表现主义建筑是20世纪初受到西方新艺术运动影响而出现的一种建筑风格,试图通过外部形式和内部空间来表达人的内心情感,新表现主义建筑产生于二战以后,出于对千篇一律的现代主义建筑的批判性反思而出现。新旧表现主义二者都强调建筑的精神内涵,注重表达主观世界。而新表现主义建筑处于一个新的历史时期,当代社会进入到信息时代,科学技术和文化都在不断发展变化,从而为其提供了更强大的技术支持。  相似文献

探讨了20世纪出现的新区域主义的研究状况。阐述了其主要特点:①关注区域特性,采用实地考察与系统分析相结合的方式研究区域;②关注当前城市、区域发展过程中出现的各种社会问题;③综合平衡区域社会公平、环境保护、经济发展的发展目标;④强调不同尺度区域空间规划相结合的重要性,并主张采用更加积极、民主的规划方法。在此基础上,本文分析了新区域主义对我国区域规划和区域协调发展的启示。  相似文献

Rural settlements of Eastern Black Sea Region have an original architectural charateristics which are shaped by the climate and topographic conditions, local materials, and the social living style. But, this characteristic structure which is covering the vernacular houses, has been started to lose its specifications because of new buildings which are unconsidering the importance of local conditions and the architecture. The target of this study is to design model houses which are in accord with the vernacular architecture and climatic–topographic conditions, and will answer varying needs of the modern life. The realizations of these designs (with a prefabricated system which is easily carried, buildable on inclined topography, and simply installed) is important due to the regional conditions. Therefore, local texture will be saved, and a contemporary system will be adapted with the vernacular architecture.  相似文献

从建筑师的角度来看,基于结构性能的建筑设计的发展过程,按时间顺序可以被划分为三个时代:在静力学图解时代中,由于图解静力学理论的建立和应用,建筑师能够清楚地表达结构概念并试图寻求结构性能的最优方案;在力学建构时代,由于社会经济需求和结构性能设计的发展,高结构性能的特殊结构原型被广泛应用,但由于方法的不可确定性和不可重复性,建筑师亟需新的设计计算工具辅助:在结构性能生形时代,建筑师充分应用电脑计算及模拟技术,为之前的实践方法和理论注入新的血液,更重要的是,建筑师创造了许多更为科学、准确以及创新的设计方法。文章以建筑视角对基于结构性能的建筑设计的发展历史进行梳理,比较和分析目前的结构基于性能的设计方法,并评估其对当下建筑实践的价值。  相似文献

本论文针对目前大多数网壳结构都横向应用于屋盖结构以及冷却塔大多数采用钢筋混凝土结构的现状 ,把双层双曲线网壳结构竖向应用于冷却塔的筒壁 ,在网壳的周围挂金属面板。作者根据某工程的结构特点 ,对其结构进行了结构选型 ,并且在假定节点为铰接情况下 ,采用空间杆系有限元和数值分析方法 ,对该结构进行了受力分析。应用满力优化准则 ,对该网壳结构进行了截面优化 ,取得了良好的建筑和经济效果。本文的研究开辟了网壳结构应用与冷却塔建设的新途径 ,提出了新的研究课题。  相似文献

In the context of ongoing densification of cities and aging urban populations, public spaces are a crucial infrastructure to support the physical and mental wellbeing of urban residents. The design of public space furniture elements is often standardised, and not considered in relation to environmental conditions and mechanisms of social interaction. This article presents a digital workflow to generate site-specific designs for shaded public seating, considering the relationships of local public places to their surroundings. A strategy for customised and site-specific design is developed through the use of multiple software tools, employing evolutionary algorithms and multi-objective optimisation. The method is applied to a small public space canopy prototype installed within a public housing estate in Hong Kong, incorporating additional criteria to achieve a low-cost and light-weight structure. Through multiple stages of refinement and optimisation, a material, structural and social performance-driven outcome was achieved that creates a shaded space for public seating, people watching and social interaction. As part of a larger research agenda exploring architectural form-finding and environmental psychology, the project represents potential new applications in the emerging field of socially driven computational design.  相似文献

