proposed rectangular dual patch antenna shows improved performance for the multiple satellite communication applications.

设计了一种宽带宽角扫描双极化vivaldi阵列天线。通过微带线向槽线耦合馈电,设计了工作于1~6 GHz的vivaldi双极化天线阵,并对加工的实物进行了测试。阵中单元驻波小于1.5,天线阵两维扫描角度达到±60°。试验结果表明,该天线在电子对抗、宽带通信等领域具有很大的应用价值。  相似文献
