为达到军品与包装协同配套、并行发展、节约经费和增加效益的目的,融合并行工程和产品全生命周期管理的思想指导军品包装,提出实施军品包装并行全生命周期管理,以达到军品包装的整体优化。分析了军品包装并行全生命周期管理的关键技术,包括集装箱输送系统模块化技术、基于RFID的物流自动识别技术和面向军品包装质量工程的标准化技术。最后,提出了军品包装并行全生命周期管理的系统架构。  相似文献

目的从包装在供应链中的角色出发,研究包装可视化的必要性及技术方法。方法基于供应链视角,以包装为研究对象,通过分析新技术高速发展和消费习惯不断升级的背景下对包装的新需求,提出包装可视化的重要性,并分析实现包装可视化的各种技术方法。结果以包装为载体,以二维码、AR增强现实、RFID、NFC、数字水印、TTI标签、智能传感、全球定位等智能化、数字化技术为手段,通过对商品的原材料、生产、仓储、物流、销售、消费等全生命周期的信息采集,构建智慧物联大数据平台,实现包装数字化。结论以包装为载体,通过数字化技术使包装变成真正的自媒体以及和万物互联的载体,将商品的原材料、生产、仓储、物流、销售、消费等全生命周期的信息数据以文字、图形、图像、音频或视频等可视化的方式在终端设备上显示出来,实现实时交互、处理、监控和决策的目的,增强包装在防伪溯源、智能定位、信息决策、消费者体验、移动营销、品牌宣传、文化传播等方面发挥的价值,从而助力实现供应链管理的可视化和高效化。  相似文献

近年来,为了适应军队现代化建设发展和后勤标准化管理的需要,总后勤部先后颁发了《军队地面装备、船艇油料消耗标准》、《军队飞机油料消耗标准》、《军队舰艇油料消耗标准》等相配套的标准,在这些消耗标准中,包括了发动机工作消耗油料标准以及洗涤、修理、封存等用油标准。这对我军油料管理提出了新的要求。  相似文献

目的为优化改进我军目前比较单一的附属油料包装规格现状提供思路和方法。方法运用统计分析方法分析美军于2010年7月针对地面装备制定的《石油,油料及润滑油手册》中附属油料包装规格的分布特点。结果美军附属油料包装规格的特点,包括3个方面:多样化、标准化和系列化。其中系列化程度表现明显,系列规格分布特点与油料的使用范围及装备用油规律息息相关。结论我军地面装备附属油料包装规格改进优化的方向应建立在标准化的基础上,以油料的使用规律为科学依据,制定相应的、合理的系列化包装规格,以适应未来战争对后勤保障的信息化需求。  相似文献

目的研究JG3军用合成制动液在不同厚度瓦楞纸箱运输包装情况下,角跌落过程对包装箱内部制动液吹塑桶小包装应力、应变的影响。方法利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,对不同厚度瓦楞纸箱运输包装的JG3军用合成制动液进行角跌落仿真实验,获取内部制动液吹塑桶小包装的有效应力及塑性应变数据,分析不同运输包装条件下制动液吹塑桶小包装的应力、应变特点。结果随着瓦楞纸箱运输包装厚度的增大,相同角跌落条件下,包装箱内的制动液吹塑桶小包装总体应力、塑性应变变小;在最厚的瓦楞纸箱包装条件下,部分制动液吹塑桶小包装存在应力、塑性应变集中区域。结论瓦楞纸箱运输包装对内装物的保护作用并非瓦楞厚度越大越好。  相似文献

目的研究了油料的包装技术,以实现其安全可靠的空中投送。方法从立体投送油料的军事效益出发,阐述立体快速投送油料的重要性。研究分析油料包装对飞机操控稳定性影响、与投送平台的适配性、防泄漏要求、强度要求和极限情况下的特殊要求等5个方面在设计中应该考虑的关键因素。结果从包装密封性、形状设计、耐油性和系留固定等4个方面提出了立体投送油料包装技术的设计实现方法,并提出了解除油料包装的技术方法,以提高油料包装重复利用的效率。结论实现了油料的立体投送,并得到了应用。  相似文献

