目的 为制备性能良好和绿色环保的聚乙烯醇薄膜提供一定的理论依据。方法 分类介绍壳聚糖、纳米纤维素、可降解塑料、蛋白质等生物质材料增强聚乙烯醇薄膜及其在食品包装领域的研究现状。 结果 虽然通过与不同的生物质材料共混改性,可获得性能较为优良的聚乙烯醇薄膜,且用作食品包装时,具有抗菌与抗氧化、智能标签和整体保鲜的效果,但成本问题制约了实际生产。结论 利用生物质材料可以增强聚乙烯醇薄膜的综合性能,在食品包装领域有较好的发展前景。  相似文献

It is shown that thin-film photoelectric devices can be constructed on the basis of wide-gap AIIBVI semiconductor compounds grown on a narrow-gap quasi-single-crystal substrate. The potential barrier ΔE v existing at the interface of a multilayer heterostructure blocks the contribution of the narrow-gap component to the total photocurrent. Based on these heterostructures, selective and wideband UV sensors requiring no additional filters are developed for the first time.  相似文献

用Mimaki UV 喷墨打印机及UV 油墨进行了试验,以不同墨量输出和承印材料为变量,通过制作ICC 文件并比较色域图,讨论了不同墨量输出对各阶调范围的色彩再现性的影响,并分析了承印材料的偏色对色域范围的影响。结果表明,对于Mimaki UV 喷墨打印机,可通过在纸张上打印UV 白墨的方式来进行避免承印材料影响的色彩再现;可根据图像的阶调主要分布情况来选择输出墨量值。  相似文献

In this paper, the UV Raman spectra of a large number of saturated and alkyl-substituted monocyclic, bicyclic and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are obtained at 220 and 233 nm excitation wavelengths. Also included are nitrogen- and sulphur-containing hydrocarbons. The spectra obtained are fluorescence free, even for such highly fluorescent compounds as perylene, consistent with earlier reports of UV Raman spectra of hydrocarbons. The hydrocarbon UV Raman spectra exhibit greatly improved signal-to-noise ratio when in the neat liquid or solution state compared with the neat solid state, suggesting that some surface degradation occurs under the conditions used here. Assignments are given for most of the bands and clear marker bands for the different classes of hydrocarbons are readily observable, although their relative intensities vary greatly. These results are discussed in the context of structure and symmetry to develop a consistent, molecular-based model of vibrational group frequencies.  相似文献

We present what to our knowledge is a new application of optical frequency upconversion of images in quadratic materials to dynamic UV microstereolithography. A 150 x 150 point visible image transmitted by a liquid-crystal display was upconverted in a lithium triborate crystal, and the UV image was successfully used to polymerize a commercial stereolithographic resin.  相似文献

The decomposition of monocrotophos (cis-3-dimethoxyphosphinyloxy-N-methyl-crotonamide) in aqueous solution by UV and UV/O(3) processes was studied. The experiments were carried out under various solution pH values to investigate the decomposition efficiencies of the reactant and organic intermediates in order to determine the completeness of decomposition. The photolytic decomposition rate of monocrotophos was increased with increasing solution pH because the solution pH affects the distribution and light absorbance of monocrotophos species. The combination of O(3) with UV light apparently promoted the decomposition and mineralization of monocrotophos in aqueous solution. For the UV/O(3) process, the breakage of the >C=C< bond of monocrotophos by ozone molecules was found to occur first, followed by mineralization by hydroxyl radicals to generate CO(3)(2-), PO4(3-), and NO(3)(-) anions in sequence. The quasi-global kinetics based on a simplified consecutive-parallel reaction scheme was developed to describe the temporal behavior of monocrotophos decomposition in aqueous solution by the UV/O(3) process.  相似文献

目的 研究不同分散剂种类、 研磨时间、 储存时间条件对制备出的UV喷墨色浆分散稳定性能影响。方法 通过不同分散剂 (685, CH-13, 及685与CH-13的混合物 (m685∶mCH-13=1∶1)) 制备色浆, 预分散后改变研磨时间 (60, 75, 90 min)、 储存时间 (2, 12, 20 d) 得出9组色浆试样, 根据测量粒径大小和粒径分布情况进行分析。结果 分散剂685分散效果好, 研磨时间为75 min, 储存时间为2 d下色浆分散稳定效果好。结论 分散剂685制备的色浆的分散稳定性最佳, 研磨时间为75 min最佳, 色浆稳定性与储存时间呈现负相关关系。  相似文献

采用甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚酯二元醇、二羟甲基丙酸和丙烯酸羟乙酯合成水性阴离子型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯,用傅立叶红外光谱( FTIR) 证实了该聚合物的结构.实验证明当NCO与OH物质的量比值为1.5,DMPA质量分数为5%时,所制得的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯乳液,外观和稳定性最好.最终制得水性UV光油,通过优化配方已达到普通UV光油的性能指标,且不需要预干燥装置,适合目前的光固化工艺流程,有较大的应用价值和市场前景.  相似文献

This article gives a review on the physics and technical issues involved in the development of ZnS-based Ⅱ-Ⅵ visible-blind UV photodetectors. The results of photoresponse studies on ZnS, ZnSSe and ZnSTe diodes indicate that Te isoelectronic trapping effect is responsible for the gradual turn-on characteristic of low Te containing ZnSTe Schottky barrier photodiodes. The results also reveal that the ZnSSe diode, having the advantage of being free of isoelectronic centers, is a more suitable choice for applications requiring high visible rejection power. It is demonstrated that highly UV sensitive responsivity with an abrupt long wavelength cutoff tailored to lie between 340-400nm can be achieved in the ZnSSe diode system.  相似文献
