高浓度难降解有机工业废水处理技术评价 总被引:6,自引:2,他引:4
对高浓度难降解有机工业废水两类主要处理工艺的最新进展进行了综述和评价,一种是采用化学氧化和催化氧化为主的工艺:另一种是先预处理改变BOD/COD比值,然后再采用生化法处理工艺。经过分析,根据大多数高浓度难降解有机工业废水的特点,指出对“物化(混凝)-兼氧/缺氧/厌氧-好氧”工艺的各个环节进行研究是未来1~5a高浓度难降解有机工业废水处理技术的发展方向。并进一步指出针对高浓度难降解有机工业废水的专用混凝设备这一研究较少的领域,研制经济实用的强化混凝设备,将会成为适合我国国情的高浓度难降解有机工业废水处理技术的重要发展方向之一。 相似文献

零价铁以其低毒、廉价、易操作而且对环境不会产生二次污染等优点,而在水污染治理中受到重视。作者介绍了零价铁处理污水的机理并综述了其处理包括重金属废水、偶氮染料废水、氯代有机物废水、硝基芳香族化合物废水、硝酸盐废水等在内各种废水的最新研究进展。指出了零价铁废水处理技术的研究方向,包括对纳米级零价铁的研究、对零价铁去除污染物的机理研究及零价铁与其他技术联用的研究。 相似文献

对西北某大型炼化企业炼油、化工两条污水处理流程的关键工艺环节进行水样采集,采用紫外可见光谱及吹扫捕集-气相色谱与质谱联用(GC-MS))解析了污水水样中挥发性有机成分的组成和含量的变化。共鉴定出有机物19类76种,化工污水当中的有机物(43种)相对炼油污水(32种)更加复杂。研究表明,炼油污水含较多的含硫化合物(硫醚、噻吩),是恶臭气体的主要来源;化工污水含较多的含氮化合物(硝基化合物、腈类、氰类),是氨氮及总氮的主要贡献者;芳香化合物种类多达数十种,对VOCs贡献较大。指出化工污水水解环节可产生部分醇、酮类化合物,提高后续污水可生化性。生化处理环节能去除污水中的绝大部分烷烃、烯烃、炔烃和少部分醇、酮;而芳香烃、多环芳烃、氯代烃生物降解性相对较差,生化后依旧具有残留,是污水处理COD残留的重要原因,可作为炼化特征有机污染物。提出分子水平的精细解析,能够为污水处理工艺评价提供科学依据,进而对工艺开发和工艺改进提供帮助。 相似文献

This paper describes an extractive membrane bioreactor developed to extract and biodegrade toxic organic pollutants present in chemical industry wastewaters. The technology is applicable to wastewaters emanating in organic synthesis operations which are not treatable by conventional ‘direct’ biological treatment due to extremes of pH, high salt contents, or otherwise hostile organic compositions, and also to wastewaters that contain volatile organic compounds. A laboratory scale prototype demonstrating the technology has been operated continuously over periods of several months, using industrially produced wastewaters. No pre-conditioning or dilution of the wastewaters is necessary prior to treatment, which removes and destroys over 99% of the toxic organics present. 相似文献

We analyse the steady-state treatment of industrial wastewaters in a continuous flow bioreactor and in an idealised continuous flow membrane reactor. The reaction is assumed to be governed by Contois growth kinetics, which is often used to model the growth of biomass in wastewaters containing biodegradable organic materials. We show that a flow reactor with idealised recycle has the same performance as an idealised membrane reactor and that the performance of a non-idealised membrane reactor is identical to an appropriately defined continuous flow bioreactor with non-idealised recycle. The performance of all three reactor types can therefore be obtained by analysing a flow reactor with recycle. The steady-states of the model are found and their stability determined as a function of the residence time. The performance of the reactor at large residence times is obtained. In the limit as the residence time becomes very large, all three reactor configurations have identical performances. Thus the main advantage of using a membrane reactor, or a flow reactor with recycle, for the treatment of industrial wastewaters and slurries is to improve the performance at low residence times. 相似文献