Traceability is the ability to follow a product along its lifecycle. It ensures product safety and quality along the supply chain, managing information generated by several players. Even though regulations establish the information that has to be traced, each player generates much more product (and process) information, which could be used to add value to products, with respect to, not only traceability, but also the lifecycle approach. However, the concepts do not appear to be immediately related in scientific panorama. This paper aims to explore the relationship between traceability and lifecycle through a systematic literature review. Six industries (Software, Manufacturing, Automotive, Automation, Aircraft, and Aerospace) and seven subject areas (Software engineering; System engineering; Industry 4.0; New product development; Process management; Data Management; and Environmental sustainability) were identified through bibliometric analysis. To better explore this relationship in the context of the food industry, a content analysis on lead papers’ sample was performed to identify traceability and lifecycle definitions, methodologies and technologies and their relation. The results of the work, synthetised in a proposed research map, will be of interest to those who are approaching the subject for the first time, and for companies involved in product lifecycle management and food traceability.  相似文献

This paper investigates and reviews literature regarding a range of topics important to the research question – the themes apply across all the topics. The topics include label and package warnings, including tamper‐evident features, to review their effect on the consumer behaviour of changing usage or purchase decisions. This information was then applied to gain insight into anticounterfeit product/package efforts. Based on this research, it appears that there is value for brand marketers to enhance their anticounterfeit efforts and consumer confidence by utilizing warning labels and information labels on their labels or packages. Currently, consumer perception of a domestic counterfeit product threat (promoted as genuine products), even for pharmaceuticals by healthcare professionals, although increasing has still been very low. Generally, the consumers believe and expect that the product purchased from retailers is safe and genuine. The study reviewed many key warning and label communication areas: consumer behaviour review, technical specifications, anticounterfeit, tamper evidence/tamper resistance, over‐the‐counter drugs, alcohol, cigarette, nutrition food and nutrition supplements. To complete the insight on communicating with the consumer, a review of label legibility was included. Before brand marketers consider adding anticounterfeit warning labels, extensive consumer behaviour research should be conducted in areas such as fear appeals and involuntary risk outrage. 目的为了降低危险化学品的流转风险,研究危险化学品包装的危险公示标签要素。方法总结国际和国内对于危险化学品危险公示的管理和技术要求,并对不同危险品管理法规的危险公示象形图的使用进行比对分析。结果通过对不同法规体系下危险公示要素的比对分析,给出了同一危险分类的象形图要求,为危险化学品的生产方、使用方及相关方提供借鉴。结论危险化学品包装危险公示标签是针对危险化学品而设计的一种安全标识和警告标识,确定了不同危险品管理法规对危险公示标签象形图的使用要求,为简便、快速、正确使用危险公示标签提供技术指导。  相似文献

Nowadays, requirements management (RQM) is mostly not included in the current structures of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems, although RQM has become a critical activity throughout the PLM. Customer requirements with all related product information need not only be integrated with each other, but with all processes and stakeholders involved through the related business functions of product lifecycle. In this paper, we examine the various challenges of RQM, especially related to PLM. Company-specific challenges are identified, when integrating RQM with PLM in a case company acting in the automotive industry. The objective of this study is to find out how product-related information on customer requirements could better be utilised and integrated with PLM. We propose a new integration framework according to which the challenges at different integration levels are categorised. As a final conclusion, the study shows the core points where and how the concepts of PLM and RQM should be developed, as to create requirements integrated solutions for extended products and systems through the lifecycle.  相似文献

Information availability is a key factor for business success and competitive advantage. While created by design engineers, product structure is accessed and referenced by other users involved in product lifecycle from various departments. However, there is a lack of efficient ways of managing product structure information for enterprise business process integration. This study proposes a unified product structure management model to fill in this gap. With this proposed model, the product structure is managed in a unified way and can be accessed by different people with various disciplines in the right formats throughout the entire product lifecycle, including business processes of quotation, sales order processing, design, planning, scheduling, production, and delivery. This research is part of the enterprise business information management system project whose purpose is to streamline the information management for key business processes to integrate multi-disciplines in an enterprise for product development. A prototype system has been implemented to verify the model developed by taking real cases in a mould-manufacturing company. The results show the potential for substantial improvements in industrial competitive advantage.  相似文献
