选择国内多个氧化铁矿山中2个有一定代表性的云母氧化铁矿石类型,采用先进的生产工艺制得高径厚比的云母氧化铁,其理化性能测试指标高于国内外标准。应用实验结果表明,其防腐性能优于国内现用的云母氧化铁。选择合理的制备工艺,可以用云母氧化铁矿石生产出满足涂料生产需要的优质云母氧化铁。  相似文献

采用熔融共混法制备出了尼龙-6/云母复合材料,研究了云母的加入量对复合材料力学性能的影响.结果表明:随着云母最的增加,尼龙-6/云母复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度均呈现出先增加后降低的趋势,而弯曲模量呈增加趋势;云母的加入有助于提高PA-6基体的热稳定性.  相似文献

采用正交法优化了锂云母中钾的提取条件.以100 g锂云母提取K2O的量为指标,采用火焰原子吸收光谱进行检测,考察了硫酸质量分数、反应时间和液固质量比3个主要因素对从锂云母中溶出钾的影响.通过正交实验确定锂云母中钾的最佳提取条件为:硫酸质量分数40%、反应时间8h、液固质量比2.5:1(g:g).  相似文献

We demonstrate molecular beam growth of graphene on biotite mica substrates at temperatures below 1000 °C. As indicated by optical and atomic force microscopy, evaporation of carbon from a high purity solid-state source onto biotite surface results in the formation of single-, bi-, and multilayer graphene with size in the micrometer regime. It is shown that the graphene grown directly on mica surface is of very high crystalline quality with the defect density below the threshold detectable by Raman spectroscopy. The interaction between graphene and the mica substrate is studied by comparison of the Raman spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy data with the corresponding results obtained for graphene flakes mechanically exfoliated onto biotite substrates. Experimental insights are combined with density functional theory calculations to propose a model for the initial stage of the van der Waals growth of graphene on mica surfaces. This work provides hints on how the direct growth of high quality graphene on insulators can be realized in general without exceeding the thermal budget limitations of Si technologies.  相似文献

Mica-filled polypropylene (PP)-based GMT (PP–mica–GMT) was prepared by a double-belt press and its mechanical properties were tested. The effect of the mica content on the mechanical properties of PP–mica–GMT was investigated. It was found that with a lower mica content in matrix the tensile and flexural properties were improved; however, at a high mica content level, the tensile and flexural properties decreased. With respect to the impact strength, there is a maximum value at an approximate 20 wt % mica content level. These results were attributed to the influence of mica on fiber–matrix adhesion. It is most likely that low mica content enhances fiber–matrix adhesion; however, high mica content is unfavorable to fiber–matrix adhesion. Maleic anhydride-grafted PP (MPP) was used to enhance the fiber–matrix adhesion at a higher mica loading level for PP–mica–GMT. With increasing MPP content in the matrix, the tensile properties were significantly improved, whereas the Izod impact strength decreased. In addition, with 5 wt % MPP and 40 wt % mica in the PP matrix formulation, the effect of the mica particle size and glass fiber content on the mechanical properties of PP–mica–GMT was investigated. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 综述了硅氧烷基聚合物陶瓷化的研究进展,介绍了硅灰石、云母以及云母混合物3种瓷化体系的配方及各自的陶瓷化效果。硅灰石在提高复合材料力学性能方面效果理想;云母应用于电缆材料时易于达到电性能和力学性能的要求;而使用无机填料与云母的混合物可以使陶瓷化产物有更好的强度,无机填料的存在很大程度上使烧结瓷化产物更加致密。最后阐述了瓷化体系的应用领域以及今后的发展方向。  相似文献

We reported the first synthesis of Poly(n-butyl acrylate) by in situ nitroxide-mediated polymerisation from the surface of mica while preserving its lamellar structure. To obtain this polymer adsorbed to mica surface, a free radical initiator 2,2′-azobis(isobutyramidine hydrochloride) (AIBA) was attached by ion exchange to the surface of mica, and the resulting was used as a initiator to polymerise butyl acrylate. The kinetic studies show that the initiator adsorbed to mica surface successfully initiated the radical polymerisation of butyl acrylate. Adsorbed polymer was indeed obtained, in different amounts depending on reaction time, the XRD patterns of resulting products indicate that the polymer chains did not intercalate the aluminosilicate layers, as expected.  相似文献

Hydrophobic mica particles were prepared by piranha solution activation, silanization, and copolymerization with acrylate monomers. Its surface morphology, hydrophilic properties, and thermogravimetric analysis changed differently in comparison with those of pristine mica. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that the modified (001) mica surface changed from flat to coarse. Thermogravimetric curves demonstrated that silane coupling agents and the grafted polymer were anchored on the modified‐mica surface. The alternating surface polarity state was verified by different dispersion performances in the solvents. SEM images showed that the polypropylene (PP)/modified‐mica composites had a better quality compatibility than the PP/untreated‐mica composites. The PP/polymer‐grafted‐mica composites had improved mechanical properties, including stretching, tension, and impact properties. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Polym. Synthesis of Titania Pillared Mica in Aqueous Solution of Acetic Acid   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The preparation of TiO2-pillared mica was carried out in a CH3COOH aqueous solution. Titanium ion species were obtained by an addition of Ti(C3H7O4 to an aqueous solution of CH3COOH and by subsequent aging of the solution for a prescribed time followed by intercalation of these ionic species into the interlayers of mica. Ti4+-intercalated mica was thus obtained by ion exchange. After the sample was calcined at 773 K in air, TiO2-pillared mica was produced. The pillaring of TiO2 in the interlayer of mica was confirmed by XPS. The surface area TiO2-pillared mica was about 100 times larger than that of mica alone. The basal spacings of the products heated above 523 K were in the range from 2.01 nm to 2.68 nm in the samples obtained under various conditions.  相似文献