It is well understood that an individual's competency has a significant effect on his/her performance. While the more traditional “hard” technical skills of project managers have drawn much attention, little light has been shed on the “soft” skills, especially social competencies in the construction context. This study has adopted a well-established competency model from human resource management theories as a basis for the theoretical framework to examine the social competencies of construction project managers. This led to the development of a model via the use of a structural equation modelling approach. Four dimensions of social competencies for construction project managers were identified, i.e. working with others, stakeholder management, leading others, and social awareness. Attention to these attributes will help construction project managers to develop their social competencies, and could contribute towards a better performance in their workplace which will in turn improve the performance of the whole organisation. The recent establishment of a digital culture and society, together with current financial crisis and urgent energetic and climatic needs, has radically changed the architectural scene from the optimism of some years ago to a situation of uncertainty and huge social demands and challenges. In this context, it is suggested to rethink the role of structure in architecture, such as an enabler, a guide and a catalyst. The purpose of this paper is to present the economic, cultural and social context in which architecture develops nowadays. The method, to suggest a discussion on which role the structure may adopt in the architecture to come. A structural fuse concept is proposed in which easily replaceable ductile structural steel elements are added to an RC bridge bent to increase its strength and stiffness, and also designed to sustain the seismic demand and dissipate all the seismic energy through hysteretic behavior of the fuses, while keeping the RC bridge piers elastic. While this concept could be implemented in both new and existing bridges, the focus here is on the retrofit of non-ductile reinforced concrete bridge bents. Several types of structural fuses can be used and implemented in bridges; the focus in this paper is on using Buckling Restrained Braces (BRB) for the retrofit of RC bridge bents. The results of a parametric formulation conducted introducing key parameters for the design procedure of the fuse system, validated by nonlinear time history analyses are presented. A proposed design procedure, using BRBs as metallic structural fuses, is found to be sufficiently reliable to design structural fuse systems with satisfactory seismic performance. A graphical representation to help find admissible solutions is used, and shows that the region of admissible solution decreases when the frame strength ratio increases as a larger fuse element is required to achieve an effective structural fuse concept.  相似文献

Strengthening construction safety analysis and management is of great social and economic significance. For a long time, however, there has been a lack of effective management tools in this important area that involves people's lives and property. Based on new developments in the Building Information Model (BIM), four-dimensional (4D) technology, time-dependent structural analysis, collision detection, and so on, a 4D structural information model is presented and established according to the overall solution of analysis and management for conflict and safety problems during construction. Based on this sub-BIM, the integration of dynamic safety analysis of time-dependent structures, conflict analysis and management of schedule/resource/cost, and dynamic collision detection of site facilities is studied, and theories and key technologies are discussed in detail. The results of this research provide a feasible theory and methodology for integrated applications of BIM. Furthermore, this study proposes a new approach for conflict and safety analysis during construction through the integration of construction simulation, 4D construction management, and safety analysis. The approach lays a foundation for the popularization of complicated theories and methodologies, and has theoretical significance and application prospects in meeting the needs of improving the safety level during construction.  相似文献

Estimating optimum parameters of tuned mass dampers using harmony search   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
In this paper, the optimum parameters of tuned mass dampers (TMD) are proposed under seismic excitations. Harmony search (HS), a metaheurestic optimization method, which has been successfully applied for several engineering problems, is revised for tuning passive mass dampers. A Matlab program is developed for numerical optimization and time domain simulation. Optimization criteria are the peak values of first storey displacement and acceleration transfer function. In order to find best results, all properties of TMD are searched. For a fast and general optimization, a harmonic loading is utilized for numerical iterations. Also, final TMD parameters are checked under earthquake excitations. This new approach is compared with several other documented methods. Comparisons show that the new approach is more effective than other documented methods and more feasible due to smaller TMD parameters.  相似文献
